The pot from the 50th is the same. The design is interesting, but the 50 is more attractive.

I will give the Dex 50 to my mother, as planned, and I will train on this one. The wife said that another two weeks of diet and no pilaf, even lean ...
AlexP

The new cartoon has already fallen into the soul of my wife and I ... so sexually screams when choosing modes - 50 is resting ...
Here are the first two diet meals:

I can ask, just don't throw your slippers, I got an MV - and I haven't seen her alive before ...
I washed it, drove the steam program, but what to do with the valve is right, what is there in the instructions there is nothing about it
it is removable, and there is a sign of an open lock and a ledge - the question is, when the program is running, this ledge should not be locked (I understood it open there) but turned in the other direction, right? - closed?
or how?

while this is all that I was not afraid to press on it

As I understand from my experience, the valve in these cartoons is almost decorative

We just cooked boiled salmon. It turned out just SUPER! Very tasty and surprisingly did not crumble the salmon.

They did it boiled, because they were afraid that it would be dry for a couple.

I didn't have time to buy yoghurt starter cultures, the store was closed.

We put frozen steaks and put them on stewing for an hour. If fresh, then 25 min.

I liked the management more than 50, but 50 is also very good in functions.

in general, in vain I was afraid of HER (you also need to come up with a name
something is so simple, everything turned out to be cooking pilaf, I didn't even have time to get scared (frying meat + rice mode) the rice turned out to be a little softer, (but I myself got rid of the excess liquid, then I already understood) than I cooked on the stove, but when it cooled down, almost did not feel, and they said little that something

AlexP, I have a BIG REQUEST for you, until you gave the DEX 50 to your mom, please compare the DEX 50 and DEX 60 bowls.
How are they in terms of interchangeability?

VS NIKA compared bowls DEX 50 and Brand 37501 right here.

I would like to see a similar comparison.

I just don't understand: DEX DMC-60 and Brand 37501 are twin brothers, in online stores they sell a spare bowl for DEX 50 and write that it fits DEX-60 as well. And at the same time empirically VS NIKA showed that the DEX 50 bowl does not fit the Brand 37501.

Quote: AlexP

in DEX50 AND DEX60 - ABSOLUTELY the same!

From Nika's photo, I realized that in Brand, the pan does not completely rest on the body, so it is larger. By the way, this is fraught with heat loss.

Then we conclude that DEX DMC-60 and Brand 37501 - brothers, but not twins!

Alex, but I have a question. If you didn't need milk porridge or the Yogurt regimen, would you take this cartoon instead of the 50 model? Or do you not understand yet?

I was planning to buy a second cartoon in order to give the first one ... (twisted).

Dex 50 was completely fine with me! But since a version of a new model appeared on the horizon, I was waiting for it.

Already and 60 VERY like it.

The regime of yogurt and milk porridge was not particularly needed, but as they say - just in case, let them be.

U "boy"(DEH 60) such pluses: a removable lid, manual mode (so far no one understands), milk, yogurt (although you can also do without), two steamer baskets (although people have already adapted too). since the pans are the same), and expensive.

Hello everyone!
I had an idea - in the absence of an owner who has a DEH-60 and a Brand at the same time - to measure everyone the height (depth) of a multicooker (not a saucepan) - something I have a premonition that they should be the same. And due to the fact that the saucepan rises in the Brand, an additional liter probably appears.
I think that the factory would not have done different depths for different brands. It's easier to insert different saucepans.
Here.

P / S: measured in DEKH-50 - put a long knife on top of the multicooker and one centimeter down to the heating circle (not a spear) - from the inner edge - 12.2 cm.The same measured in a saucepan - 12.7 cm.
lyudasik
Well, what can I say ... the steam is not coming down, I didn’t even see it ... but after all, I often dropped in at the Quenching and everything boiled weakly, and then the languor ... the steam was not at all from where to come from.
I put a snooze for the night. In the morning, a stunning aroma of porridge - perfectly cooked! What else do you want to know? And in manual mode, it's so easy to set the time and temperature and that's it.
Sasha
This is a table of DEH-60 modes
Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)

In the morning on the "Rice" mode I cooked sausage horns. When the screen showed "9 minutes" before the end of the program, I opened the MV, interfered, tried it - it was ready, turned it off. It turned out great. And I regretted that I didn’t do it on the DEKH-50 (we were a little digested).
Now I put the yogurt, I'm waiting for the result. This will be (or not) my first yogurt.
Quote: oriana

So I say .... when my first Perfezzka appeared, I was ready to shout about it to the whole world! Share with all your emotions, post pictures ... ask, discuss.
Almost the same thing happened to me when I got the DEKH-50, since everything was an OPENING.Now those emotions are gone. But DEKh-60 is all the same wonderful.

