Strange, I fry on a pie all the time, it has a default time of 40-50 minutes.
And I make an omelet in the same mode ... everything was fine ...
maybe you did something on the Pie before, but you finished earlier ... for some reason, the MV remembers this unfinished time, and then spends it on the next start
I haven't done anything on the cake yet. I got used to frying on the "fast" it fries well. And I made a chicken, stewed it on porridge for 2 hours. It turned out vKUUUUYou will lick your fingers
Thank you for your help

Thank you, Cook, for your prompt reply. I'll try.
I also want to share a recipe for potato saute. Pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil into the bottom of the pan. Cut potatoes. Then a layer of finely chopped onions (onions), then a layer of chopped tomatoes, a layer of chopped boiled sausage + grease a little with mayonnaise, then another layer of potatoes. Top - grated cheese. I put porridge on the regime. I came home three hours later (it turned out 1 hour - porridge, 2 hours - keeping warm) - super dinner !!!!

Irish, and what kind of recipe do you have?

3 eggs, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of flour, 1 tsp of baking powder (not baking soda) - beat everything at once, pour into a cartoon, stick any fruits on top (at mnu plums) - bake 2 cycles, as you taught Karoche, so yourself charlotte obnoknoven. I tested it with a specialist Liberton for baking.

Irishka, thanks for the recipe. The photo is very appetizing.

CookI'm upset INSANE !!! I definitely do not have hands, at least someone does not grow from there, but I DO NOT AT ALL
The three-in-one cupcake turned out to be damp inside, and the raisins (I made with raisins) are again all at the bottom in an even layer, and the rest is just a cupcake ... raw. But the raisins were absolutely dry !!! Baking in a cartoon is definitely not my story. I sprinkle ashes on my head Even a capricious husband was confused by my annoyance and promised that he would eat everything with great pleasure

Svetlana62, it's a pity that you didn't succeed.

I can't imagine what you did wrong.

Did you turn it over?

You can bake it in the microwave.

Thank you. Now I will try to stew a chicken, like I want to make chakhokhbili

And here's another question, to fry in what mode, for example, potatoes. Everywhere they write on "pie". But I tried to fry onions in this mode, after 10 minutes the cartoon switched to keeping warm
This means that you used this program before, but not completely, and there is such a function-continuation of the program, so you had to click on the program again ..

Yes, I turned it over after the 2nd cycle and finished the 3rd cycle.
It still seems to me that baking should be done traditionally in the oven! There would definitely be a cupcake! And MV cooks, not bakes ... The name is multi-cooker ...
The casserole, yes, it will work, because there is a curd consistency, damp ... And a dry cake is not for MV
Cook

Svetlana62 , I now live in the country. There is gas in cylinders. MV helps me out. I bake, everything works out.

Could it be that your dough was too thin?

No, the dough was great !!! I get it in the oven.
And in MV it is heavy

actually, to be absolutely precise, the name of all these pots rice cookerbecause they come from Japan, Korea and China. But that doesn't mean at all that we only cook rice in them? The multicooker is an adapted name for our market. All over the world they are sold and bought under the name of the riskier. In a saucepan, only the temperatures are important, because it is just an electric pan.

shl. multicooker - will never replace the oven, yes. but the pastries in it are wonderful.

I made charlotte in the cartoon. Only one cycle, it lasted for me 50 minutes. And everything was baked, my husband and I liked it. Maybe it will just work out another time, I read that excellent pastries are not always obtained. Sometimes incidents happen. I just want to try a biscuit on the weekend, maybe it will work out

Today I cooked the first course in MV for the first time.

I decided to cook borscht.

Fried onions with carrots. I stuffed everything into MV (except for beets, garlic and cilantro). Has included the SOF program.

At this time, I put the beets in the microwave to cook. When it cooled down a little, rubbed it on a grater. I chopped the herb with garlic and put it in the borsch 8 minutes before cooking.

Delicious.

Lenochka, Thank you!

This color is because everything is boiled. Didn't pour vinegar today.

