When I made such cookies, I already forgot about it. Thanks for reminding me
Any pickle suitable for cucumbers?

I also made these cookies on cabbage pickle today. Some of the cookies were sprinkled with sesame seeds on top, some with poppy seeds. they look very beautiful, they taste unusual. from the first time I didn't understand whether I still want to, my husbands are not there, there is no one to take a sample, the daughter is losing weight.
In general, I will no longer do it on cabbage brine, but I will try on cucumber, but not immediately, then I will report back.

Girls, I got excited, I honestly do not really, but my boys and my husband, and my son (21 years old), and his friends and mother-in-law liked it very much. I have already distributed this recipe to three friends. The taste is so unusual.
Worth trying.

Katerinochka, cheers cheers! She also once made these cookies - in her student years, in the oven with cockroaches) Yesterday there was half a liter of pickle from sweet tomatoes, today I am specifically looking for a recipe - I want to show my son that you can bake cookies in brine! Thanks, we will do!

And I just formed a pickle, really tomato. Now I will attach it. I wonder what happens?

From tomato pickle, just, for my taste, the most delicious cookies turn out, cabbage is definitely not good, the smell is too specific, and from cucumber it is probably better to make salted with caraway seeds.
And tomato is sweetish and the smell is generally not as sharp as that of cabbage.

I liked the aroma and taste very much. I'll take it to the permanent!

I would like to try it purely out of curiosity. There is cabbage brine, enough for cookies.
I baked on beer, but I didn't like it, I felt sorry for the work.

bake half the norm per sample. it comes out a lot. I didn't have a batch on the baking sheet
I also advise a pinch of coarse salt. I love to meet her in the taste of sweet cookies. and I also reduced the sugar a little.
