  • I don't just dislike pike. I quietly hate her.)) Because of the smell and taste of "mud" ... My husband just categorically forbade her to catch. But then a friend shared a recipe for fried pike, to which I was very skeptical. There was no way to check it, we didn't catch it.)) But on the previous trip, they accidentally got a couple. One went to cutlets. I decided to fry the second one. It turned out to be simply indecent tasty! We can say that I am amazed at the taste. It is tastier than fried fish, so it’s fish, and I didn’t eat pike. What's the secret?
  • There are two secrets.
  • The first one is soaking fish in milk and bread. For 1 liter of milk - 1 \ 2 loaves of white bread. Better callous, but I had a regular one. Crumble the bread into milk and shake it. Put the fish (milk should completely cover the fish) and leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
  • Second - the fish should not be cut large. The thickness is no more than 2 cm.
  • Dry the fish before frying, roll in flour mixed with salt.
  • FSE. You will not believe that this is a pike !!!!
