HELLO dear hostesses! For several months now I've been racking my brains on which multicooker to buy. I chose between BEC14 and SUPRO4511, but still settled on the supra. One question is there a bowl, what could be cooked at the right time?
mowgli
Everything is there, take it !!!
I really do not use a bowl for steam, a double boiler cooks faster and it seems to me that the capacity is better .. Well, provided that there is a double boiler, but as one friend of mine says, you can use a colander ..
elvirka
question: can fries be made? What mode do you think is better?
mowgli
I just think that on a double boiler .. you can, only oil instead of water

It seems to me that this should be done on the PIE program. I didn’t cook this dish in MV, I don’t presume to say.
mowgli
I also thought about the Pie at first, and then I think that the oil in the deep fryer should boil ???

I report on corn milk porridge. I cooked today on the timer, on the program Porridge for 1 hour, everything is fine, did not run away, though it turned out not porridge, but milk corn soup, I did not guess with the proportion, on one of the sites (there was no time to look) there was a recipe for 0.5 tablespoons of cereals and 5 tablespoons of liquid (3 milk and 2 water). The soup is delicious !!! : girl_love: But next time you need to take more cereals
Daughter of Irusi

On porridge ... it boils ... and then languishes and gurgles very little by little. I put everything on this program.

IRRish, I also extinguish everything on the porridge program. I like.

And the other day I looked at Supra in the store - a very nice slow cooker, a saucepan is especially good
elvirka
I have 2 questions:
1. Has anyone made jam in MV? Give a recipe, interested in cherry
2. And I also noticed that there are scratches on the pot, probably the spatula from the kit is scratching ..... do you think it is possible to replace the pot in the future?

Len, why didn't you buy it?

P.S. If there is nowhere to put, you can come to me, I still have a place left ...

elvirka, I have a saucepan with one big scratch. I think it came from the bones.

I use only a silicone spatula and recommend it to you.

Duc, Inn, 3 weeks ago I bought a multicooker-pressure cooker A garage the kitchen can't stand it any longer

And I thought that I was to you, it's good that I read it - otherwise I would have pinned

If Ukraine reads, then I write to expand the horizon. We have such a multicooker called LIBERTON LMC 05-02 and costs around $ 80. e.

Girls, thanks for stewing porridge, everyone

Girls! another question about porridge in the supra. Tell me, what about the time? can it be added? and how much is there by default? If, say, I need to extinguish for 2-3 hours, how? add time? or I press several times porridge?
Cook

IRRish, on this program you can set a max of 4 hours. During this time I manage to make baked milk.

And the porridge is cooked for about 1 hour.

We have it the same way! : yes: for that kind of money ... a great saucepan)))

you can bet at least half an hour and then add minutes ..
in my saucepan, my son always digs with an ordinary spoon, if I did not have time to shift something, there are no scratches and I use the set-spatula and spoon from the kit to the saucepan, there are no scratches ..

girls, thank you all, especially mowgli - do not blame me for torturing about milk porridge and Olga The cook, I also explained the same thing to me a couple of times - I just reread the Temko, asked in different places about the same thing, solokha - here I sit and wait for the order. Now they'll give me a lift - it turns out that the seller lives in my house. I'll get her for the coming sleep, I'll sleep with her in my arms

on soup - it will boil more actively, on porridge - less. Choose from these 2 modes.

shl. if there are a lot of potatoes, then the program is better porridge... So that it does not gurgle like an abnormal and does not bubble through the valve.
mowgli
I've been steaming for a long time ..

Yesterday I cooked squash caviar in MV. It turned out tasty.

On the advice of the girls, I removed the valve, put the program FAST and cooked .... cooked ..... var silt. It turned out to be very tasty caviar.

IRRish, so you bought a saucepan? Congratulations!!!

Why remove the valve? what does it give? And about mashed potatoes: is it possible to cook them in a double boiler mode, not in a basket, but directly in a saucepan?

