Ingredients

Butter 120 g
Sugar 150 g
Kefir (yogurt) 60 g
Soda 1/2 tsp
Vanillin 1/4 tsp
Salt pinch
Wheat flour 100 g
Oatmeal (I have Nordic with bran, cooking time 8 minutes) 150 g
Raisins 100 g

Cooking method

  • Melt butter and beat with sugar until the latter is completely dissolved. Add kefir, beat again.
  • Mix flour with flakes, salt, vanilla, raisins. Add liquid mixture and stir quickly with a spoon. The dough is thick and sticky.
  • Form balls with wet hands and spread on a baking sheet lined with paper.
  • Bake preheated to 180aboutFrom oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.

When kneading, the dough seemed liquid.
Threw in 4 spoons of flour.
It became a little thicker.

I really liked it.
