Loose waffles with condensed milk

Ingredients

Butter 200 g
Condensed milk 250 g
Chicken egg 2 pcs
Wheat flour, premium 1 glass
Starch 1 glass
Soda 1/3 teaspoon
Lemon juice extinguish soda

Cooking method

  • Cut the softened butter into pieces, mash with a fork. Add eggs one at a time, mix. Pour in condensed milk, stir. Stir in a spoonful, add flour and starch. Squeeze lemon juice into a spoon with baking soda (extinguish), mix with dough. You should get an elastic, rather thick dough. Prepare the waffle iron (according to your instructions). On each base, put about 1 tbsp. l. dough and bake until tender. (The amount of dough is determined experimentally and depends on the waffle iron model.) Glass = 250 ml.
  • Accelerated method: put all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or mixer, it is better to melt the butter, knead at low speed, then at medium speed until a homogeneous dough is obtained, then bake as usual.

Note

The waffles are crumbly, soft, sweet, well kept and do not spoil their taste. More than 2 days, I really have not stored I use condensed milk only without vegetable fats.
