Vegetarian lentil soup with potatoes, mushrooms, celery and carrots (Polaris 0305)

Ingredients

For 1.2 liters of water:
Lentils red
"National" Angstrem 150 ml
Potatoes 2 pcs. (200 g)
Carrot 1/2 pcs. (55 g)
Bulb onions 1/2 pcs.
Celery (root) 90 g
Champignon 80 g
Fine salt 2 tsp
Olive oil 1-2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Rinse carrots and celery, peel and grate for Korean carrots. Peel the onion and take half. Cut fresh mushrooms into slices. (I used frozen slices, therefore, without defrosting or frying, I added them to the soup along with the potatoes.)
  • In the pressure cooker, turn on "Frying" mode, pressure - 3, fry the carrots, celery, champignons with the addition of oil, lay half the onion cut down and brown.
  • Disable the program. Remove celery, carrots and mushrooms (if fried).
  • Pour in water. Close the CB cover, but leave the valve open. Turn on Warm-up program, pressure - 3.
  • While the water is boiling, turn to potatoes and lentils.
  • Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes (about 0.8-1 cm thick). Rinse the lentils.
  • Put vegetables and mushrooms in the water that starts to boil. Salt.
  • Close the cover, set the valve to the "Pressure" position.
  • Cook in the "Manual" mode: pressure - 1, time - 5 minutes. Hold on "Heating" for 5 minutes.

  • Serve sprinkled with herbs.
  • Bon Appetit.

Note

The soup is thick enough. You can also puree it. But we really liked it without it.
It turned out fragrant, tasty and satisfying. After such a nutritious soup, I didn't even serve the second course.

The soup is really very tasty (sorry, the photo failed)! My meat-eaters took a supplement. For me, this is an important indicator - it's immediately clear whether to cook something like this again.

Glad, will do. But green takes longer. This means that it will take 10-15 minutes to boil it (in a pressure cooker), and then add the rest of the ingredients and continue to cook according to the recipe.
