And I bought it !!! washed! I'm making a cottage cheese casserole on a "pie", let's see what happens ...
Xara
Instead of 55 minutes, I squeaked at 50, I'll put another 15 minutes.
The recipe itself:
2 packs of cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
2 tbsp. l. decoys
vanilla sugar
raisins to taste
I mixed everything except proteins and sugar, beat them separately with a mixer into a foam, combined proteins and curd mass, and greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina into a cartoon.

Girls, help me out, I've been using my supra for almost 2 months, everything was great, but ........... the second morning with undercooked porridge, I can't understand what happened. I do everything as usual, I put on the timer by 6h. in the morning, cooking time 1 hour, today it specially got up at 5h 40min., and she (the soup) is already on the heating and the porridge has not cooked again, but at the bottom a crust has formed, slightly burnt. I don't even know what to do, maybe the milk is different ......... If anyone had such a situation, tell me, pliz !!!

JuliaG Hello! I think it's about the milk, when it boils and a crust turns out, the Supra turns off. I tasted baked milk like that, I couldn't understand either, my dark crust rose to the top. I removed it and then continued on Kasha again, and everything was in order. Then the girls told me that the thing is in milk, when it starts to fry, the machine works. After that I tried millet porridge with other milk, and set it on the timer, everything was fine. So try another manufacturer.

Maybe someone will use my version of cooking milk porridge. I cook in water first. In normal proportions. When it's ready or you can undercooked a little, I add milk, put on "keeping warm", stir, wait for it to pop. I add milk depending on what consistency I want to get. At the end, season with butter.
fortuna
And I can also tell you how I cooked a healthy compote from dried fruits. I had dried apricots, raisins and rose hips. I washed them. I boiled water in a multitrack (it can be heated or in a double boiler), filled in dried fruits, added sugar. I turned on the soup mode. After 5-7 minutes, she turned it off and left it to infuse to keep warm. Approximately 2.5 hours. If more, I think it will be even tastier. You can leave it for the night, and in the morning a delicious and healthy compote will be waiting for you!

Do I understand correctly that meat and vegetables can be fried with the lid open? I just tried to make stewed meat, but apparently, I did not guess with the modes, I did normal and porridge in the modes, but the cartoon quarreled, that is, it turned off, showing that time was up ...
Maybe you should try the pie mode?

You are confusing "heating" (menu function) and "keeping warm" (separate button). When heated, for example, the soup boils quickly enough. I use keeping warm to make the borscht sweat a little. Rather, it is the effect of a thermos or a rustic stove. I have a 4511 model.

Hello everyone! Maybe someone will come in handy. I made millet porridge on the timer, delicious !!!.
Millet 1 cartoon. glass
Water -2 mult art.
Milk 3 m. Art.
Salt, sugar to taste. I didn’t pour a lot of salt, it’s better when I’m ready to add salt, I don’t pour sugar, everyone pours it himself. I washed the millet, filled it with boiling water for 3-5 minutes. I drained the water, and everything is in the cartoon. And I put it on Porridge, on the timer, everything worked out, it was such a delicious porridge.
And yesterday I cooked buckwheat.
Buckwheat 2 m. St
Water 600 ml.
Salt to taste, immediately salted raw water. Kasha mode. It turns out very crumbly.
In my opinion I read it from Admin, I read so much that I don't remember.

Yes, indeed, it all depends on milk !!! Today I cooked wheat porridge, milk, as I wrote before, I took in a bottle of choice. The porridge was cooked for 1 hour, the cartoon did not turn off, there was no burnt crust in the porridge.
Wheat porridge recipe:(wheat groats in bags)
Wheat groats 1 multi-glass up to 160
Milk bottle 900g
Sugar 2st. spoons
Salt 1 tsp spoon without a slide.
Try it, delicious!

GoodZena, I cook with porridge or regular. I did not feel the difference. Pilaf is delicious in both cases

Girls and boys, thank you very much for the wonderful feedback on the supra 4511. Thanks to you, I almost decided to buy it too. One question remains: how well does she bake? For example, various biscuits, tall pies? You probably mostly love to cook in it, and I often dream of baking in it, so this is the main criterion when it comes to buying or not buying. Of course, I will also cook with pleasure, but I really love all kinds of cupcakes, honey cakes and other pastries. Please answer as soon as possible, I'm going to go shopping this weekend. Thank you in advance!!!!!

