A week ago, I bought this multicooker as a gift to my mother-in-law, but "on probation" I was allowed to use it (I already have a Brand 37500 multicooker). I cooked soup on it, buckwheat porridge (without milk), stewed potatoes with cabbage (in milk), baked manna. I am very pleased with the results (for such and such a price - 1800!). Although the instructions are just as clueless as other SUPRA multicooker.
There is no drip tray, there is a removable top cover, a saucepan (4.5 liters, I checked it specially) of good quality, in my opinion.
I haven't tried everything yet. There are several automatic programs: reheat, normal, quick, pie and brown (at the end of the program, fry the cereal, maybe suitable for pilaf). Programs with the ability to change the cooking time: double boiler, porridge / soup. Delayed start (up to 12 hours) can be used in almost all programs.

I, too, today became the HOSTESS of the same wonderful saucepan. I would very much like to know everything in more detail. Thank you in advance.
Anna-konda
And the multicooker has taken root with us: the mother-in-law does not want to "keep up with progress", unfortunately. With the help of this wonderful saucepan, the husband reveals his cooking talents: he prepares delicious soups. I cook porridge in it. Now I'll bake the manna. So questions to the studio, please. However, please consider "I'm not a magician, I'm just learning."
mr tribute
I'm just learning too. However, I would like to know what recipes you cook and in what mode you cook porridge. My children are very fond of milk porridge, but I still can't make up my mind, I'm afraid that he will run away. I also want to ask, will the recipes from Supra 4511 suit her? I found many recipes.
Anna-konda
I cook buckwheat porridge as follows: 1 multi-glass (m. St.) Of cereals, 3 m. St. water, butter ("you won't spoil porridge with butter"), salt to taste, "porridge" mode for 1 hour. And my milk porridge is like this: 1/2 m. Art. rice, 1/2 m. st. millet groats, 2 m. water, 3 m. Art. milk, salt, sugar to taste the same regimen. When I cooked (but in a double volume), nothing ran through the valve, but the removable lid was stained. Maybe pour less milk? Pea porridge: (1 cup = 250 ml) 2 tablespoons of peas in halves well soak (about 2 hours or more), 2.5 tablespoons of water, butter, salt, the same regimen. Note: I try to pour the liquid warm or hot.

I think the recipes from supra-4511 will work. I use recipes from different multicooker.

The only time I got water from the valve was when I was cooking rice with fish: steamed fish, and below rice. I suspect I put in too much rice and too much water. I don’t remember what the regime was.
mr tribute
Thank you very much. Tomorrow I will experiment.
mr tribute
: yahoo: I got an awesome mess and nothing escaped. Thank you so much for the advice. One more question: can you open the lid in all modes?
Anna-konda
I am very glad that the porridge is delicious. The main thing is not to stop there!
The lid can be opened with any program. With the lid open, you can fry the soup (preheat or quick program).
mr tribute
Indeed, the porridge is ooooooochen delicious, they ate it just like that. Thanks for the tips. And yesterday I cooked (or rather improvised) a vegetable stew. It turned out just lick your fingers. I just don't know where to put the recipe. It is interesting in what mode you can cook pilaf, we love it very much.
Anna-konda
The recipe, probably, can be laid out here, is it for our multicooker? I wonder on what mode you cooked the stew and how long.
I haven't cooked pilaf yet. Maybe the "brown" mode is suitable for him, at the end of which the prepared dish is lightly browned?
Anna-515
Hello. I just started trying this slow cooker yesterday. There were difficulties with the choice of the model, so this one suited me for the price and functions. And here are the first experiments: millet porridge (the proportions were taken from this page from Anna-konda, only it turned out very liquid, my family likes it thicker, but very tasty), cupcake, lazy cabbage rolls. True, I took my own recipes, already tested, so only an experiment with the device. The cupcake turned out well, but the stuffed cabbage is a little like porridge, but I decided that I would just pour less liquid and reduce the time by 30 minutes.

Here are my recipes:

Cake.

Products: 0.5 cups of milk, 100 g of Milk margarine, 1 egg, raisins (to taste), 0.5 teaspoon of soda, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1.5 cups of flour.

