The purpose of the programs Keeping warm and Keeping warm lies in the names themselves:
oh, well, if it were so ... sometimes the names of the programs themselves are so distorted by our translations that they confuse not only heating and heating, but also more radical programs. Therefore, it is good to have a thermometer. I don’t have it, but I know for sure that it exists in general, it cannot but exist: :) maybe you can use a temperature probe If the temperature is 80 gr during heating, then this is the base temperature for a slow cooker and you can easily cook jellied meat like this - boil on any prog, and then switch the clock to 6-8 - for warming up.

Galyun, in different cartoons it can be different, especially since in Supra heating and heating - it's kind of like separate programs. Galya, you will also have to buy Supra well ... for the purity of the experiment. What? good multicooker - the lid is removable and inexpensive

In Marus, Heating and Heating are also different programs ... Heating is hot and only 20 minutes, so I'll try what is ... I'm not going to buy Supra YET .. and Heating, I think, is about the same temperature in all cartoons .. I still have two of them ... so I'll compare ..

Girls, can you cook jellied meat for keeping warm, for example? I just want to cook the jellied meat for the night, and the soup and porridge programs only take 4 hours, but if 2 hours more on keeping the heat will be equivalent to stewing for 6 hours?
Someone at the Forum did it, it worked out. Try, it seems to me, it is equivalent to first boil on the stove and then wrap it up in something warm (this is how my grandmother always did, I haven't eaten any jellied meat yet).

We all did this, who have the simplest rice cookers with one button. Turn it on until it boils and leave it overnight on the heat. In the morning I took it apart, by the evening it froze.
Marina-K
Super! Then there is simply no price for this cartoon ... Otherwise, at first I lamented that it can only be extinguished for 4 hours

Here are the results of the experiment. I poured a liter of water into both multiply (the initial temperature of water from the tap is 26.6 degrees) and turned on the HEATING mode.
In 20min, in Panas the temperature is -39.7 in Marus -64.7
in 33min - Panas-45, Marusya -64
in 1 hour - Panas -61.3 Marusya-65
in 1 hour 40 min - Panas -74.3 Marusya-67
in 2 hours - Panas -74, 2 Marusya67.8

I did not measure further, I think that nothing will change.

I transferred Marusya to the WARM-UP mode (20 minutes by default) - the temperature is -100 degrees.

Conclusion - as we can see on the Preheat at Panasonic the temperature jumps between 74-75 degrees, at Marusya 47 on the Preheat -67-68 degrees.

What does Supra have on Heating mode? the question remains open ...

Yes, after Warming up it goes into Warming up ..
anika970
She poured a glass of water into the cartoon, turned on the Heating, after 6 minutes. boiled. An analogue of Warming up in Marus is obtained. And keeping warm in Supra is analogous to Heating.

What recipe did you use to make the casserole and what did you fail?
Marina-K
Girls, tell me please ... I cooked rice today. First, I fried onions and carrots, then I poured dry rice 2 multi-glasses, leveled and poured 4 multi-glasses of hot water (it turned out somewhere 2 cm above the level of rice, like when cooking pilaf). I put it on fast mode. After 25 min. the cartoon is disconnected. The rice was slightly burnt underneath and was very dry. What did I do wrong? And why didn't the cartoon turn off as soon as the water evaporated, and not when the rice had already started to burn, isn't it automatic?

I do exactly the same, only on the Normal one, I take long-grain steamed rice, everything works out great, now I just cooked buckwheat, delicious, crumbly. At Bystry I mostly fry.

Do you also use parboiled rice for pilaf? And in what proportions do you cook buckwheat?
anika970
For pilaf, it is also steamed, I like it, although to some it seems harsh, as they say in taste, in color ... I didn't even know about this before the multicooker; buckwheat is also in the same proportion 1: 2 (usually 2 cups of buckwheat for 4 cups of water). But if it seems a little dry, you need to add water, experimentally find the right proportion.

Svetlana62 , unfortunately I didn’t use this recipe.

Try it like this: Cottage cheese casserole .

We bake a cycle and another 25-30 minutes. Turn off and put on heating for 10 minutes. Then turn off the heating and without opening the pan, leave for 30 minutes. Then open the lid and wait for it to cool. Only after that we take it out.

If suddenly the casserole has settled, there is an option to save it.

Try it, I think you will succeed.

Marina-K
Girls, tell me how to cook thin buckwheat porridge in milk in a cartoon. What are the proportions?
Lapushok
I made jellied meat with Supre, or rather the goal was different ... My husband broke his leg and for faster healing was advised to eat boiled veins from motorcycle skins. Summer, it's hot at home, I didn't want to do it on the stove, I decided to try it in the cartoon. I didn't care about the state of the broth, so I poured water on the beef moto ski and put it on the soup for 4 hours, then added another hour. After that, I couldn't even pull out the whole motorcycle, everything was boiled to the bones, and what is most surprising - the broth was transparent !!! I decided to put it in the refrigerator for a test, so it turned out as if with gelatin, it froze so well. The next time I decided not to translate such goodness and made a full-fledged jellied meat, with meat. I added chicken to the motorcycle and cooked it the same way, fed the "medicine" to my husband, and cut the meat with broth, and it turned out to be a wonderful jellied meat.

On the SOUP it boils a lot at the beginning, and then quieter, this is my feeling. On porridge it seems to me weaker.

I tried to cook it today, I had never cooked buckwheat in milk before.
I took 1 multi glass of buckwheat, 0.5 liters of milk and 2 multi glasses of water, well, and salt (I cook millet in the same proportions). On the porridge for 1 hour, then for some time it was still heated (I was sleeping after the night shift) It turned out delicious porridge and not dry, and there was not much liquid left.

Tell me why, when I cook in the "Soup" mode, it cooks in different ways ...
that is, sometimes the water does not run away, it just slowly boils, and yesterday, for example, my soup ran away through the valve ...why does it happen? what does it depend on?

I think you had a lot of liquid poured. So everything ran through the valve.

Take to your friendly ranks! Just a question. I made two casseroles on the pie mode 2 cycles. It settles in the center. I cooked an omelet for 10 minutes on baking - opened - raw. Another 10 minutes for baking. Not very raised, less lush in the middle than at the edges. What am I doing wrong? Why does the middle sag in baked goods and omelettes?
olgucha
So I became the owner of the supra. I like everything very much. But I just can't figure out which mode is suitable for extinguishing. It seems like everything is boiling. Please share your experience with a newbie

Strange, I fry on a pie all the time, it has a default time of 40-50 minutes.
And I make an omelet in the same mode ... everything was fine ...
maybe you did something on the Pie before, but you finished earlier ... for some reason, the MV remembers this unfinished time, and then spends it on the next start