Yes, I forgot to write. Lean borscht.
Antonovka
Cook,
Ol, I read a recipe for Kuban borscht on a slow cooker. So there beets are rubbed and poured for 5 minutes with cold water, then washed until rose water. I tried it and, surprisingly, the borscht came out the right color and without vinegar. Yes, the beets were not bright burgundy, and the borscht was bright. Now I'm thinking - is it a coincidence or not And, by the way, I often make first courses lean

Lena, How interesting. Thank you very much for the information.

Only I didn't understand - boiled or raw beets?
Antonovka
Ol, the beets were soaked raw, then cooked Now I will send a reference

I have been using it for 2 months already, I practically stopped using the stove, the energy bill came in about 80 rubles more than usual. I have a gas stove. I read on the forum - whoever has an electric stove, it is more profitable to use MV.
Pingvinus
Every second owner, when buying a multicooker, asks about the electricity it consumes, and every first one thinks about it.
When I bought my first cartoon, I also tormented experienced members of the forum with this question (thanks to them again for the answers) and then repeatedly saw that almost all newcomers asked it.

I think that the moderators need to make questions about the electricity consumed by the multicooker as a separate topic, because in each topic for each model of the multicooker this question is asked, and more than once and the answers are lost in a large number of pages.

And now, in essence: if you have an electric stove, then electricity consumption will significantly decrease, since the cartoon consumes much less stove; if there is a gas stove, then it depends on the number of multicooker and the frequency of their use, but there will be no global changes for sure. I have been using the multicooker for more than six months and have not noticed any changes in my electricity bills, well, maybe in the first couple of months, when I just couldn't get enough of a new kitchen device 15 more hryvnias than I usually paid. But I have a family of two and I don't cook too much.

A multicooker is a miracle, not only does it cook itself and does it well, it also saves energy when cooking, since the relay inside turns off the heating when the required temperature is set.

It would be nice to count on the meter and calculate the exact amount of electricity for each program, but I am also satisfied with the fact that I know for sure that the consumption of the multicooker is very small, and the benefits from it are 1000 times greater.
elvirka
I have a gas stove, I stopped using so my husband began to put pressure on my ears ... that you spend a lot of e-va ...
probably in a couple of months I will be able to estimate the costs myself, and so far I am asking experienced users.
Thank you.

Question about the program "Plov" - as far as I understood, there is no model of this program in 4511 ???
Tell me, is there something in programs like "Plov" - so that the liquid evaporates and at the end of cooking it is a little fried?

I'm so booming that on "fast" or "normal".

Girls! Help out. Yesterday I also joined your ranks. But from which side to approach my murka I do not know. Before that, no one of my acquaintances had seen the work of MV. Let's start with the broth.
The recipes say how to boil to remove the foam. And how to see what is boiling. After all, it is written that you cannot open the lid (I read it from Panasonic). And you, too, write, here it boils more, here it is weaker. Where do you see this? How to do it (point by point). If it's not difficult, write it down.
Lapushok
You can open the lid, I open it in all programs, I even fry on the Pie with the lid open. The only thing if according to the recipe it is not recommended to open it, this is especially on baked goods, but you can.

I don’t shoot the film. I do not have it. yu I just fry the onions, carrots first, cut the meat into pieces and fry it a little, then put the potatoes and something else, pour boiling water and put on the "porridge" for 1.5 hours and the soup is ready

Thanks everyone for the quick response. True, for some reason, when I cook in a saucepan on the stove, there is always foam. Perhaps because the meat is raw, not fried.

when you fry, the protein curls up - there will be no foam. You can simply pour boiling water over the meat from the kettle. The same effect. And in general, open the multicooker, do not be afraid, try, poke around in it. Study - it boils, does not boil, if it boils, then how it boils - languishes or actively gurgles, make notches in your head, then it will be useful to combine modes. It is not recommended to open it only when baking biscuits (but this is a classic advice for ovens - it will fall off, do not go to the grandma)
