Cook !!! I baked something similar in a slow cooker, here,
Cupcake "THREE WISHES"... What I love about this recipe is that every time you use different additives to the dough, you can get a new cake / new taste.
Alexandra
Cook,

Very tasty cupcake!
And, indeed, a great idea is to combine tee flavors, three fillings. It turns out to be a classic of haute cuisine - when three different tastes are revealed sequentially while eating food. More than three is already an overload. Three

Thanks for the recipe! Baked. Delicious cupcake !!!

I also baked it, it was delicious, but the question is how much baking powder is needed exactly? I threw in a tablespoon with a slight slide. It turned out to be "difficult" for me, so to speak, heavy, probably it should be so?

sve, NatalyaN , I'm glad that you liked the cupcake.

NatalyaN, I use Dr. Oetker baking powder, weight 10 grams. I use the whole pack.

Did the cupcake rise well?
NatalyaN
not much, 1-1.5 cm. At first I thought that it would just pop out of my silicone mold, so much dough turns out that I put the baking sheet under the wire rack, but it slowly rose and did not run away.

It turned out to be "not easy" because he got up badly. Very sorry. The cupcake rises well for this recipe. Try to bake it again, maybe it will rise higher and the cake will be tender and light.

I just revised the recipe, I seemed to do everything exactly the same, but why there was no lightness in it, I don't know? I'll bake it again, for sure, my husband even gave him such approval!

NatalyaN , glad that your husband liked the cupcake. I can't even guess why the dough didn't rise. The cupcake is easy to make. Maybe the problem is in the baking powder?

Olyushkawhat a beautiful cupcake! Can you replace sour cream with kefir or sour milk? I want to bake, but I don’t want to run for sour cream (our frost is -18), but there is kefir.
