Ingredients

fresh mirror carp 2kg
tomato 2-3 pcs
green bell pepper 1 PC.
onion 1 PC.
seasoning for fish 2h l.
Provencal herbs 1h l.
freshly ground black pepper 1h l.
lemon 1 PC.
coarse salt taste
olive oil 2st. l.
chilli 1 PC.
green onions, parsley, dill if desired when serving taste
Bay leaf 1 PC.

Cooking method

Clean the carp, remove the gills and all entrails, rinse with water, make cuts with a knife in the region of the ridge and abdomen in order to get rid of small bones.
Rub with all the spices, black pepper, fish seasoning, and coarse salt, olive oil.
Chop bell peppers, onions and tomatoes coarsely and tightly, fill the belly or belly of the carp with vegetables, season with fish seasoning, bay leaves and hold together with bamboo toothpicks.
Put lemon slices on top, add tomatoes, bell peppers and chili peppers next to the carp, pack with baking paper and foil.
Bake at 200 degrees for 1.5 hours, then turn off the oven and leave the carp in it for another half hour!
