again made another attempt at baking a pie from batter, like there was a lot of baking (eggs, sour cream, a little butter), and some kind of rubber came out. He's kind of warm, tasty, my husband lost 2 pieces at once, and cooled down - as the sole became. I don't know how to conjure anymore. Mom's in a regular oven and with less baking, it comes out so fluffy and bubbled inside, but I can't.
Elena, I would be glad to help you, but the parsimony of information does not allow you to do this.
What do you mean by LIQUID Dough?
Write the recipe, the parameters at which it was baked. Then at least something can be advised.

Looked at the recipe for the biscuit that you baked. It is very close to the test in my charlotte. The problem was caused by the wrong pressure selected. Set pressure 1! You can take a little more time. And cool directly in the saucepan.
Lenochka, thank you !!! and if you don't mind, then come to me
Valyushechka_ya
vika1769I cooked the jellied meat right in the pressure cooker, it turned out very good and light.
Anechka T
Girls, rice still turned out! Hurrah!!!!!!!!!!!!! only next time I'll put 10 minutes, not 12. these two minutes are clearly superfluous.
Shelena
Anya, with your first luck! Now everything will turn out as it should !!!

By the way, I also have condensation dripping onto the baked goods, but I sin, periodically open the lid and crush the drops into the sink, otherwise it will. fall and soak the semolina, which I sprinkle on the bowl. The valve is open, steam comes out of the steam valve slightly, it is also open.

sorry for the misunderstanding, by batter I mean dough as charlotte or mannik. Baked according to a fancy recipe, baking, pressure 1, 60 minutes

Yesterday I cooked soup with lentils according to Shelena's recipe - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=381239.0... The technology was left unchanged, the only thing, to speed up the process, did not take out the fried vegetables, but immediately poured boiling water, to which I added potatoes with lentils. And under pressure. A very positive result. Everything was perfectly cooked, lentils of the right consistency. RECOMMEND
Shelena
Vika, thanks for the kind words about the soup!

Lena-Bukaha, now it is clear what a mysterious batter is.
You know, having bought my first pressure cooker almost 4 years ago, I immediately began to check how my favorite pies were baked. And, alas, not everything worked out. I had to experiment with the thickness of the dough and some other points. But then baking according to such refined recipes began to work out not only in my Brand, but also in other multicooker girls. Lena, try at least the first time to bake according to recipes from the forum - from any multicooker. Then you can fantasize. I was convinced that even 1 tbsp. l. flour can play a big role in baking. I am sure that you will succeed!

I have long been going to join your friendly company and thank you for your help - first in choosing, and then in using this wonderful saucepan. Yes, all hands did not reach, although there is already some experience that may be interesting to others. I’m even ashamed, I use someone else’s experience, but I don’t give anything in return.
But today I decided to start, perhaps with one of the sore topics - the cups. Finally, I also bought a stainless steel bowl and I hasten to share this joy with you, especially the girls from Ukraine. Today (i.e. already yesterday) I received it, tested it with water and even boiled a beetroot.I think everyone guessed that aki elephant is happy.
I ordered the cup here on the forum from Polina. And I decided to write because I was the first to order a bowl for our POLY 0305 from Polina and I know that this is a sore point for many, I myself have been looking for a long time and tormented by a choice.
I hope this information will be useful to someone.
NaTalynochka
Valya73,
Thank you for sharing your experience! And now in more detail) Tell us, which Polina has and how with delivery to Ukraine? Maybe you saw a silicone chamomile steamer somewhere? Otherwise I don’t find ...

Shelenochka,
Thanks for the recipes, I made an omelet yesterday! Excellent!!! It's great that you describe everything in detail!

Anya,
hello to you and on this forum !!! Now, with the support of such experienced friends, everything should work out!
Ofeliya
Valya73, it is very interesting to learn more about the bowl which bowl came up? Didn't steam come out from under the lid? How was the cooking process going? Are the time and parameters the same or did you have to change a little?
Valyushechka_ya
Valya73And I'm wondering about the bowl?
Irishka CH
Girls, dear, all a happy holiday !!!

olga4166
I join in with congratulations!
Irina, Thank you!

Yesterday I cooked chicken jellied meat ... I removed the scale, but I will not remove it anymore ... it does not interfere at all. It's just that I don't understand how it happens that the scale will settle neatly along the walls or to the bottom ... and that's it. I never cease to admire our clever Fields!
Shelena
Irisha, Thank you for such brightest congratulations!