Ladies, hello everyone, HUGE! : flowers: Take to your ranks)) Recently became the owner of the supra 4511, first ordered in the internet 4501, but after reading the forum, I changed the order. 4511 seems to be better! I made fried ribs in MV, they say. porridge, potatoes with chanterelles, zebra pie. For me, the zebra turned out so damp (And did not rise at all, did 1 cycle on the cake. Maybe not enough? And I also don’t like that if the cake is interrupted, it will leave unused time in my memory. Why ???
And another question! How to cook rice for sushi ??? Initially, this is what prompted me to buy. In Panasonic they cook on buckwheat, but what is this with us?
And yet, the fast and normal modes are a skip in time
Svetlana62
AND MORE questions)))
Does the cartoon lope eat energy? I am now preparing the current in it, waiting for the electricity bill
And what do you do pilaf on? And lope in time?

As for baking, I will not help you with anything, because I have not tried it yet, it is somehow scary that it will not work. I cooked rice for sushi once on the usual mode, but it did not work out very well, I probably poured a lot of water (2 glasses per glass of rice) ... The second time I cooked rice for sushi on a fast, in the proportions of rice: water 1: 1.5. It turned out much better. I also think to try the proportions 1: 1.25.By the way, I was also initially prompted to buy a multi by cooking rice. On the fast and normal modes, the time is indefinite. On them, the cartoon is turned off when the liquid is completely evaporated.

I apologize for answering late. There were no notifications.

The valve was removed in order to evaporate the liquid as quickly as possible.

One cycle is not enough for a cake.

I bake a cake, so I run it 3 times. The first time the program is over, I don't even open the lid and put it on a second time. Then, at the end of the program, I turn the cake over and put it back on for the third time. You may need to run the program again.

About time. I think MV remembers the time (when we interrupt the program), because there may be a power failure. Try to run all the programs in a circle and put the one you need again.
I cooked rice on a fast food. Liked.

I am at a loss to say how long the FAST and NORMAL modes are. On FAST I cook caviar, there is a lot of liquid, so it cooks for an hour or more. It seems to me FAST, about 25 minutes.

Girls! Thanks for the clarification :
How do you turn the pie? A saucepan, is it not with a rectangular bottom, but a slightly rounded one? Does the pie not lose its shape, does it not "crack"?
How much water do you need for pilaf? On the stove for a glass of rice, I take 2 tablespoons of water, simmer for an hour. And in the cartoon I read the girls do it in half an hour. And how much water then? And the rice will cook soft, but not porridge?

Take the bowl from the steamer, insert it into the pan. Turn over. Put a plate on the baking dish and turn it over so that where the top was, was the bottom. Place the MV saucepan on the steamer bowl and turn over. I hope you will understand my shurum-burum.

Nothing spreads. We turn it over so that the top is "tanned".

The girls on the site boil 1: 1. But I would add a little water.

Shurum Burum understood The question is different: after all, the shape of the top does not correspond to the shape of the bottom, that is, where is the bottom of the pie rounded, and where do we want to make the tanned top straight, even. I hope you understand MY shurum burum

Svetlana62, I understand your shurum-burum.

Do not bother with disagreement.

I just baked it. Cut it hot. Take a look.

How long do you have a pie? I have 45 minutes, spotted today. Damn, well, this is generally NOT enough !!! And if you repeat the cycle again, then the cartoon heats up the cake again, and then supports the definition. pace?
I am now making pilaf on a regular one. It has already been working for 40 minutes, the water has boiled away, did 1: 2, but the MV does not vomit and the rice is dry. I'm upset. I will do something

It seemed to me that the PIE program takes me 50 minutes.

I look when ready. I check with a match.

I haven’t done pilaf yet.
Svetlana62
I finished the pilaf in the same mode, but added half a glass of water. Result 1: 2.5 !!! So much for you! And everything about everything took 3 hours! The pan is faster however
I was so happy with the cartoon !!! I clapped my hands ... But somehow we slowly become friends

And in vain. While you are studying it. Then you will do everything automatically.

It's like a washing machine. You wash it quickly on your hands, and the car turns for several hours. So it is with CF, but for now.
Svetlana62
Aha! I study empirically. I didn’t have time to unload the pilaf when I loaded the banana pie. I love bananas
Let's see what happens!

I have a question! : rose: On fast mode ... can I leave the mule alone? Unattended so to speak? If the water completely boils off, will it turn off? Or until all the time on this program does not pass it will not calm down? !!!

As soon as the water boils away, the MV will stop working.