I set the yogurt "by default 8 hours", now the timer is 1h30min - milk splashes as if nothing had happened. Who is to blame (me or a mule) I don't know, I'll wait for the end of the program. I took the contents of two Yogurt capsules. Yogurt specialists help please!

Quote: TyominaAlyona

It is possible that the leaven itself is "dead". How did you cook? What is the temperature inside the bowl?
Maybe a little more patience? Although, since more than 6 hours, the process is already underway ...
Or does it take just an hour and a half to make yogurt? Then, it's too early for him to "thicken".
I don't know what to say, yoghurt was always made in a cheap yoghurt maker Dex + thermostat. VIVO and "Italian" starter cultures, I have never used capsules.

Quote: Lozja

Try it for an experiment on a regular Activation. For me, for example, nothing came to life on capsules, that is, yogurt did not work. And on Activia and on leaven everything is fine.

Quote: AlexP

What is splashing there?

It should not boil, since the temperature there is 40 ° C, and the time has passed only 1.5 hours, so it's too early to talk about the result!

What starter cultures do you use?
The milk splashes when I tilt the saucepan to see how much it thickens.
And 1.5 hours have not passed, but left until the end of the program. Used capsules "Yogurt".

How many gr. "Activations" for how much milk do you take?
Quote: Lozja

1 jar of Activia without additives for 1 liter of milk. Good luck!

I just came home from work and immediately to you with a report on yogurt.
The yoghurt turned out "so-so" in 8 hours. It thickened, but not as much as I would like and serum formed on top.
Next time I'll take another leaven. The temperature in the pan was measured - 43 degrees.

2. steamed vegetables for salad. Potatoes "do not wash in salad" until they are eaten)) and taste better
3. roast - great, the principle of cooking was like in a regular oven, only less fuss and not hot in the kitchen.
4.steamed cauliflower .... it's great

Just in the thread about Brand, the developers were quoted:
"The multicooker has 3D heating. The main heating element is at the bottom, and the other two are not main ones in the lid and on the side.
The heating element in the lid has practically no effect on the cooking process. It serves to reduce condensation on the lid itself. Therefore, the multicooker cannot provide a golden brown crust when baking. "

There will be no tanned crust on top, it will be - a little ruddy, well, okay, we're used to it. But, nevertheless, I would like the lid to warm up well in manual mode, like on baked goods. Otherwise, baking, playing with temperatures, will be problematic.

Just that I finished the boiled pork! mmmmmmmmmmmmm .... the softest meat turned out!

Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion) Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)

We take the meat, in my version a loin with a layer of fat (there was a small piece - 600 g), wash, dry with a paper towel. Chop with a knife, rub with salt, your favorite spices for meat, garlic (smashed garlic with a hammer for meat), vegetable oil. Leave on for at least 1 hour (ideally overnight).
Then we put the meat in a slow cooker, pour the oil in which it was pickled (I previously skimmed the garlic from the meat - I don't like the smell of fried garlic).
We put on the "Baking" mode. Fry on both sides for 15-20 minutes. Then we change the mode to "Quenching" and set for 2-3 hours, depending on the size of the piece. When the cherished bell rings, do not rush to pull it out, let the boiled pork "rest" there for another 15-20 minutes! She took it out, wrapped it in several layers of foil and allowed it to cool. Very tasty and tender.

I have not tried the manual mode yet - I have not come up with what to cook on it. Can anyone have any ideas?

I'm already so dull with the auto modes that everything fits everything for me ... and choose for the manual one, too, while in confusion, so that I could try it for all 100. For myself, I concluded (for now) that a pan in this mode is just an electric stove with temperatures. that is, there is time, you can turn on the pozyukatsa ... turn it on to boil (or fry), make the pace slower. and finish cooking. In short, dances with tambourines ... and just something, for some additional 200-300 hryvnia.

IMHO - the temperature is important in milk, so that it does not run away, but languishes a little ... and if milk porridge, like a program, is already buzzing, then ... why pay more? this is still talk to nowhere ... just reasoning. Stream of consciousness, tass tell

more baking, perhaps ... if the program is with jambs, then you can adjust the temperature ...
Sasha
On the "baking" program, the heating element is also turned on in the lid, on the "manual" program only the bottom is heated. And on "manual" at a temperature of 160-180 degrees. closing the lid is not recommended according to the instructions.