Girls!

Happy Easter with all my heart,
Christ is risen - these are the main words today!
May the Lord protect you from troubles,
And will reward for good deeds!

Valya73, with what great news you came to us! A wonderful gift for our Ukrainian girls!

A miracle of miracles has happened
Christ is risen again on earth!
Domes shine in the sun
All the bells are ringing!

Birds chirp, everything blooms,
The Son of God brings us happiness!
Happy Easter, friends,
May the family prosper!
Valya73
Congratulations to everyone on the LIGHT EASTER HOLIDAY!

Let's return to the sore - the bowls. For girls from Ukraine: I bought my stainless steel here:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=162308.0
I also bought a bowl for the Redmond 4507 (brother), a spare O-ring and a set of gaskets for the valves. I received a lot of positive not only from the purchase itself, but also from communication with Polina SypercoW.

And now I want to share my humble experience, maybe even the idea itself will be useful to someone.

Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)

And further. Somehow the topic raised the question of removing stickers from the pressure cooker body. In such cases, I use a hairdryer - quickly, simply, cleanly. We take a hair dryer, turn on the medium mode or adjust it by simple zooming in and out, direct it to the sticker, gently pry the edge with a fingernail and gradually remove it. All glue will normally remain on the sticker and the surface is clean. The idea is not mine, a couple of years ago I read it on the Internet.
I would be glad if my experience is useful to someone.

To me on "you".

UH! 2 hours "fought" with the tablet to write this message.

NaTalynochka
Valya73, thanks a lot for the link and advice! I copy them and carefully store them in the Verdov format. And in the photo with the double boiler, you have gauze on it? not so good seen from smart.
Valya73
In the photo, a case with an elastic band made of tulle-type fabric is "put on" on the double boiler (I bought it for electric drying, for drying small products). Pieces of the remains of the silicone mat are sewn onto the legs, but I think you can cut the cheapest cupcake mold too.

Happy Easter everyone! Today I finally bought a parchment for baking, I want to try to bake some kind of pie with a salty filling, which needs to be baked on both sides (I bought paper for this), tell me the recipe for a simple dough, there is sour kefir;)

Lunina
Good evening everyone.
Today I brought my assistant home. First of all, I made a pie - not the best, but quite edible)) Now the cottage cheese is cooling in a bowl.

Girls, I have a question - how to cook stewed cabbage? How much water and in what mode? Thanks in advance for your reply
Zhenya I
Marina, congratulations on your wonderful helper. Look in the recipes for our pressure cooker (there is a separate topic) There are different options for stewing cabbage.

Yes, I'm already afraid to try something that may not have been invented for our model.

God, I keep forgetting to come here ... Anyone interested in the recipe for cupcakes, please forgive me. I cook like this: I mix 100 grams of butter with 1 multi-glass of sugar and four eggs. I mix all this at low speed with a mixer for about a minute. Then I pour two multi-glasses of sifted flour with one bag of baking powder (about a teaspoon in the bag). Then I add about 1 tablespoon of cocoa and a teaspoon of coffee, a little cinnamon (I use it instead of vanillin). I mix everything until smooth. I tried to add poppy seeds, raisins, next time I will try coconut flakes) I grease the silicone molds with vegetable oil and set to bake on Rice mode with a closed valve for 12 minutes + 3 minutes on heating. At the end, I melt the most ordinary chocolate bar in a micro-roll, grease the finished treat and sprinkle it with confectionery beads Thank you =)

Hello girls! I've been reading your Temka for a long time. When choosing a budget multicooker pressure cooker, I stopped at this one, seeing how all of you here are so delicious to cook in it). I ordered it in the online store of my city, she came quickly, after 3 days, BUT, the bowl is scratched, packed impractically, at the bottom of the steaming grill has done its mean job, under the weight of wires and documents. Refused-re-ordered .... again came with a bowl with Teflon damage, again refused. The store's consultant, on his own initiative, placed an order for 5 pieces. of the same model and offered to choose one of them. Hope flickered to the last ... Yesterday I went and-and-and .... the result is the same - all the bowls are scratched. Maybe I'm so picky? Someone faced this ??? I understand that an additional bowl will still need to be ordered, but somehow I don't really want to start acquaintance with this technique from such a not very pleasant moment

