Condensed milk in 10 minutes in a multicooker Steba

Ingredients

Milk-3.2% fat 300 ml.
Sugar 200gr.
Butter 20 gr.

Cooking method

  • Today I cooked condensed milk in Shteba from ordinary milk-3.2% fat, in 10 minutes ... after it became impossible to eat the purchased one, but my child does not eat pancakes with anything else ... began to look alternative ....
  • I found the recipe on the Internet, I liked the result sooooooo ... I slightly altered it for myself ..., so:
  • Turn on frying, as the countdown begins, pour out all the ingredients, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes with a lid DO NOT COVER, the mass will increase 3 times, stir several times in the process, thickens
  • eyes, turn it off and pour into a jar, put it in the refrigerator when it cools down ... suddenly someone will come in handy ... I forgot there was only baked milk in the house, so the color turned out like that ... cream ... of course it is possible on the stove, but I do not use it ...

Time for preparing:

10 minutes

Cooking program:

Galyayaya, thanks for the separate recipe !!!
You tell me, does it get sugar afterwards?
Manna
Ahhh! CONDENSED KAA! Where is my big spoon?
gala10
Galina, that's so beautiful! How simple! And from baked milk - it will be even more interesting. Thanks for the recipe!

Man, I have already had the 5th day in the refrigerator, so far all the rules., But it turns out a little of these products, one can probably, maybe a little more, I think it will not have time to sugar ...
Manna, gala10,
Please girls, it's just impossible ... ..... and most importantly quickly, and you know that there is nothing else besides milk and sugar ...

That's it! Therefore, we bake bread ourselves, make sour milk ourselves ... if only we could have a cow on the loggia ...

Tell me, does the frying mode at the shteba fries strongly or delicately? I want to try it in Panasonic, I don't know which mode to choose. But probably the main thing here is to thicken, if it takes a little longer to cook, then it's not scary?
Masinen
Anastasia, fries very well.
ElenaMart
Galina, and in what saucepan to do?
Omela
In Panasonic it will not work. There is a very delicate frying ... I did it for a very long time. Galya, I'm already cooking.
* Tanya *
Finally we waited! I have long wanted to cook condensed milk myself, I'm tired of poisoning in the store. Only I probably will cook all the same on gas in a saucepan, sorry for the cartoon. Galina, thanks for the recipe!

And if you use "steaming"?
Ikra
Girls! If someone does it in Panasika, please, unsubscribe. I also really want to do it.
marlanca, thanks for the recipe! I dragged it away, just in case, in the bookmarks, I think "steaming" will save me from condensed milk hunger

Actually, today was a great day! Such recipes are more needed and better than the other!
Omela
Anna, theoretically it is possible for a couple, but it’s a pity for the casters I cooked it in a regular pan, I will show the photo later. Exit 250g. While I went for the camera, I fried it and got a fudge.))))) So for the last 5 minutes you need to constantly stir. Galya, thanks !!!!!!!!!!!
Ikra
Omela, and what will happen to the casserole? Do you think it will be seasoned?
Omela
The coverage is pathetic. It can crack. A very strong boil.

And I have a round cast aluminum bread pan, it fits in diameter, and a little lower in height. I did pilaf in it, it worked out fine. You can also try condensed milk. I just don't love her
Altsena
What a yummy !!!! Want!!!!
In the evening I will experiment, it is worth homemade jar of milk. But I just got a cartoon, even with her on you and in a whisper ... Yes, and such a brand, I have not seen anyone ... Flamberg ... How can I choose a mode
Ikra
Eh! It’s a pity for CastrUl I don’t see condensed milk ... How long is it on baking?

So buy a round bread pan, you definitely have them. I just found them after the Mistletoe Pendel, I'm not overjoyed now. And castrOul will remain for gentle manipulation.
Omela
Girls, I did it once in Panasonic .. It didn't work, I didn't repeat it anymore. I'm not at home anymore, I'll show you later how the photo is boiling. I would not expose a single teflon casters to this. Or as Anna says in al. Form.

