thanks for the idea, I'll try in my cartoon - I think it will work too

Innushka, Thank you so much. Instead of milk, you can also mix sour cream with mayonnaise and add mushrooms instead of cutlets. Delicious potatoes are made with mushrooms and such a sauce.

Natalie178, but I didn’t notice that you designed the recipe. This is correct and good.

Natalie178, do I understand correctly that cutlets and potatoes are cooked separately? What is brown mode and normal mode? I have many others and would like to know the temperature and cooking time.

Yes, cutlets and potatoes are cooked separately. I have a Supra MCS-3510 multicooker. I use brown mode for frying, and normal mode is for cooking rice. As for the cooking temperature, the instructions from my multicooker say nothing. Apparently, each mode has its own temperature. The potatoes were cooked in the usual mode for about 40 minutes, after which the keep-warm mode automatically turned on, at that very moment I added grated cheese.
Cooked cutlets in brown mode for 25 minutes. During this time, the multicooker managed to warm up and fry the cutlets.

Try it, bon appetit. In my slow cooker I tried to stew potatoes in milk with chicken fillet, put pie on the mode (similar to the baking mode on your slow cooker), it turned out very tasty.