She bakes great, but in order to bake a biscuit, manna, casserole, etc., you need to turn on the "Pie" program again, that is, the "Pie" program is automatic and turns off after 40 minutes, but this is not enough for baking in a multi, therefore have to be turned on again. Biscuit, mannik high !!! and baked, in the oven I did not get this before.

So Sergei look at the croup. Of course, corn will be longer, and semolina is ready on the stove in 5 minutes. So everything is individual. And then I wrote in an hour, and forgot that you can set the time. Well, it seems to me that basically all the cereals are ready in 1 hour.

And who stewed potatoes with meat on this model?
I did it but it didn't work out very well.
Potatoes, meat cubes, grades, onions and 3 multi glasses of salted water.
I put on the "porridge" program for 1 hour 30 minutes, the meat was not cooked, I added another 30 minutes. , but all the water did not boil away, I wanted pure stew to be. Beef meat.

Tell me, on which program can you fry with the lid open?
Theoretically, on any "hot" program, for example, "Quick" or "Pie". On the "Pie" mode, it has been tested accurately and by many, if you read the forum.

Can I open the lid on the pie program?
You can, there is no limit switch on the lid, so the cartoon will not know anything about opening the lid. Well, at least until the temperature drops.

I cooked buckwheat in the specified proportions on the "Fast" mode. The result was completely satisfied.

But just now I stepped on a rake when I cooked rice milk porridge with raisins according to Admin's recipe: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=3161.0 with a timer (food in the evening, the result is scheduled for the morning). So the raisins provoked the curdling of milk, so this porridge must be cooked immediately.

Or maybe this program has not been completed since the last time? and just coincided in time and the lid was opened. Pie is the only prog. which, if time remains, ends the program the next time it is switched on.

Greetings to all! Join the ranks of fans and owners of the SUPRA MCS-4511 multicooker
I have it for two weeks and during this time has already managed to try to cook: milk porridge, soup, broth, stew, casserole, pilaf, and steam dishes. Everything worked out
Yesterday I baked a manna, according to a recipe stolen from here 🔗
took a little less semolina (180g) and added 50g flour. The dough turned out to be liquid.
Baked on Pie mode. It turned out to be a tall, fluffy pie. I didn't add time, it was baked on the machine.
The casserole, by the way, also fit into the automatic Pie mode in time.

Actually, I dreamed of buying Panasonic, but they gave it to Supra and now I understand that it is better! One removable cover is worth it! Checked out when the boiled porridge reached the very top.

In general, I am very pleased with the device.

ksuxa198721 Yes, even if you turn it off from the socket, it still prepares the rest of the time. It was the same for me too, at first I did not understand why it was disconnected, then I read it again and it came to pass. So don't worry, it's okay, I just put on the Pie right away, it turns out another 50 minutes.

I stewed, but with chicken, too, an hour and a half, everything is ok, the meat turned out very soft. And I read about beef on the forums, though Panasa, that it needs to be stewed for 3 hours ... then at least eat with your lips ...

Hello everyone, I also became the owner of a multicooker.
I read all the pages, made pilaf, and rice porridge, everything is just super.
Today I cut the potatoes, threw them in, poured them so that they would only hide the potatoes, put the cutlets on the upper wire rack.
I switched on the Normal mode, more than an hour has passed, everything is cooking and cooking, I opened it and tried the potatoes and the cutlets are ready, but the water has not completely boiled away, in general I turned it off, everything is delicious. But I think maybe it was still necessary to cook in a double boiler mode? or pour less water? I wish there was no water left.
camilla30
Yes, you need to pour just a little water so that the sensor works and the cartoon does not turn off ahead of time. The water in the cartoon practically does not boil away.

Hello to the owners of the wonderful SUPRA, which I am glad to join!
I have already cooked several soups in a cartoon. I understood the principle.
Milk porridge, including on the timer. Convenient, just no words!
I still can't handle baking. I made a pie from the instructions and a manna according to the recipe from this topic. The first one did not work at all, and although the manna came out tasty, it was not tall and not lush, but looked more like something soft like cheesecake.
Share the technology with those who have already managed to get a tall and lush cake from the multi.
Now I put out the cabbage. First, frying on the "pie", then threw the cabbage and on the "porridge" for 1.5 hours everything came to a condition. Yummy!