Melt margarine, gradually add all the ingredients and knead the dough. Place in a slow cooker, select the "Pie" mode and after an hour you can drink tea.

Lazy cabbage rolls.

Layer the products carrots (coarse grater), onions (half rings), tomatoes (cubes), bell pepper (cubes), minced meat, rice (2 measuring cups), cabbage (crumble). Pour all this with liquid (8 measuring glasses) - water + tomato sauce + salt + spices. Select the "Porridge / Soup" mode for 1 hour. The number of products is arbitrary, whoever loves what more will put in more. True, I have already noted that rice has become a bit like porridge, so you can experiment with the time and amount of liquid.

I would be very glad if my recipes are useful to someone.

And I would really like this page to exist and work, because there are many recipes on the Internet, but I really want those tested in this multicooker, especially the choice of modes for different dishes. I still do not really understand how each mode works, so by trial and error I will try to translate my recipes into multicooker ones, but why reinvent the wheel if there are housewives who have tried this model for a long time. Girls, respond and help reduce the time to master the functionality of this multicooker.

Hello Anna. Congratulations on your purchase (by the way -oooooooo good). Here are my experiments. She did all this in our miracle cartoon.
Kashi was made according to Anna-konda's recipe. Delicious. I made friendship, pea, and just rice. She took 1 mst of rice, 2 mst of water and 3 mst of milk. Porridge mode for 1 hour.
Naval macaroni.
I opened a can of stew (homemade), poured it into the pan and turned on the pie mode. Let it boil for 10 minutes (it will boil), then I threw a couple of onions there and let it boil for another 5 minutes. Put dry pasta there, add a little rust. butter and stir. then pour hot water 1 cm below the pasta level, close the lid and cook for 10 minutes (approx). This was the first time I did this, and so I kept peeping. As soon as the water boils away, the cartoon must be turned off and without opening the lid, hold for about 5 minutes. Then open it, mix everything and serve it. It turned out very tasty. Yes, I forgot about the spices. I did not add any salt at all, because my stew is very salty. And so add salt and pepper while stewing meat with onions.

Chicken soup.
Turn on pie mode.Pour oil, put a chopped onion there and fry. Then put the chicken wings there, pepper and fry them on both sides. Reset mode. Add peeled potatoes, pour hot water up to the max mark, salt to taste. Turn on soup mode for 1 hour. At the end of cooking, add homemade noodles, lavrushka leaf and keep on heating for 10 minutes. Bon Appetit.

And she also made mannik (according to the recipe from the forum). Cooked cabbage soup, borscht. I stewed chicken with rice, potatoes with meat. When cooking porridge, I boiled eggs in a double boiler on top. Very comfortably.

Vegetable stew.
Lay everything in layers: onions (in rings), potatoes (in circles), zucchini (in circles), cabbage (straws). I poured ketchup on top (there were no tomatoes), salt and pepper, added 1/2 cmt of water and two cloves of garlic (rubbed on a small grater). I closed the lid and set the soup program for 1 hour. Everything, a wonderful stew is ready.

Omelet with sausage.
Turn on the pie mode, let it heat up. At this time, beat three eggs with the addition of milk (who likes how much) and salt. Pour some oil into the multi bowl, put the diced sausage and fry a little. Then pour out the egg mass and bring it to readiness in the same mode. Unfortunately, I didn't time it, I cooked by peeping.
Don't be afraid to fantasize. Believe me, our cartoon is capable of anything. If something is not clear ask. I'm with my cartoon now on "you".
Anna-konda
Hurray, our regiment has arrived! The multicooker is a new model, people are starting to slowly pull themselves up ... And not empty-handed yet! What great recipes, sorry I'm at work.
Anna-515, I will definitely prepare a cupcake according to your recipe, we love pastries for tea. Yes, less water should be poured into the multicooker than when cooking on the stove, since it evaporates little.
Mr. tribute, I am just delighted with your success! Feels like you're cooking with inspiration. I'll come home and cook yummy ...
The other day I decided to stew vegetables with minced meat. While I was cutting, my husband came up to ask what I was cooking. Demanded that the dish be vegetarian. What can you do, I found a scythe on a stone ... But now there is no problem! Please: in one cartoon with minced meat, in the other - vegetarian stew. Everyone is happy.
I like that vegetables are not overcooked when stewing.