Hello to all forum users! I am making a small report on the preparations in the multicooker. I chase her all day. And since everyone loves sweets at my house, I bake almost every day. Made orange biscuits. apples. Very my family likes different casseroles. Children are generally happy!
Today I made a sloth pie with minced pork, it turned out very tasty!
Season 500 g of any minced meat with salt, seasonings (I had a fatty pig, I cut half a bunch of stale dill)
Chop 300 g of onion finely and grind with salt until juice is released (I took only 3 onions - how much was there)
Mix the minced meat with the onion (I played there 3 more boiled potatoes, left over from Olivier, I highly recommend it, but no more!)
Spread a sheet of thin pita bread on the table and put half of the minced meat on it.
Let's do the same with the second sheet. Set aside the pita bread for 10 minutes, they will soften.
Grease the multicooker saucepan with vegetable oil (you can easily do it in a deep mold in the oven!) And lay our pita breads in a spiral.
Prepare the filling (we do it while the pita bread is soaked): beat 3 eggs with 5 tbsp. l. mayonnaise and 1-2 tbsp. l. ketchup, salt (there was no ketchup, I took homemade adjika). We fill our snail with this mixture.
Cooking on Baking for 50 minutes, 15 minutes. do not open, 10 min. with the lid open. We take it out as usual. Cool it down.
some add 70 grams of kefir to the minced meat and a little water for a cool consistency, it should be like cutlets.
You can experiment with fillings, delicious with cheese filling.

I set to stew cabbage with prunes and pork breast, and then I also want to make a chicken.

So otozh. In August I also ordered 50, and then urgently canceled the order, as I learned about the 60. I like the cartoon. But first impressions are the same as for everyone:
- a very quiet signal, compared to a bread maker, you can not hear it at all;
- strong smell of rubber, straight chemical. What is it made of? Can't you weather it before selling it?
- it was possible to make a countdown mode on all programs.

Every man to his own taste! Manufacturers cannot adapt to everyone. Someone likes one thing, someone else.

I personally like the signal very much - Very nice

I didn't smell the rubber, but maybe it was, all the same, multicooker from China is not delivered in one day, so the smell in the box does not disappear. There was a smell of a new product.

As far as I understand, some programs are automatic (Rice, Buckwheat, Steam), so the multicooker cannot count the time right away, since it cannot guess how much water you will pour there. Therefore, as the water boils away, it determines the time remaining until the end and counts down 8 minutes before the end of cooking, in Steam mode from the moment of boiling.

The cartoon is just CLASS, my wife and I really like it, although at first we got used to the new design.

A few words about the manual honey cake. Set for an hour, tempo. 150 deg. After the end of the program and after 7 minutes on the Heating I looked. I saw a small puddle of condensation and a damp top. I quickly closed the lid and turned on the Baking (the temperature is lower on it, I didn't want the sides and bottom to burn). It's a shame, of course, that I dropped in ahead of time, because the cake ended up not with a slide-on top, but with a flat "roof". There were up to 7 divisions in the bowl - it said that I disturbed him early. In 1950, she baked 2 cycles of 45 minutes or a little less, was stable at least 8 divisions.
I must say that, for reasons I do not understand, I always and in any cartoon need more time for baking than the authors of the recipe, other members of the forum. We checked the voltage in the network, everything is OK. But the fact is that I always bake longer so that there is a good result. Conclusion - with my "non-electric electricity" I should have initially baked longer and in Dex-60.
And a puddle of condensation strained me. After Baking on Heating, the lid does not heat up, from the cooling lid (and this is especially manifested in the case of a removable inner lid) condensation begins to drip into the bowl, so you need to have time to get the product until the top is damaged or lay a napkin (hmm, for what - open cover). I did not take out the valve on the Heating, but when I later opened the upper part of the valve, water literally poured out of it. (Designers advise removing the Heated Valve to avoid puddles.)
And the question remained open for me - is the lid warming up in Manual mode. If not, then there may be frequent problems with condensation when baking on the Manual.