And I also had an idea to somehow facilitate the work on the cartoon to correlate the Panas and Supra modes. Tk recipes all go for the first one basically. So, to make it somehow easier to navigate your slow cooker, reading the recipes. For example, there is a "extinguishing" mode, but we have it "porridge"? and so on.
I would be very grateful if someone can do such a job.

Good afternoon, dear members of the forum. Several times I have already met the mention that it is not a problem to adapt recipes from Panasonic to Supra. Hm ... how? Where is "Buckwheat" here in the supra? Where's Milk Porridge? =)) I don't ask about "Baking", I don't have it (Supra 4501, not 4511 ... but it's more interesting here =)

The only thing that is not in it is a delayed start, and everything suits me and the porridge does not need to be interfered with, it does not burn and the soup is delicious. You just have to get used to adjust it for yourself to determine the proportion of water so that nothing will burn. and the recipes that I apply to other multicooker for example Panasonic 18 to the supra. And I was also pleased with the large volume of 5 liters. In Chelyabinsk, we do not have a large choice of supra or Panasonic, but the Panasonic costs 2 times more - they have the same power and cook whatever is there the same way. And if someone says that they say that Surpa is Japan and there is no Panasonic, then this is not what it says. I've been using it for a month, but I almost regretted taking SUPRU. :)
Please tell us how you use recipes from Panasonic - there are also completely different programs, as I understand it.

Good afternoon, owners of the "Magic Pot", I also became the owner of the Supra 4511, so welcome to your ranks. I ask experienced cartoonists for advice, which mode on Spur can be used to get baked milk? Share who knows. Thank you all for your attention and answers.

Hello, forum users and forum users

In the end, I was ripe to purchase a multicooker. At first, I was inclined to Panasonic, but since we do not have a model with a 4.5 liter bowl on sale and it is not known when it will appear again (and it costs indecent money due to demand), I decided to consider other options. Having read bad reviews about other multicooker, I was already sad and thought that it was not destiny, and then - lo and behold! - stumbled upon this topic

After reading this and other topics about Supra 4511, I have accumulated several questions for the owners of this multicooker:

1. In comparison with the same Panasonic, does it have any drawbacks, except for disgusting instructions and incomprehensible modes? As far as I understand, this is a small problem, because it can be solved by reading forums and using a scientific poke method. The pluses in the form of a good coating and a removable cover outweigh for now.

2. There is a possibility of steaming, but there is no corresponding container in the list of accessories (like Panasonic). How to steam cook?

3. A big request to the owners of Supra: please tell me what are the dimensions of the bowl (diameter of the bottom, top and height of the walls) and what is its maximum loading height?

At first I doubted that for a family of two, a 5 liter bowl would be too big, and the food would be smeared on the walls. Then I thought that I still have to cook 1.5 - 2, or even 3 days in advance, so more is better than less.
Zenna
Plusha, I answer point by point))

1. The only negative for me compared to Panasonic is the lack of a drip tray, that is, when the lid is opened, when active cooking is in progress, condensate flows into a special chute around the multicooker, and there it needs to be wiped with a cloth))
2. For steaming food, we HAVE a special container-steamer in the kit, the same as in Panasonic, only the holes are different. (just in case I will add - another plastic spatula and a scoop and two holders for attaching them to the body).
3. Bottom diameter - 16 cm, top diameter - 23.5 cm, wall height - 13 cm, maximum loading height - 9 cm (mark 1.5 max).

Something like that
swetlana25
Well, I figured it out by myself. I made milk, it turned out just SUPERRRR !!!

Katia S. Hello! You know, the first thing I tried to bake in a cartoon was Chocolate on boiling water, see this recipe is here. I got it perfect, I cut it into 4 cakes, but it was a festive option. But what is easier for the house, so to speak. A pie like a Zebra.
150gr. Sahara.
100 g margarine
van. sugar.
2 eggs (I and 1 laid)
200 ml. kefir (sour milk)
2h l loose. (1 tsp soda)
2 tbsp. l. cocoa
200gr. flour
Butter + sugar + eggs + kefir + loose (soda) + flour. The dough is not thick. Divide into 2 parts, into one cocoa. And put it in a shape like a Zebra. Prog. Pie. You receive They are very lush and airy.
I also made "Prague cakes" here on the forum, in my opinion, Susli. In the oven it did not work out that something was not developed. And the cartoon is just a fairy tale.

What was wrong to write, but I hope it's clear.