Thank you Anna-konda, I really love to cook. Only thanks to your feedback, I decided to buy this multi. I do not regret anything. Today I'm preparing stuffed cabbage rolls. As I cook it, I will taste it and unsubscribe immediately. And yesterday I fried potatoes on the brown setting. My just in. Dare everything. The potato turns out slice to slice, I advise. Now I work for two days, and then I will fantasize again. Let's, together
Anna-515
Thanks, girls! It's so great that you respond. I also love to cook, but a slow cooker is an experiment. None of the girlfriends have such an assistant yet and there is no one to consult with. But your help is very helpful. I cook the third day and everything is in a multicooker, I forgot about the gas stove (it's good that on vacation - you can experiment). Yesterday I cooked meatballs in sauce, and potatoes in a double boiler: here's a side dish for the meatballs. And today yesterday's rice, which remained from the meatballs (I cooked a little too much), turned into rice porridge on heating, then baked the manna, and for dinner - pasta with sausage and onions. That's how I try it. Tomorrow I wanted to cook fried potatoes (thanks to Mr. tribute. She told me very tasty)
Anna-konda
Hello everybody! I have carried out my plans long ago: I cooked pilaf (more precisely, "based on") on the "brown" mode.
Multicooker Supra MCS-3510
I had a chicken breast fillet, I cut it into cubes, rolled in spices. Then she grated the carrots (1 pc) and chopped the onion (1 head of onion). I fried everything in sunflower oil on the "pie" mode until the chicken meat turned white. Then she poured 1 mst of washed rice into a saucepan (took steamed rice), poured 3 mst of warm water, salted. Turned on the "brown" mode.
I cooked a slow cooker for a very long time (about 1.5 hours, of which 45 minutes with a countdown), but I decided not to interfere for the purity of the experiment. As a result, a very dry dish turned out, and at the bottom there is a burnt rice pancake. I think that pilaf can be cooked in this mode, only next time you just need not wait for these 45 minutes, but turn off the multicooker earlier.
Anna-515
Mr. tribute, tell me please, I decided to fry the potatoes on the brown setting. Very long, but that's nothing. In the process, she could not stand it, decided to interfere, and the potato slices broke and the effect of the fried was gone. Probably there was no need to interfere? And over time, how? Surely less is needed?
Anna-konda
Anna-515, baked a cupcake according to your recipe. The cupcake turned out to be very tasty and became a table decoration (though not for a long time - they ate it) on a weekend. Now I will spoil my family sometimes. I noticed that a pattern of the bottom of the multicooker was imprinted on the inverted cupcake, and it represents the division of the circle into segments. Cutting now produces perfect pieces.
Anna-515
Hello! Today I tormented dumplings in tomato-sour cream sauce. It turned out very badly. Here's how I did it: I poured frozen dumplings (500 grams) into a slow cooker. Cut butter on top. then she poured the sauce: sour cream (2-3 tablespoons, you can probably try with cream, I wanted to, but I didn't have them) + tomato sauce (2 tablespoons) + salt + pepper + spices + boiling water (1-1.5 cups - usual ). Turned on the "Pie" mode for 25 - 30 minutes. The truth was peeping (I was afraid that the liquid would boil away), as a result, a little baked down below. But this did not spoil the dish. Sprinkled with herbs when serving, my family liked it. How are you girls. What new recipes will you post?
mr tribute
Hello girls. Finally I got to the computer.
Anna, before cooking, you need to dry the potatoes, and stir only twice. Anna-konda, I cooked pilaf like this: I fried the meat in a pie mode, then I fried vegetables (onions, carrots) there. I dropped the mode, put rice, poured boiling water (proportions 1 \ 1.5) and turned on the normal mode. The result is crumbly and delicious pilaf. Today I cooked rice for a side dish in the same way, and put new potatoes in a double boiler on top. By the end of the regime, everything was ready: crumbly rice and potatoes. in the meantime, my mikra cooked a grilled chicken. Garnish of your choice.
Anna-515
Thanks mister tribute. I will definitely try this, but over time, they did not answer: they waited for the entire program cycle or turned it off earlier (I turned it off early). Still, it's great that I bought a multicooker, I'm still happy. Yesterday I stewed potatoes with mushrooms (soaked salty ones) in milk sauce (this is when milk + flour), it turned out so great. Eat hot or cold this dish does not lose to taste (which is very wonderful in the heat). Soon my husband's birthday, so I will add meat and in general it will turn out yummy.
Anna-konda
Hello everybody! Yesterday I cooked stuffed peppers on the "Porridge / Soup" program for one hour. It turned out tasty. It seems that our multicooker can do almost everything - a great helper. When the kitchen was renovated, she was the only one who helped out, and even an electric kettle.
mr tribute
Hello everybody. Our cartoon is a jack of all trades. Exactly verified. At least the first, at least the second, dessert, drinks, pastries, casseroles, omelets, everything will cook for 5 plus. Today I had an ear for lunch: I fried onions on a pie, put a jar of canned fish, sliced potatoes, poured water, salted. pepper and cooked for 1 hour on the soup mode.
Delicious.
Anna, I’m answering your question: I didn’t wait until the end, turned it off as soon as it was ready.
Anna-515
Hello! I haven't been for a long time, so I decided to learn something new, but here, too, no one has been. I recently cooked an omelette (delicious !!!), but it’s a little problematic to get it whole, because I like more milk, and I also baked a liver cake from the "Cooking at Home" website, it turned out incomparably, despite the height of the cake, I propose a recipe as was the author's (though I took pork liver):
(So we take 0.5 kg.chicken liver; boiled rice -1 ordinary glass; onion - 1 medium; 2 raw eggs; sour cream - 2 tablespoons; ready-made mustard - 1 tsp; soda - 0.5 tsp; a mixture of peppers and salt - to taste.
I chopped the liver, onion and boiled rice in a blender using a nozzle knife (I have a submersible Philips with a large bowl). Then, taking out the nozzle, added salt, pepper, mustard, eggs and soda there, chopped it and poured it into a greased multicooker saucepan. The mixture is completely liquid.)
I baked in the "Pie" mode, the same time, but I turned it over (maybe it was not necessary, this is to be sure), it turned out so soft and tender.
And how are you? What's new?

