Tomatoes "Lvovskiye"
Category: Blanks
Ingredients
We put in banks to the bottom
(for 1 liter can):
Parsley (I like celery) 1 sprig
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Pepper 5-6 peas
Cloves 1-2 pcs.
Cooking method

We put the tomatoes. Brine: for 3.5 liters of water - 3-4 tbsp. l. salt, 2 cups sugar, 1 cup vinegar
You can pour boiling water 2 times, brine for the 3rd time, you can immediately pour boiling brine and sterilize 10 minutes after boiling

Note
Honestly, I don't know why they are called that - the recipe is over 10 years old, a neighbor gave me.

These tomatoes are just a fairy tale! And yet - I tried to make an assortment according to this recipe. I will not say that it is bad, but it was experimentally found that the most delicious assortment with this marinade - zucchini and tomatoes in half - a can (I close the 3-liter) can easily be divided into three or four without a trace!

For some reason, not a single review, but I will risk it!
Scarlett
Agata21, to your health! Honestly - there are simply NO indifferent among my relatives and friends !!! Almost no one asks for the recipe, not because it tastes bad, it's just that I'm like that in our circle fucked in the kitchen one left
irza
Tanyusha, thanks for the tip on the recipe! I'm just getting ready to roll a tomato, collecting new recipes.
Are these tomatoes sweet?
Yutan
Thanks for the recipe! Isn't that too much sugar? I'm also preparing for the tomato rolls, collecting recipes. I'll try yours too.
Scarlett
irza, Yutan, sweetish, but not too much - my husband doesn’t eat sweet vegetables and meat, but these tomatoes just fly away from him. I roll the halves into liter jars - and often a jar to my husband for one sitting, and drinks the brine too
I also advise you to close the jar in half with zucchini at least for a test - my husband's favorite assortment
Svetta
Tan, I will definitely try and close your recipe. Tomatoes went massively with me, and this year I foolishly planted zucchini bushes 40, twig !!! That sho pomiki with booths will be straight shchaz.
Scarlett
I will wait! And everything has dried up with us! There is almost no water in the wells ...

What are you all craftswomen, I am writing my first message here, because I did not find where you can introduce yourself here. And I don’t live a day without you ... well, I like everything here .... After each recipe I complete, I burn out with shame that I didn’t send a thank you, but tomorrow and tomorrow .. And today I just cannot resist. Thank you !!!! Today I opened Lviv tomatoes and .... I just didn't eat it, but swallowed one half of a tomato from a 2-liter jar. Thank you, Tanya, I will definitely preserve it according to your recipe!
Scarlett

So, Tanya, I still figured out whose tomatoes I go for "Recipe No. 6"! And then today already in "I am looking for a recipe" I wrote asking, and rummaged through the entire forum. But I wanted to say so THANK YOU !!!!, that she could not stand it and went through all the tomato recipes in a row, she just compared the recipe. It turned out that for some reason I was marked "in Poltava", and yours was "Lviv". And I immediately wrote the proportions for 3 liters. bank, well, it was convenient for me then.

THESE ARE THE MOST DELICIOUS TOMATOES THAT I COVERED LAST YEAR !!!!!!!

KISS MULIEN ONCE, MY RECIPE FOREVER !!!
Chamomile
Such a review !!! Bookmarked for next year.
Julia V
and I put in bookmarks
Scarlett
svetta, thank you very much for such a great review! Have you tried it with zucchini?
Py. Sy. - special thanks for the "Fish" - I have never eaten such delicious food
Svetta
Tanya didn't do it with zucchini, her husband said not to spoil the tomatoes. Zucchini went to me as a separate program number in a myriad of recipes, I had to somewhere to attach a crop from 40 bushes! But next year I will roll up one can of pomiks with booths.