I made condensed milk on the Steam 10min program. While the steel bowl is warming up, it is necessary to stir it without fail, then it will not stick and the sugar will dissolve. When it boils, stir periodically. Pour hot condensed milk immediately. The pan will be empty. Do not cook for more than 10 minutes! The sugaring process begins.
lana19
marlanca, Galina! Thanks for the recipe! I cooked, however, at Jamie Oliver HomeCooker - Philips. Very convenient - he mixes himself! Here is the result

Thank you girls for your attention to the recipe, I'm glad that everyone liked it ....
marlanca
lana19,
Sveta is great, next time I'll try to cook in Orson, there is also constant stirring ...
lana19
Galina, Nothing stuck to the stainless steel! I confirm! And with mixing - so generally a fairy tale! Thanks again for the recipe!

Interestingly, will it work in a bread maker on baked goods? After all, the scapula is in the way.

Does the spatula interfere with baking? What is the Jam program or what other stirring program is there?
Olga VB
Interesting ...
And somewhere I saw a recipe using powdered milk, but I already forgot.
I should try this ...
And then dumplings can be made from it, or will it not work?
And ice cream will work with her?
Anna1957, Omela, and what kind of aluminum mold are we talking about? Mo be, me identity nana ...

There are aluminum cast forms for baking bread - the most popular is L7, then L11 (the size of Karelian bread), there is also for a round one (I don’t remember its marking), it just gets into a large Panas. I bought in Bareka on Yakornaya, 6. Where you sell it in Moscow - ask Omela.

Olga, I just got boiled water. The only thing I had to beat with a blender was to make the structure even. And the consistency turned out to be like a fudge, thick. To taste, candy ladybug. The child said to do this.
marlanca
Omela,
Interestingly, let’s tell us how the “boiled” condensed milk came about? My child has finished this one, I want it !!!! ....... ...... A cow !!!
Omela
Galya, be patient until evening. I will show and tell you. Delicious. I want to make ice cream on it.

Oh, I'm waiting ... I'm waiting ...

Here with milk powder, where I got it I don’t remember: Milk 250 ml .. Powdered milk (preferably skimmed) 1 1/2 cup ... Sugar 1 1/2 cup. Mix it all with a whisk. Here we have one and a half glasses of sugar, one and a half glasses of powdered milk and 250 ml of whole milk. The condensed milk will be cooked in a water bath. Place a large pot of water on the stove and bring the water to a boil. immerse a saucepan (or cup) with the mixture in the saucepan. Boil the condensed milk in the resulting water bath for one hour, stirring occasionally. Boil condensed milk for 1 hour !!!!! This is a prerequisite! In an hour it will still be liquid, but as soon as it stands overnight in the refrigerator, in the morning you will see a thick, tasty condensed milk !!!!! Therefore, do not digest it!
marlanca
tatamail,
Tanyusha, I saw this recipe, but I was looking for a "non-blemish" ... in a short time, so to speak ...., and this is hefty for a long time ... .... but I got it absolutely not digested .... the result I'm 100% satisfied ...
Omela
I'll tell you ...
Turned on for Frying. The default time is 15 minutes. After the signal for heating, put milk, sugar, butter, stirred until completely dissolved. It took 5 minutes to heat the food and boil it. Then, from 10 to 5 minutes, she stirred occasionally. The last 5 minutes were thickening. This is 30 seconds before the end of the program:

Condensed milk in 10 minutes in a multicooker Steba

You can see the rim to which the milk rose. The boiling is violent. After that I went to take the camera. After the end of the program, 30-60 seconds passed. T. n. the total cooking time after boiling is 11 minutes. A dark crust formed at the bottom, mixed, poured into a blender. beat until smooth. Still hot:

After complete cooling - an absolutely thick and viscous mass. A little crystallized from above. To taste - a ladybug !!!

marlanca
Omela,
Ksyusha, super-duper .... ....... this is a real boiled condensed milk turned out, I will definitely do it .... interesting, will the crystals help to remove a slightly larger dose of butter? Need to try....
Omela
Gal, it’s only empirically to catch this moment when it only starts to weld, that is, not extra 60 seconds, but 30. IMHO
Olga VB
OksyushaAnd if there was constant stirring (I am trying on my Keshik), would crystallization also begin?
And what temperature would you recommend?
Omela
Olya, with constant stirring, I would see that the color change began and would quickly turn it off and pull out the pan. I repeat that all this happened literally in 1 minute while taking pictures. I realized by the smell that it was beginning to burn. Tempera, I think, 110C.