Anna-konda
Hello everybody! It's a terrible heat, I rarely cook, mostly vegetable stew.
I'm on vacation now, I'm leaving for the dacha, I will rarely come here. Girls, don't get lost! Hopefully there will be newbies here when I return!
Anna-515, if the dish is "difficult to get", I put baking paper on the bottom, having previously cut it out like this: a circle according to the size of the bottom of the multicooker (a little more so that it fits a little on the walls), on four sides I leave strips in the form of ribbons, for which later when ready, I draw out a cake, an omelet, etc. I grease the paper with oil just in case.
Enaka
Hello everybody! I bought a SUPRA MCS-3510 multicooker, if I honestly doubted about the brand for a long time, I didn’t think SUPRA very much, in general, I do not trust this brand, I thought for a long time, maybe it’s worth taking what is more expensive, suddenly better. I read a lot, both good and bad, in reviews about this particular model. My mother also has SUPRA, only a different model (SUPRA mcs-4501) she has a very complex menu, no matter how it is displayed, I could not figure it out, I read about this model that the menu is also mastered by trial and error, BUT in fact everything turned out much simpler, the menu is simple and for me everything was elementary and clear !!!
I AM SATISFIED COMPLETELY !!!
I have already cooked wheat porridge and made pilaf.
The pilaf was amazing!
To begin with, I’ll reveal a little secret, I don’t know how to cook, I do it very rarely, because I constantly spoil everything and only translate food, but I’m married and now I need to cook, and spending the family budget on spoiling and translating food is not very good. hunting.
I decided to share the recipe for chicken pilaf.
Ingredients: chicken drumstick (5pcs behind my husband and me), steamed rice 2m. Art., grated carrots on a coarse grater, onions, garlic 3 chubchik, seasoning for pilaf, 3m. Art. water, vegetable oil.
time for preparing: about 1 hour 30-45 minutes
She poured not a lot of butter on the bottom of the saucepan, so that it would only cover the bottom and fry the drumsticks until the meat turned white in brown mode, meanwhile, she fried chopped onions and carrots on the stove (to make it faster). After that, she turned off the brown mode, added frying to the shins, covered everything with rice (2m.st.) And water (3m.st.), Salt and pepper it all, added seasonings and cooked everything as usual for about 30 minutes, then mixed everything garlic and bay leaf and set it to brown. I don’t trust the whole process of cooking just a multicooker, if I think it is necessary I go up to open the lid and see the degree of readiness, if necessary I stir, add seasonings, etc. CAUTION ONLY THE STEAM IS VERY HOT.
The pilaf turned out to be simply amazing !!!
This is taking into account the fact that I have never cooked pilaf before this moment!
A modern girl does not need to be able to cook, she just needs to buy a slow cooker !!!!
Anna-515
Hi girls! Somehow, the activity subsided a little, and it's understandable: summer, vacation, heat. And I can't get enough of my purchase. Even in the heat, children still want to eat, and the multicooker cooks unobtrusively and does not raise the degree in the apartment. And all vegetable stews are just a fairy tale. August has already come: all sorts of vegetables have grown (I live in a small town, in a private house and there is some land near the house to grow fresh vegetables), so almost every day there are different variations. I especially love zucchini and experiment with them all the time.I love stewed zucchini with rice. (I overcook the onions and carrots on the pie mode for a very short time, then I add the zucchini, cut into cubes and rice (if you wish: you can have more, then there will be rice with zucchini, and if less, then zucchini with rice). I add spices, a little water, mode " usual "and after 40 minutes a wonderful dish. If you want to add meat, you can add minced meat or some fillet).
And today I decided to make fresh potatoes with chicken. I doubted the result, but everything is just wonderful. I smeared the leg with salt and spices, put it in a saucepan, set the "pie" mode and went to peel the potatoes. Then she turned the leg over and added potatoes right around the edges and on top, slightly salted and topped up a little water (we just love sauces very much) and left it all to finish cooking. Both the aroma and taste did not leave my family indifferent. They got it all at once
Anna-konda
Hello everybody! So my vacation is over. While she was living in the country, my husband consulted on the phone more than once on cooking porridge in a slow cooker. He made some changes to the recipes, and now the cereals he cooked are the most delicious, in his opinion. Yesterday I cooked a mushroom - it turned out great: it was fragrant and nothing boiled over.