And the question remained open for me - is the lid warming up in Manual mode.If not, then there may be frequent problems with condensation when baking on the Manual.
Yesterday I did pilaf, the result is excellent, if you ignore the fact that I opened the lid and stuck my nose there, as in Prefezze, (fortunately, I did not bent low over the pan, which saved my face from being burned by steam), it was still badly burned, but my fingers. I go with blisters today.
It's surprisingly simple how much the cartoon heats up (I compare everything with my past cartoons, when I could easily open and close the pan while cooking, sniff, interfere and never get burned) ... but why am I ... I touched the lid when cooking on the "Rice" program, it was hot enough .... not boiling water, but hot ... then the lid is warming up on this program ?!

Quote: Sasha

To check whether the lid is warming up or not, you need to run the program with the lid open, and after a while touch.

In my Perfezza, even with the lid open, even with the lid closed, it always remained cold, but here it was hot ... we will test further ...

Quote: TyominaAlyona

I tried it yesterday - when the lid is open on the Baking, the lid starts to warm up immediately, but on the Manual (180 degrees) the lid does not heat up. It seems that it is recommended to keep at high temperatures in Manual, in order to track cooking and avoid varying degrees of charring

Here is how Brand Manufacturers comment on the situation:
Quote: Elena Br

Heating in the lid is turned on only in the presence of steam, therefore, opening the lid and conducting an experiment, the lid remains cold.
Here is a sensor (with black wires) that sends data to the microprocessor. And the microprocessor controls all the heating elements, focusing on the readings of not only the lower, but also the upper sensor.

But, after all, on the Baking and with the lid open, the inner surface heats up, which is done to control condensation. Therefore, it is not very clear - in one case, the necessary heating of the lid is carried out by default, and in the other - under the control of some sensors.
So, we will empirically select the optimal use of the modes.

Finally made yogurt!

So:

1) Milk - 2.5% fat
2) Ferment yogurt VIVO
3) Added milk to the bottle with sourdough (to fill 1/2 bottle). Shake well to dissolve and pour back into the milk carton. Shake the bag too.
4) Poured it all into a saucepan and put the yogurt on the mode for 6 hours.
5) after three hours, I put in a SPECIAL thermometer to measure the temperature of the liquid (in Soviet times this thermometer was used in medicine), it showed 40 ° C (this is the temperature that is ideal for yogurt). Recommended for yoghurt from 37 ° C to 42 ° C.
6) After 6 hours the result was GREAT! The yogurt is thick and tasty.

It seems that the porridge does not spit on the lid, you need to add at least a little water, take homemade milk from the refrigerator. 5 tbsp to 1 tbsp rice. when it boiled, probably 10-15 minutes passed, opened the lid, the milk was boiling violently, and the whole lid ... dirty .. now it is on heating.

--------

here's what happened. I liked the porridge better. than with water 3 milk-2 water --- the water was felt, the milk tasted watery.
it's also cream when I put it on the heating, it flopped ... a lot :) did not wait an hour on heating.

it's cool that Klara Zakharovna has a removable cover

I will add, it seems that in the first 10 minutes the milk boils intensively, does not run away, but it is worth opening the lid a little and stirring (I mixed it) it calms down.
then I looked in several times, the milk was with gurgles ... but not intense.
and you can not keep on heating for 1 hour, less than 30 minutes.
if you add water, you can try with 0.5 cups ... if it's homemade, the store may not spit. in a couple of days I will conduct an experiment.
but I still have my homework.

I made in Brand 37501 - analogue of Dex-60. I made the milk baked, put it in the refrigerator, and the next day I added a bottle of Actimeli directly to it - everything was cold, right from the refrigerator. She poured it into sterilized bottles, put a napkin in the bowl, poured water over the hangers of the bottles and turned on the Yogurt mode. After 3.5 hours, I turned it off and left it there for another hour. From the multi I sent it straight to the refrigerator and this is what I had in a couple of hours.

Connoisseurs, the question is: do you need to remove the multicooker from the outlet every time, or can it be turned on all the time? I'm worried that the start will flash all the time

Flashing start is like standby in TVs, so you can leave it. It only strains that it blinks ...

Alas, now a lot of all kitchen appliances are not equipped with elementary switches. I don't know what the developers are guided by. Apparently, they are counting on users who, when leaving home, turn off ALL household appliances. But the constant pulling of the plug from the outlet annoys me (and our sockets do not withstand such mockery). Therefore, the solution was found in a computer store. I have got such a surge protector for all kitchen appliances. Each socket has a separate switch.

My camera is being repaired, I took it on my phone, don't judge strictly. These are potatoes 15 minutes after the start of the frying program.

