Structure:
1 -1.5 kg raw liver
2 tbsp. l. full of semolina
2 eggs
2 tbsp. l. full of sour cream

Preparation:
Pass the liver through a meat grinder. Add all other ingredients and leave for 15 minutes.

Pour the cakes (about a finger thick) into a hot oiled frying pan and bake in the oven rather quickly, at a high temperature (220 degrees), until the "dampness" disappears in the center.

Then grease the finished cakes with mayonnaise + at your discretion: garlic, fried carrots and onions, herbs, boiled chopped eggs, hard cheese, herbs, fried mushrooms, etc.
The liver does not need to be overexposed in the oven.

If there is no oven, then it is even possible to bake the cakes on the stove, under the lid, but then you will have to turn the cakes over during cooking.

Maybe if it were with semolina, it would have been better kept in shape, and I didn't guess something to pour flour instead of semolina.