Enaka, success in mastering the multicooker, with its help you will quickly learn to cook, you will feel that it is not so difficult, but as you "get a taste", surprise your husband with delicious dishes more than once. Then, you see, it will connect itself. Mine only with the advent of the multicooker began to cook. Apparently, before he was not attracted to fiddling with pots: so as not to burn, not to run away, but now everything is easy. Our slow cooker is simple, but not simple. This is its beauty. Then you can buy some fancy ones. Two multicooker is convenient.

Anna-515, it's great that you have your own vegetable garden next to your house. Not everyone is so lucky. And I have either a vegetable garden in the country without a multicooker, or a city apartment with a multicooker, but without a vegetable garden. It is troublesome to carry a multicooker to the dacha. By the way, somewhere in the fridge there are two zucchini, you will need to cook them according to your recipe.
MariaC
Hello everybody! Three days ago, I also became the owner of a miraculous katryulka !!! I am very happy !!!
I stewed squash with minced meat, baked charlotte, today I am mastering the recipe Anna-515 - potatoes with chicken. So far everything is working out)))
Anna-konda
MariaC, hello! Thank you for visiting us to share your mood! We have not many people here, but there are no disappointed with this slow cooker and, I hope, there will not be. Our multicooker gives confidence to novice cooks and opens up new opportunities for experienced ones. Good luck and new discoveries!
Anna-515
Hi girls! Morning, good mood, we are more and more. I really can't get enough of my purchase yet. Every day, at least once, I cook in a slow cooker, and sometimes more (especially if baking, my family respects it very much). Yesterday I tried to cook zucchini caviar in a slow cooker, I read the recipe on some website on the Internet. It turned out very well, only there was caviar in the recipe for some reason in cubes and I decided to grind it with a blender, it turned out zucchini puree. His nephew was very happy (he is 1 year 8 months old), he eats with whims, but here he diminished a whole bowl. Here's the recipe. I'll just write with comments, because I think it will be tastier this way. Fry the carrots and onions on the "pie" mode (I think it would be nice to add sweet pepper), then put the diced zucchini and set the "porridge / soup" mode (for some reason it seems to me that it was better to leave the previous mode, adding a little - a little water, then the vegetables would be baked and the taste would be more piquant), add ketchup, salt, pepper and a little liquid so that it does not burn (it is better to spy on and add if necessary, because I got a little watery, but I cannot took a chance). When everything was stewed, I added the garlic (we love it) and chopped it with a blender. It turned out delicious, it can be for a sandwich, or as an addition to a side dish. Next time I will try with additions, especially since a lot of zucchini has grown this year.
What do you cook in a multicooker? Can you share some interesting recipes?
klavdima
Hello!

