Quick cherry jam with chocolate (with gelatin)

Ingredients

sugar 900 gram

dark chocolate 100g
cocoa 2 tablespoons

  • Pour into syrup, cook, stirring, until sugar and cocoa are completely dissolved.
  • We spread the berries. Stir, bring to a boil, cook, according to the instructions, for 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add chocolate broken into pieces and stir until the chocolate dissolves. I did not completely dissolve, there were not large pieces left. It will taste more interesting when it cools down.
  • No foam. Immediately pour into small jars, close tightly, put on the lids for 5 minutes. Then turn over, wrap and cool completely.
  • Store the cooled jam in the refrigerator.
