Letuchka, Thank you. I’ll have to try, otherwise I don’t decide on peppers.
I noticed that the frying was already starting to burn to my saucepan, it was starting to take something ... 1.5 months only passed. I had to urgently order a spare from Liberty.
Girls, tell me what to do ?! While I wasn’t my husband decided to cook rice soup, I had to wash the table for a long time, Polya, the lid, the valve ... but she told him that it was impossible to forcibly relieve the pressure on soups and milk! But now I have a problem ... after the pressure is set, the valve hisses quietly while cooking ... sssss ..... poisons something bastard. But I can’t do anything. Maybe someone came across this ?? How to be? What to do? It shouldn't be like that? .. Otherwise I don't remember ......
Shelena
Olga, I would flush the valve well by taking it out.

Gulya, I am very happy that the recipes "work".
Thank you very much for their implementation and creative revision, as well as for your kind words.
Shelena
Girls, posted a recipe for wheat bread. The recipe was painted in as much detail as possible.

Wheat bread with fermented baked milk or sour cream.

I didn’t use any additional appliances - only hands and a pressure cooker.
I highly recommend using fermented baked milk. It turns out some kind of subtle, creamy taste.

In the near future, I am unlikely to master new recipes for bread in a pressure cooker. Because I bought a new bread maker. I post my impressions about it on the forum. If anyone is interested, drop by.

Lenawhere have you been before?
My hp went to a well-deserved rest, I bought myself a "burning" a week ago ... I am happy with the stove, in principle, but as I read about hp "Polaris" I WANTED IT !!!
Shelena
Olya, was here.
I didn’t know that you, too, had problems with X / P. She was also toiled with a choice. Two months...

The question is ripe, why do I kind of salt as usual, but the dish turns out to be undersalted? I noticed this happened several times already ...
Shelena
Gulya, this is a special feature of pressure cookers ...
Here we touched on this topic.

Girls, the head is spinning. Yesterday my father-in-law stabbed the pig, I'm going to make stew ... (I want to stuff it in cans into my assistant) Somewhere someone wrote about the temperature at different pressure levels - I can't find it I know that there should be at least 120 Celsius to to avoid botulism I think to put on "Jelly" ... What do you think?
Shelena
Tanya, I found two recipes for making canned stew.
Tanyulya's recipe in Shteba:

Girls, tell me again about vegetables for vinaigrette .. I found a recipe where in a double boiler it is done, and if in a different mode, which one?
Shelena
Irina, you can cook on any. It seems to me more convenient to use "Rice" or "Buckwheat".
Scarlett
Elena, thanks for the hint, I saw these recipes. : Rose: But somewhere in our topic (I can't find it) I read about temperature at pressure - set to 2 - normal?

Tatyana, Tusya (Natasha) cooked at a pressure of 2, but not in cans (set in a separate recipe). I don't remember any other options ...
But, to be honest, I wouldn't think much about pressure. I would exhibit like girls, but they have it 3 (maximum). This will definitely not spoil the stew.

Irina, when cooking in water, of course, 15 minutes for potatoes is a lot.I expose this for a couple. But you wanted to cook all the vegetables at once ...
Shelena
Girls, I presented a recipe for a very successful lean dish.

Pilaf with mushrooms.

It turns out very tasty. My meat-eaters eat with pleasure, although there is no meat there.
Highly recommend.

Changed the recipe for "Wheat bread" - added one more proofing method (in the refrigerator). Hopefully helpful too.

This dish has become a culinary discovery for us. Lentils were eaten once, and even then in soup. This fantasy turned out to be tasty and satisfying. The view, of course, is not very good, but it is fully compensated by the taste.
The husband asked to cook more! For me, this is a great recognition of the new dish.
Sindi
Shelena,class!
I also tried to make pilaf in the Field. It turned out delicious, but boiled, it was her own fault, she put water as usual for a cauldron 1.5 cm above the rice and poured water. In the next. just pour water at the level of rice, because I like crumbly. The husband says the steam remains inside, so the rice is boiled.
And she also made stewed cabbage with meat and potatoes ... Well, very tasty and soft! Moreover, the fresh cabbage was just oak))

Girls, good afternoon! I want to cook red borscht. Can you help? thanks for earlier (multicooker - pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD)

Vita, Hello!
Found a variant of borscht from Tanya-Froni:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=136&topic=295673.0
You can also search the forum for recipes for other pressure cookers.

Gulya, this pilaf turns out not overcooked, rice to rice. : girl_wink: The ratio of rice to water is 1: 1.5. Good proportions.
Vita @
please tell me, what program to cook borscht, read what is on the stewing, but I don't see this button on the panel?

Yesterday I made according to Shelena's recipe - Fast pizza on kefir dough with sausages, mushrooms and olives (Polaris 0305). Only without olives and mushrooms: girl_haha: Helen, thank you very much. Everything worked out and was very tasty.
Almost every morning I cook milk porridge. That is corn-rice, then corn-millet. In short, I will mix different cereals and in a pressure cooker. I like it very much, and there is no need to interfere, and nothing escapes.

Shelenochka, yes ... she did. Lemons were not found ... did not become wise, in short.
I took Pemo Suite, diluted it with water, smeared it on and left it for 20 minutes ... wiped it off with a sponge and washed off. The saucepan is like new!
Cindy, try it, it helps!

Hello everybody! I got our favorite assistant in sport, we all looked at the Redmond first, and Polaris stood on the next shelf, that's how she appeared with us. Arriving home, I found this topic and realized that they were not mistaken - a great thing at a good price (699 UAH) I have been mastering it for almost a month now. Tell me the recipe for manna for our model, I have already tested 2 recipes (I just found it on the Internet, for multvaroks), but they somehow don't fit me at all, it cools down and becomes like frozen semolina. When warmed up, of course, you can eat, it is even delicious with syrup, but you want something more airy. In the photo, everyone has such lush manna! I would be grateful for your advice!

for steaming there is a grate, I carefully put it on the bottom so as not to scratch the bottom. In general, I plan to buy a silicone stand.

You can put a cloth napkin on the bottom.

and maybe there are some other disadvantages
marihcka, for me there are several cons-features of this CB:
- the delay can be set not in minutes, but only in hours: 1-2-3 hours, etc. This is not very convenient;
- the program starts working in 30 seconds. after selection. There is not always enough time for a thoughtful installation (choice of program, pressure, time ..)

There is an excellent Steamer program. There is a steaming grate, but there are huge holes in it. This photo shows.

Hello dear ladies! I am writing and holding back negative emotions about baking biscuits in this Polaris !! Having tried a lot of recipes and spoiled a bunch of products, I came to the conclusion that it is useless for biscuits, at least the slow cooker that I have. They don't rise at all !!!! Can someone write step by step how the dough was prepared, how it was loaded, whether it is necessary to let it stay in the multicooker after the end of the program, maybe it is necessary to put the pressure on 1, not 2? !!!! Maybe someone lives in Kremenchug and will give a master class on biscuits ?!