We have questions about the SUPRA MCS 3510 multicooker
1. Why our aluminum ring rotates freely?
2. The O-ring cannot be removed, it is pressed with 6 bolts and can it not be removed at all?
3. If food gets under the heater, how do you get it out?
4. What is the difference between the warm up program and the keep warm program?
5. After the end of any program, the machine automatically switches to keeping warm, how to turn it off,
if we don't need it?
6. After the beep signal of the end of the program, if we do not want to keep warm, how to remove this function manually:
press the CANCEL button or the KEEP HEAT button?
6. If we want to use the multicooker as a deep fryer for French fries, how to do it:
fry with the lid open or should the lid be closed tightly?
7. Is it possible to cook with the lid fully open and what kind of food can be cooked this way?
8. In which program mode should you cook with the lid open?
9. Is the cover removable for this model or not?

We will be very grateful for your answers!
Anna-konda
klavdima, hello! I will try to answer. If I am mistaken, please correct the experts.

1. Aluminum removable cover, I guess? Spinning, yes. It doesn't annoy me. This is a feature of our multicooker, as the designers came up with.
2. The instructions show a completely different way to remove the O-ring. In real life, probably, yes, it is necessary to unscrew the screws if necessary. But so far I have not had such a need: I wipe it with a napkin after cooking.
3. Maybe try a vacuum cleaner?
4. "Warming up" - quickly reheats food at a high temperature, and "keeping warm" does not allow food to cool down, low temperature.
5. Does not turn off.
6. "Cancel".
7. This is a saucepan, only electric. You can, probably. And to do frying for soups on the "Pie" mode is a classic. I cooked dumplings with the lid open, spaghetti, though in a different slow cooker. I haven't tried this one yet.
8. Here it is necessary to check empirically. I think the Soup / Porridge mode will do.
9. The aluminum top cover is removable: catch the edge and pull it towards you, it pops off the pin in the main cover. Put it back on, pushing it onto this pin. Very simple.

Good luck! Come here with questions, recipes and just if you're in a good mood!

Hello Anaconda!

Thank you so much for all the answers. This is written by Klavdin's husband Dima. Please forgive me for the mistakes, since I am Bulgarian and your language is still foreign for me. My wife Klavdia specially flew to Moscow to buy this multivarker kitchen machine, since such concepts as a multicooker and an airfryer do not exist anywhere and no one knows what it is. It turned out that the price of a ticket to Burgas Moscow is also the same as a multicooker: 1,560 rubles ... But in my opinion this trip is worth it! Only yesterday she flew back to Burgas from Moscow and brought this miracle machine for cooking. While we are still studying the instructions, they have not unpacked ... ... never used ...

If you are interested in our (Bulgarian) cuisine, we would gladly send you recipes by mail.