KattyG, good day! You are not fussy! I faced the same problem as I wrote about here:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=136&topic=295673.0
I managed to buy with a normal bowl only on the 3rd try!
I am very sorry that the representatives of Polaris, who at that time still looked into this topic, did not pay attention to this post and did not take action. After all, the reason for the scratches is obvious - the wrong packaging! Strange ... I thought that something had already changed.
KattyG, I can only advise you to persistently sort out different copies - should be found without defects! I wish you very much, because the pressure cooker itself is excellent!
Good luck!

change your online store. When I received mine, the scraper steamer was sealed in the bag, and the cord was in the bag. What city are you from?
Bukaha
I bought in an offline store, I was also afraid that they would take out the scratched, but everything was packed in cellophane, a wire and a double boiler. I got scratches on the back of the bowl, from the heating element, tell me, is that so for everyone? It's not scary, is it?

I don't even know, 7 copies did not fit, the consultant himself interrupts on redmond, but with similar functions there, the price is many times more expensive. Maybe the truth is 5 more pieces to order))))

What's the difference, isn't it packed at the factory ??? , there this grate was also in thin cellophane, but not sealed ... and apparently it does not save: pardon: g. Cheboksary

Good evening. Tell me, who knows what mode to cook barley in Polaris 0305. It is urgent, but there is absolutely no time to look.
Valya73
I cooked like this: 2 mst. pearl barley
5.5 mst. hot salted water
1h l creamy or rast. oils
"Rice", pressure 3, time 35 min. Leave on heating for 5-10 minutes.

The cellophane was dense and SEALED ... I bought it last fall in Citylink (there is a store in Cheboksary, but only in Russia). Packed at the factory ... but maybe they have an old batch ... I mean, with unfinished packaging. I think so.

Olya, tell me, what kind of pearl barley is obtained in 15 minutes. I just love it (pearl barley) very much, but still I didn't dare to cook for less than 30 minutes. Is it crumbly? Try to describe, can I digest?
Zhenya I
I'm not Olya, but I will answer. I also cook on rice for a pressure of 3, 15 minutes, plus heating for five minutes, it turns out crumbly, I often make it like pilaf and with mushrooms. Before buying a pressure cooker, I did not eat barley at all. Now she has taken root with us. Before cooking, I just rinse it until clear water.

I cooked barley. Delicious turned out. cooked on the "Rice" mode for 1 hour and 10 minutes on the "Heating" mode. Oil was added later. For 1 cup of pearl barley, 2 cups of water. At first I washed it in 3-4 waters and left it to stand just in the water for about 30 minutes. The water was naturally salted.

Valya, 15 minutes is enough for her ... it turns out crumbly and tasty. This is SKOROVarka ... what can even barley do there for 30 minutes, or even an hour! In 20 minutes, peas that have not been soaked are boiled into shreds, and even barley will cook even more. My opinion.
Shelena
Olya, and you try to cook for 30 minutes. And then compare. Soft. Loose. And delicious! In 15 minutes you get another ...
olga4166
Shelena, I will certainly try. But I, like, and 15 minutes to taste suit ... Another, you say, and which one?
Shelena
Olya, it turns out to be INCREDIBLY steamed. You don't even have to chew. Later I will expose the recipe - see the structure. We really like it.
But, as you can imagine, everyone has different tastes.

Girls, I suggest you try a delicious soufflé from red s / s fish and potatoes.

I watch the discussion of barley preparation options continue. Allow me to insert your own five kopecks. I think all options are ideal in each case and depend on our taste preferences. Now we have already decided thanks to Olya, that in 15 minutes. the pearl barley is cooked, but it does not spoil it for 30 or even 60 minutes. I think a lot more depends on the quality of the cereal itself and of course on the quality and hardness of the water.
I'll tell you how I cooked rice. The 1: 1.5 version proposed here and tested did not satisfy me very much, especially with round rice. And yesterday I decided to use the "Japanese way", proven for decades, trying to select the mode in the pressure cooker.
Washed, as expected, 2.5 mst. round rice (330g.), added 20g. dried carrots and poured 3mst. salted water. That is, water took 1: 1 + 0.5mst for boiling dry vegetables. "Rice" pressure 1, time 8 minutes. I literally stayed on heating for 1 minute, waited for the valve to open and here is my almost perfect rice. Almost because there is no limit to perfection.
Here is the original recipe. The book is already old, I hope the photo can be viewed.
