Cheesecake Fair (Steba DD1 ECO)

Ingredients

Dough:
Eggs 2 pcs
Sugar 0.5 st
Sour cream 1 st
Baking powder 2 tsp
Butter, melted 2 tbsp. l
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l
Flour 1 st
Filling:
Cottage cheese 500 g
sugar 0.5 st
eggs 3 pcs
Semolina 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • In the original recipe, the glass is faceted, but many use a multi-glass. In general, whatever glass you take is delicious!
  • Beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream, baking powder, melted butter, cocoa and flour. Knead the batter.
  • Grease the bowl (coated) with oil, pour the dough into the multicooker saucepan.
  • Mix all the ingredients of the filling. If the curd is grainy, then grind it with a blender. Semolina can be replaced with starch.
  • Pour the finished filling gently into the middle of the dough. Can be laid out with a spoon.

I ordered Teflon separately. It is probably impossible to oven in a stainless steel. I bake in Teflon, everything turns out great.