Yours faithfully: ...........
Anna-konda
Congratulations on your purchase! What a tremendous sense of purpose! You are real pioneers. Now we know where the victorious march of the multicooker will begin in Bulgaria - from Burgas.
I read your posts on the forum. If you like to experiment, then it will not be difficult for you to master a multicooker. And the instructions are not worth reading - they are completely indistinct. Just start cooking! For starters, there are recipes in the topic. And put your recipes here, I think everyone will be interested in trying something new.
You are also interested in how to automatically turn off the multicooker after cooking. There are such devices - timers, with a special block where the shutdown time is adjusted. You can connect a multicooker through this device.Or cook at night if electricity is cheaper. On the multicooker, set the time the dish is ready for you to wake up, for example.
Anna-515
Hello Klavdima! How many questions an unpacked multicooker has! This suggests that you are a thoughtful and thorough person. Congratulations on a wonderful purchase, it is a pleasure to cook with her, so start experimenting soon. And the closed lid is great, nothing floats or splashes. And you can cook with the lid open, as it seems to me, in any mode, except for "pie" and "steaming", since this is impractical. But in a multicooker you can open the lid in any mode, which is very convenient, just beware of steam !!! And most importantly, she can easily prepare your favorite recipes that you have cooked before.
klavdima
We still do not understand the katofka freya in what mode it fries? And in general, is it necessary to close the lid there? In my opinion, it is not initially possible to close the roof at all and start frying open at the very beginning? Otherwise, the potatoes will be like boiled soft and so that the crispy crust is likely to be soaked with lingonberries and all the time open for brown mode, I think so?

Steam valve: as I understand it, this is pressure cooking. And when, for example, beans or lentils are cooked and there is water inside and everything is boiled, how can you reduce the high pressure through this steam valve? In a conventional pressure cooker, simply turn down the heat or gas to the lowest setting. And here the temperature and pressure are not regulated at all? Then it means that the beans can boil out of the pan due to the high pressure through the roof or break and break the walls on the pan? And she bursts in? Is one small valve enough for all the pressure to go away by itself and the machine does not burst? We are so concerned about this ....... and we are worried .......... this anxiety is so alarming for us ............
klavdima
Dear girls!

Thank you all for your support and understanding, help and answer to all questions! Be healthy and your family and may our miracle prepare many more delicious recipes and may all of you be trouble-free and trouble-free for life!

Best regards from the Black Sea coast ...............

May our multi pan outlive us and continue to serve as our generation .............. on and on forever and ever ............

And one more thing: when the pan ends the operating mode and automatically switches to the keeping warm mode, I already understood that this function cannot be removed. And if immediately after cooking the soup, for example, I want to manually turn off the heating so as not to waste more electricity, then you need to press cancel as you understand? And if I don’t press cancel but will press the bud itself, keeping warm, what happens? Is the button so warm? Or does she not react at all? Did you press cancel after all? Thanks to everyone and everyone is healthier!

Dima, while the owners of Kromax are silent, I will answer your question about pressure. This is not a pressure cooker, but a multicooker, it does NOT cook under pressure! Therefore, nothing will explode, do not be afraid. The lid can be opened at any time precisely because there is no pressure in the saucepan. Rather, there is, but normal, the most common, the same as around the multicooker. That is why nothing can explode with all the desire. Multicooker and pressure cooker have different operating principles. The multicooker is safe in every way. It's just an electric pan. You can burn yourself on it if you pull out a hot saucepan with your bare hands, and this is the only trouble that threatens you.

Dear girls!

Another question is this: today I have already experimented with the operation of individual modes and found that only the porridge soup and the double boiler counts the time, since the cooking time numbers are displayed on the display and this can be changed. Clear. What about other modes? Everybody else is no time mode? At least to display the remaining time on the screen? And so, for example, I tried warming up and there are such minuses minuses minuses on the screen ............ nickname some time no numbers? ..................... feast og too so ............. fast normal ................. all the same ................. already It is clear that these programs cannot be adjusted in any way in time, but at least so that the time in the opposite direction is shown on a saucepan in the previous country? And so I turned on the heating for example ............. and how can I find out after how many minutes to finish this program and then switch to keeping warm? 20 minutes 15 ..........? Or is the brown pie a quick regular? ................... How can I know after how long I will hear a beep? 30 or 40 minutes an hour probably? ............. Is it the first time every dish is in the kitchen and you have to keep track of the time like that? Thank you and sorry for so many all many questions. Nadeyus will soon get used to the standards to establish everything will be clear and I will not ask questions! Thank you all!

Yours faithfully: ..............

