Granulated sugar 150g
Milk 155ml
Cream 33% 300ml
Savoyardi cookies 400g
Coffee
Cognac or rum 1 tsp
Cocoa

Cooking method

  • Several years ago I was puzzled by the preparation of this wonderful dessert, but the recipes that I came across on my way were embarrassed by the presence of raw eggs. This does not bother some, but I wanted to find a safer way of cooking!
  • And I found such a recipe from Anna Doroshina, for which I am immensely grateful.
  • This version of Tiramisu is very fond of my family and my friends. Now it's time to share it with you)
  • Tiramisu (heat treatment of yolks)First, mix the yolks with granulated sugar and add milk. Pour the mass into a saucepan with a thick bottom and bring it to gurgles over low heat. Then keep on fire for a couple of minutes until thickened. And yes, all this time we are actively mixing the mass!
  • Tiramisu (heat treatment of yolks)We transfer our mass to a bowl, cover with a film "in contact" and leave to cool down to room temperature. I take it to the cold pantry to cool down faster.
