Cooking method

  • Get juice from 2 kg. pears (I squeezed on a juicer), put it on low heat and cook for 3-4 hours until it turns dark brown. After that, add 400 grams of sugar for each liter of juice and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. Store in closed jars.