2 glasses of sugar? is it a tomato compote?
2 cups of sugar per 3.5 liters of water - is this compote ??? There is also vinegar and salt, it turns out very tasty marinade, not compote.
Scarlett
Lady Drivewhy such skepticism? How much do you personally sprinkle on the can?
Svetik, how do you close the taverns? I hope we will at least have them this year, but we need to update our recipes
Lady Drive
I apologize, my skepticism from diabetes mellitus ((an unaffordable luxury for me such tomatoes (
Svetta
Lady Drive, last summer I closed one can for a sample of tomatoes without sugar at all, only salt and vinegar and a huge bunch of celery leaves (I took the recipe on another forum with rave reviews for 9 pages). So - we couldn't eat them at all! The jar stood in the refrigerator for 10-12 days and today I was breathing hard for her husband's sister. For myself, I realized that such tomatoes are sugar-free or for a sooo big fan, or for people who cannot eat sugar. Therefore, I can sympathize with you in your limitations and advise you to be more tolerant in "sugar" recipes.
Scarlett
Tatyana, I sympathize with all my heart, but I absolutely agree with Shining light... As a child, my grandmother's pickled tomatoes were delicious for me, but when, on the advice of a friend, I began to add sugar-free for me to my sugar. May my grandmother forgive me - she was an amazing housewife, I am very far from her.
Lady Drive
Scarlett, svetta, Forgive the young ladies if offended thoughtlessly. I also add sugar to the tomatoes, although I can't, but I need what the family would eat, but I put a spoonful of salt with a slide and three tablespoons of sugar on a three-liter jar. And they are also sweet and tasty, and I put a glass of sugar on a three-liter jar of compote, that's my exclamation, and it was because two glasses of sugar are cool
Scarlett
Come on, it happens! The most unusual combinations sometimes give a gorgeous result. A glass of sugar is 10-12 tablespoons, so count yourself. I also pour a glass into the compotes. And 1.25-1.5 liters of brine goes to a can of tomatoes-cucumbers, so you're not too far away from me
Svetta

and on a three-liter jar of compote I put a glass of sugar, that's my exclamation, and it was because two glasses of sugar, it's still cool
Tanya, then you did not take into account that 2 glasses of sugar are not for a can, but for 3.5 l of water! And this quantity of the obtained brine is enough for 3 three liters. banks! That is, 2/3 stacks go to the can. sugar, in spoons it is 6 tablespoons (I measured it with a specialist). So it's not so scary, all in a bunch!
And yet - sometimes it seems like a large amount of sugar is leveled by an increased amount of vinegar and then sugar is felt less. You just have to try and select recipes just for your taste. He is completely different for everyone.
irza
Tanyusha, this year I close according to your recipe and for testing tomatoes with black shaves from Svetta... Marinade is good, I hope that in winter the family will appreciate the new items
Chamomile
I closed your tomatoes yesterday. 11 cans turned out, or rather 10.5, and one more was topped up with the rest of the brine from the Garden. I did it yesterday. A couple of cans were 0.75, the rest were liter. We'll see it in winter. Thanks for the recipe.

Tatyana, thanks for the recipe, and svettaThanks for the tip on the recipe! Very, very tasty !!! The tomatoes are super awesome! I will definitely do it!
Irina Tarasova
Tatyana, thank you very much for the delicious tomatoes. I liked the recipe. I will do more.
Scarlett
In a squeaky voice: I told you, kids, it's delicious: girl_haha: Girls, good luck
irza
Very delicious. I feel that I rolled up a little. And zucchini, by the way, are mega-tasty in this marinade.
Let me kiss you, Tanyushechka 😘😘😘.
Scarlett
I agree!
Chamomile
Scarlett, Thanks for the recipe !!! Very tasty tomatoes turned out. It's good that a lot of cans came out, otherwise I was worried that they would suddenly not like it. Thank you so much! I will definitely do it next year.
Scarlett
Olga,
Svetta
Chamomile1, Olya, now you understand why I left SUCH a review last year ???
Tanya, I make tomatoes according to three recipes - with lemon juice, without vinegar, and yours. All the rest didn't stick. Kisses mulienne once, your can was eaten today.
Chamomile
svetta, I understand))) I also like the sweet Fomkins and I liked the new recipe with onions and butter. Here I liked what you can do in the airfryer. I am not cleaner and faster than fiddling with fills.
Scarlett
Svetik, I'm so glad that I could please such a hostess !!!! Chamomile, in the original of this recipe there is also oil and a couple of onion slices on top, but I didn’t like it with oil, so I removed it with a clear conscience

Tan, but in the first version, boiling water and brine, do not need to be sterilized? For me, sterilization is a knife in my back))
Scarlett
TatyanaI myself hate the sterilization process. Especially in the heat

So if you pre-boil water, then you do not need to sterilize? In my distant youth, my dad and I rolled tomatoes, but it was so long ago that I completely forgot about it, but you reminded me)) Thank you so much for that. Maybe I'll be going to make a couple of cans)) For now, I'll bookmark it))

I'm on fire today. I closed two fills. There is only one jar of marinade left, the tomatoes are over. Thanks for the recipe.
The second year I do with changes, since I have developed intolerance to garlic, I do it with onions. About one small onion per jar, cut into rings. Of course, the taste and aroma are not the same as with garlic, but still very tasty.