An hour has passed mode, opened and smelled, outwardly, almost nothing has changed except for a slight bubbling of milk around the edges and a very pleasant sour-milk aroma ... Time 19.26.

Two hours passed mode yogurt ... opened, the souring process began, slightly stirred the saucepan, the milk began to thicken ... I think 4 hours will be enough for us at this rate (according to preliminary data). The time is 20.26.

It's been three hours mode yogurt ... guys, I don’t know what happened, but the whey went away, scooped up the yogurt with a spoon, it looks like Alex's in the last photo, it doesn’t fall off the spoon ... you cannot keep it heated anymore. Disconnect. Time 21.26.

Now the questions ... why did the serum rebound after three hours and now what? Put it in the refrigerator?
So far, I turned everything off and left it in the cartoon ... or even pull it out of there? So it turns out that you can't keep it active for more than three hours?
I'm not very happy with the result!

..... when I saw my yoghurt of sufficient thickness, I decided that I had to be the mistress of my fate and immediately turned off the mode
I also wanted to be the mistress of my own destiny, that's why I kept the chronology of yogurt preparation every hour, but what happened between the second and third hours of cooking is a mystery for me and I also interrupted the regime, realizing that by heating further I would get jelly ...
Maybe you shouldn't just do it on the activity, but you need to take ready-made, live leavens and not fool yourself ..... nothing.
Next time I'll take VIVA and conduct another experiment and then we'll see ... it's good at least I took just a liter of milk.
But mine say that it tastes delicious, I can't taste it, I don't like it.
Now I will put it in the banks, in the cold of it, the bastard, and in the morning I will take a picture for you, in the jar and on the spoon.

maybe it was not necessary to pour milk warm? I specifically found how Alekhs made yogurt, so he also did not write about warm milk ... Perhaps because of this, the reaction went faster?
Alex took long-term pasteurized milk that did not require boiling.
I took homemade, which necessarily requires boiling, but after all, I cooled it to 40 degrees and then everything was according to the instructions ...
In general, I climbed into the refrigerator in the morning to look at my work ... it looks heterogeneous, it can be seen that the serum is leaving ... very thick in density, you can scoop it with a spoon, it does not fall, but the serum drips from it.
It looks more like good quality yogurt, but not yogurt.
Here it is in the bank:

Marinochka, looked in for a second, although I am not a specialist in yoghurt even once, it seems to me that the yoghurt has stopped instantly, because it is overheated. When he began to actively ferment, it made sense to turn off the mode, leave it in the cartoon. The process would continue to go, but the serum would not instantly rebound. As soon as the surface becomes "porcelain", the consistency becomes plump - it must be transferred to the cold, the yoghurt is not yet ready, it needs to cool down to acquire even greater density and the correct taste. After the ready-made yoghurt is mixed, transferred to cans, it loses its delicious uniform-dense consistency, although it remains thick, it becomes, as it were, "disheveled"
I like yoghurt made from sourdoughs more, only occasionally do I use ready-made live yoghurts from the store.
Yes, Alyonka ... and it seems to me that he stood by 100%, it was just necessary after two hours of his standing, when I saw that the yogurt began to thicken, turn it off and let it stand just with the closed multitel .. ...

I made milk porridge, set a timer for the night, remembering the past experience of the spit on the lid, took 4.5 milk and 0.5 water - homemade milk, in the evening I laid everything at one in the morning .. did not look, did not open, at 12 when I was ready, opened the look + added cream. and left on heating for 30 minutes.
conclusion - you need to add at least a little milk to your home - the lid is clean. If you do not add can spit.
it remains to conduct an experiment with a store, it seems to me 2 tbsp of water is like a lot for a store

I put yogurt (the first in my life) at night. I bought the sourdough at the pharmacy as it was. And there was "Cito", who will say what about her? I'm not happy with the result. This is how it turned out heterogeneous

When there was left until the end

the consistency seemed to be normal. But I did not turn it off, went to sleep on. In the morning, the regimen got up ended, there was not a lot of serum on top, I drained it and put it in the refrigerator. As a result, the result is not very much. Milk was taken by "Romol" 2.5% pasteurized. in the package.

Here are some interesting observations on yogurt.
In the first case (yesterday) I took boiled milk, cooled it down to 40 degrees and injected the activity. After two hours of the yoghurt program, the milk began to "thicken".
Now I took the milk, not boiled, pasteurized from the refrigerator. I also introduced the activation. Two hours passed. There is no milk "thickening", it is completely liquid ... I leave it for the third hour, I watch ...