For some reason, the supervised girls are silent. And I'm so out of touch here that yesterday I called Supra Kromax
Dima, I will answer again only that I know for sure. And for sure I know that in ALL multicooker, without exception, automatic programs (rice, fast, brown and the like), where you cannot set the cooking time, do not show the time remaining until the end of the program. In SOME multicooker, the Baking mode (in your case, Pie) works in the same way.
Rice programs usually run 40-50 minutes, Fast (Express) a little less, but not much, Brown - longer. And with baking you will have to decide empirically. Time the first time, later you will know how long the program lasts and how well it bakes in one cycle. In some multicooker, the baking program needs to be restarted.

It was already uncomfortable for me to pester again with my illiteracy ........ over yes already my questions are coming to an end .............

double boiler: you can set the time there, but still it doesn't tell me anything for 15 minutes? For example, I will insert half a kilogram of coarsely chopped potatoes into a steamer container. And then? First, pour water into a saucepan, how many liters does it take to steam about half a kg of potatoes? And initially you need to pour boiling water or cold water in a saucepan? What's the difference when the salad potatoes are steamed or is it easier to boil them in water? will it taste better for a couple than boiling in hot water? Or is it even worth steaming? He writes that this is the most dietary food ............. but still cooking is not bad either ...........

warm-up: how many minutes does this program last? And can it be used for frying onions and carrots, for example, when in some dishes or soup it is initially required to fry some products? Or is another program suitable for browning? Perhaps it is better to fry the onions and carrots completely separately in a bowl on the stove and then add them in a saucepan? Or cook everything in a saucepan and fry and simmer ..............

free potatoes: as I already understood, there must be frying on the open lid. Close only the first 5 minutes so that the olio (vegetable or bark oil) is heated and then put potato lingonberries into the hot olio? And already with the lid open. The express program probably? It only takes 15 minutes, no more? .....................

Everyone is grateful and grateful for the advice! Health, delicious eda and happy family, we wish you!

Girls supervisors, well, tell the man! I haven't seen your cartoon.
Dima, you can fry on the Pie or Fry program (if it is in your cartoon). Therefore, the multicooker is convenient because you do not need to wash the pan after cooking.
I won't tell you about the fries. In principle, you can probably cook it in CF, but this is how much oil, and what a load on the liver! For French fries, it's better to buy a deep fryer after all.
Potatoes can be boiled in water or steamed - a matter of taste. Try this and that, choose the best option for yourself. Decide on time by experience. After all, you can open the lid and check if the potatoes are ready. Once done at random, the second time you will already know exactly how long it takes for this volume of potatoes.
Do not be afraid you multicooker! Turn it on more boldly, get to know yourself better in the process and fully master it.Move from theory to practice - questions will immediately decrease

Yes AAzzaa you are quite right. It is necessary to start experiments and not ask questions. In practical use, everything is assimilated. Thanks anyway for helping you. I wish you a long and tasty life for you and your typewriter ..... For information only: there is no frying program in the supra ........... All the best!

Good day everyone!
Today I made a zucchini pie:
Grated 1 medium zucchini, then salted it and left it for 10-15 minutes, squeezed out the liquid well, added 3 eggs, 2 tbsp. l. flour and 1 tbsp. l baking powder and a little milk to make the dough look like pancakes, and stir it all.
The filling consisted of minced meat and cheese. 250 g minced meat salted, pepper and grated a small onion into it. Grated cheese about 150g on a fine grater.
MV poured some oil on the bottom. I put half of the dough into a mold. Minced meat on top, sprinkled with grated cheese, then the rest of the dough.
She baked a pie on the mode.
It turned out very tasty! Everyone liked it!

The last question already: the multicooker has prepared the soup. The program has finished and a beep is heard. The saucepan will automatically switch over to keep warm. I want that I no longer waste electricity, I press cancel. Sick red round bud blinking. What to do next to stop the power supply? Take the plug and unplug it? Or before that some other button must be pressed before that? Does our typewriter have a switch button or not? You just need to turn off the power supply? Thank you and thank you! I will not torment you with more and more questions, although in the near future .........
azaza
A flashing red button informs you that the multicooker is ready for the next task. So as not to blink - pull out the power plug from the outlet. There are no special "off / on" buttons in multicooker. Only "Start" and "Cancel / Heat".
