Elena, do you choose 1 pressure? Tanya-fronya baked manna from Mistletoe, wrote what happened.
I also once baked manna in Polaris according to an absolutely fancy recipe, everything was baked in 50 minutes at a pressure of 1.
Take any recipe from this forum - everything will work out!

Shelena, and how much citric acid do you add ... well, to clean off the carbon?
Olya, no more than 1 tsp.

I even in the subject of omelet recommended that you check the carbon deposits! And wrote how I remove it
How this question was raised in time, so a lot of soot has accumulated on the saucepan. Already soaked. I'm waiting. Thanks for the advice.

Vita, and what did you cook?
Sorry for answering late, making a curd casserole
Shelena
Vita, thanks for the answer! I'm glad you liked the casserole

Ofeliya, fight! :) A clean saucepan without carbon deposits is the key to good baking.

In general, the saucepan is not so bad as it seemed at first glance. The sixth month is coming to an end, but for now I don’t think to get a new one ("bronze"). But I fight regularly with carbon deposits, I try not to start.
Ofeliya
Elena, everything has already been laundered thanks to your advice, the saucepan is already shiny.
Shelena
Olga, glad that everything worked out!
Now you can create something delicious.

Marin_chik wrote: "Hello Shelena! I made a pizza, for some reason it was wet up. You didn't make pizza?"
Marine_chik, What was your pizza recipe? What exactly didn't work out?
Marine_chik
The dough consisted of eggs, vegetable oil, yeast, salt, sugar and water - wash it like that. I don’t remember exactly, to be honest, I cooked very quickly, I had to run away and didn’t save the recipe. But in vain !!! It was written there that it was necessary to hold the dough for 30 minutes in the "Heating" mode, and only then the filling and bake, and I only held it for 7 minutes. Maybe that's why the top of the pizza isn't baked. Was it liquid?
Shelena
Marine_chik, not enough information on your pizza. The dough without proofing, the filling is unknown, how much it was baked and under what parameters I don't know ...: girl_wink: But still I will write general information.
Yeast dough takes time to rise. In 7 minutes, the dough will not grow and the pizza base will be flat.

You cannot keep the dough for more than 1.5 minutes on "Heating" in our SV! The bottom is baked, because the heating is very intense! (This point is explained in detail in the recipes.)
It is advisable to lubricate the yeast base not only with ketchup / paste, but also with vegetable oil (this will avoid the dough stickiness).
Cheese when baked in a pressure cooker / slow cooker, when melted, does not dry, but retains moisture.

Marine_chik, I recommend that you look at my pizza recipes specifically for this pressure cooker.

Girls, how much does this pressure cooker cost and where in Russia can you buy it? (Sorry, I haven't read the whole topic)
Irishka CH
Olga, I bought in the online store in the fall for 2220 rubles. The price for it is from 2190 to 2900, as it seems to me, no more. But I recently saw it in a store. I’m not lying, but I saw it.
Olga Sanna
Irishka CH, I found it in the Sotmarket online store. The only thing until I figured out the delivery.

Hello everyone, today I tried to cook soup with red lentils, it came out quickly and tasty, but the lentils turned yellow. Maybe someone cooked something like that, tell me. Can lentils be boiled separately and mixed after opening? I cooked it until mashed potatoes, cooked at a pressure of 2, 9 minutes. Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)

Lentils of this sort are boiled, as someone wrote "in the trash". Green keeps its shape.
Ofeliya
Green reminds me of peas. But with red, we love soups. It really turns into mashed potatoes, but the result is delicious.

I’m thinking of trying to boil it separately, and run it into the ready-made soup, so that it keeps its shape.
Shelena
Elena, maybe it's easier to cook less? Minutes 5 at a pressure of 1. Will not have time to dilute.

Cranberry, Lena, good afternoon! I saw in your list of equipment and cartoon Polaris 508, and the pressure cooker Polaris 0305. My question: I have Polaris 508 (the simplest one, not Floris), and as many as three pots for it - native, stainless steel and pip 0501 (I like it the most) ... Now I want a pressure cooker too. Started looking at Polaris to use pans. But I came across your message that the pressure cooker has other types of pans. Is it very important? What additional saucepans do you use in your pressure cooker? Is it possible for some programs not to close the lid tightly and use the ones that are? Somehow I wrote everything a little messy, but I really hope for understanding and an answer. Thank you

Oh, girls, I'm sorry that went a little wrong. Can someone - tell me about the use of multicooker pots in a pressure cooker.

But I came across your message that the pressure cooker has other types of pans. Is it very important?
Tasima65, while Lena is gone, can I answer?
Pressure cookers have different sides - this is one of the main differences. They allow the rubber band in the lid to be sucked in and the device closes hermetically.
And, of course, there may be other dimensions in height and width. That is, a "non-native" pan simply will not fit into the device. The pressure cooker will not close properly and will not work!
Quote: Tasima65

What additional saucepans do you use in your pressure cooker?
For our Polaris, Ukrainian girls buy pans from Liberty 900.
Quote: Tasima65

Is it possible for some programs not to close the lid tightly and use the ones that are?
If your saucepan enters the appliance, then with the lid not tightly closed, you can use the "Bake", "Preheat", "Preheat" and "Fry" modes.
Shelena
Milante, what handsome men! Please share the recipe and cooking parameters.

I'm afraid that the potatoes may not have time to cook during this time
Bukaha, and you know, I would try to cook like this: I would turn on the "Warm up" with water (broth), heat it up well (almost to a boil), put finely chopped potatoes, boil for 2-3 minutes (the lid is obliquely, or just the valve is not closed), added lentils and spices and included 5 minutes under pressure.
Although, it seems to me, finely chopped potatoes will cook in 5 minutes. Indeed, for mashed potatoes, I cook large quarters of potatoes in 8 minutes.
Ofeliya
Girls, red lentils don't have a dense skin, so they are used for mashed potatoes or diet soups.
Green takes longer to cook. Like peas or beans. And after cooking it keeps its shape. It won't work with red.
Shelena
Lena-Bukaha, decided to implement yesterday's plan. Made my own lentil soup.

Vegetarian lentil soup with potatoes, mushrooms, celery and carrots.

I liked the taste very much. The potatoes boiled well, the lentils did not fall apart, on the contrary, some of the grains turned out to be a little plump. But the color of the lentils was not red either BEFORE boiling or AFTER, although the pack says "red".
Thank you for advising me to cook such a soup. The family remained well-fed and satisfied.

Girls, good afternoon! How many half-liter cans will fit on the bottom of the pressure cooker, please? I am planning to buy a pressure cooker, I am interested in this model, so I'm thinking about cooking stew in cans ...

Victoria, if you add beef shanks to the jellied meat, then you need more time - 1.5 hours, and for pork / chicken - 1 hour.

Thank you,Lenochka! Cool thought up, immediately cook potatoes with butter and milk

And I fell in love in our Field to cook millet porridge with pumpkin. Overeating and so fast
I just rinse the cereal well with warm water, put it in a cup of a glass and a half, fill it with hot water so that it is one and a half fingers higher than the cereal (I love boiled cereal), put another hundred grams of frozen pumpkin (it is frozen in small cubes) half a teaspoon of salt and a couple of spoons of olives. oils. I put everything on the Buckwheat Pressure 3 mode for 7 minutes. Done! Optionally, you can add a little salt and butter in the porridge

I love this porridge! And everyone at home too. I cooked it all in the fall in Pole 0517. But she didn't have time in our SV - the pumpkin ran out. Gulya, I'll take note of your recipe until better times! Thank you. I am sure that under pressure the porridge will turn out even more tender.
