Sourdough affects the acidity of the finished bread and loosens its crumb, increases the swelling of the dough, a very important ingredient.
4. Measure out fructose or sugar with a measuring spoon along the cut - 50 ml. and pour into a bucket of a bread machine.

My version:

Recently I have been adding a couple of tablespoons of sour cream (50-60g) - it turned out that the yield of cottage cheese is greater. I turn on 80 degrees. for 30 minutes. Then in the Heating mode - I hold it for about 1.5 hours. I don't mix the curd, I don't touch it at all. Time has passed - either I leave it in the switched off mult for 15-20 minutes or immediately take it out, cover it with a plastic lid until it cools completely. Put the cooled clot on a sieve covered with gauze or a lavsan napkin, carefully, trying not to break large pieces. I use the remaining whey in the bowl with small pieces of cottage cheese in the dough. From large pieces of the clot I carefully decant the serum. It turns out 500-530 g of delicious soft cottage cheese. I really like its taste - there is a very slight sourness inherent in real cottage cheese.

Ice cream maker Brand
Ice cream "Plombir" according to Nastya Monday's recipe with lingonberry sauce (Brand 3812 ice cream maker).
Cream 10-20% 300 ml
Milk 3.5% 350 ml
Granulated sugar 120 gr. (reduce to 100 gr)
Corn starch 15 (20) gr.
Powdered milk 50 gr.
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
In a separate container 20 g of corn starch (2 Teskomovsky tablespoons) dilute 50 ml of cold. milk.
In glass. Pour sugar (100 g), milk powder (50 g), vanillin (at the end of the knife) into the bowl. Pour in 300 ml of milk. Stir thoroughly until the lumps dissolve (it is very important to completely break all the lumps). Bring to a boil in the microwaves, stir a couple of times in the process.
As soon as the milk mixture boils in the micron, pour in the diluted starch. Stir well and remove from heat. Cool the "jelly", stirring occasionally so that there is no film on the surface.
Beat cold cream with a mixer until the volume increases by 3-4 times (my max doubled 20% cream). Transfer the whipped cream to the cooled jelly and stir.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream bucket. Cook on Ice Cream for 60 minutes.
It turned out a delicious ice cream of about 700 grams.
Not solid, as indicated in the recipe, you can't make a ball. Either eat right away or freeze it.
