Chicken fillet Pork pieces

Ingredients

chicken fillet 1 kg
lemon 1 PC
soda 1 tsp
starch 1 tsp
salt
flour (for breading)

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut chicken breasts into small pieces, add salt and soda. Sprinkle the breasts well with lemon juice, add starch.
  • Mix everything well. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Then roll each piece in flour.
  • 3. Fry in vegetable oil, turning the pieces over, so that an appetizing golden brown crust forms on all sides.
  • It is better to fry such a quantity of meat in two passes, i.e. put the pieces in one layer.
  • The meat pieces swell when frying, they turn out to be very juicy (which is not quite typical for chicken breast) and delicious!

The name is due to the fact that, according to the author of the recipe (begi с), the taste of chicken meat completely disappears, and the taste of natural pork carbonade appears.
