Sindi
Lenochka and thank you for the tip! I also ordered myself now, it seems to me a super convenient thing. Landlife has excellent bowls and even has chamomile
Zhenya I
With a new thing, Lena.
Girls, not advising to order an iron one, she has very sharp legs and edges. Look for silicone and wash is convenient and won't darken.
Slavutchanka
Leno4kaI do not recommend a ceramic bowl - it quickly breaks down. After 3 - 6 months. everything starts to stick. Tested.
Leno4ka
Thank you, Zhenya! Yes, it even says on the website that you can scratch! Only if you use a non-stick bowl, and I order a ceramic one, I think it will not work! Stainless steel is somehow more solid than silicone .. And what kind of silicone is there, not soft?
Leno4ka

Oops !!! Natasha, thanks for the warning! Is stainless steel better?
Slavutchanka
I didn't have a stainless steel, but what's better is unambiguous.
Zhenya I
: plach7: Silicone is very dense, with stiffening ribs 0.7 cm each.
And judging by the ceramic forms and pans, we are modern, microcracks are formed on them from the temperature and everything sticks.
Leno4ka
Girls, does anyone have a stainless steel Land Life bowl, how is it quality? They write like a three-layer bottom, does not darken and does not scratch!
Sindi
I ordered a "bronze" in Landlife)) I really like it! So it's better not to take a camomile to Landlife? Will ruin the cup right?
Zhenya I
I think yes, it will.

I often use a stainless steel pan. Mine in the PMM, easy to wipe off. But I try not to fry food in it, I cook with liquid.

But what happens if the ring stretches:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=136&topic=295673.0
Quoting from previously written:
"That is, the ring stretches over time. This happens in all pressure cookers! Boil.
As soon as I forget to do it once every 2 weeks, I get a "bomb" again. But! Only with a stainless steel pan. The difference between the height of the "native" and the LandLife pots is only 1 mm, but with the ring stretched, this is also critical. The spare ring is harder and, since it is rarely used, not at all stretched. Everything works with him as it should!
For two months everything was fine, and then 4 times there were such horrors.
We must remember about the ring! Boil. Better yet, buy a spare. "

A very controversial statement. Here I already wrote my opinion:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=136&topic=295673.0
Carbon deposits are the cause of adhesion. That's about it:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=136&topic=295673.0

And here information on grates and possible options for steaming (a snippet from previously discussed):
"For steamed cutlets, buy a" chamomile "or adapt the simplest form of foil (make many, many holes in it)."
"There is another idea for steaming: buy a Teflon mesh for cooking (it costs 100 rubles), cut it in a circle, ... so that the diameter is less than the diameter of the pan, for example, by 1 cm. ... there will be a wonderful" plate "for cooking for a couple. "
"I have a bottom steamer from Brand, so I can't think of anything better for myself. By the way, it's probably for sale on Brand's official website. Also an option!"

Here are more options for steaming grates:

Girls, new ones, I highly recommend reading this thread.
Spend some time to your advantage. You will find not only answers to almost all your questions, but you will also read a lot of useful information. A lot of great recipes are hidden inside (no one endured them in separate themes). Therefore, it seems to me, it is convenient to read, having at hand a notebook for recording the parameters of the preparation of certain dishes.
Slavutchanka
Lena, I don't have carbon deposits in a ceramic pot. I use it mainly for baked goods and yoghurt. But after six months it was already impossible to pull out the cake, even with greasing. Now I just put the silicone mat. But I don't cook either pilaf or porridge - you can't peel it off.
Shelena
Natasha, I, of course, can only judge about Brandovskoe ceramic pans. If you saw HOW MUCH in the subject of MV BRAND complain about pots !!! And the only problem is soot ...
In our Polaris the same thing: as soon as you remove the carbon deposits, everything "flies out with a whistle" (girls' expression). You just need not to run ...

Lena, this is a must, I have already partially read it, the branch is long, I will gradually familiarize myself! I just immediately want to order a double boiler and a bowl, I really like to steam cook

This is a topic, the ring also absorbs smells, probably, a separate one for milk and baking is better!

Shelena
Lena, fits, of course. :) But over time, it stretched out, and sometimes there are "bombs" (the link to the description was given above). From LL, the ring is denser, and this does not happen when it is installed.
Slavutchanka
About the ring. Yesterday I cooked canned fish soup, then baked a pie. I didn't notice any smell. She even gave her husband a sniff - he is meticulous in this regard.
Bukaha
I, too, did not quite like the steamer, I began to look for silicone or chamomile, or I looked at Ibei like a rug with holes and handles, but last week I got to the market and successfully bought a chamomile, 40 UAH. True, I steamed the dumplings in it once, stuck, do you need to lubricate the silicone?
Sindi
Lena, here is this model 5 Liter Bowl (Teflon, YBW) for Land Life YBW-50 pressure cookers. Well, a couple of scratches appeared after I cooked vegetables for a vinaigrette on a stand. I need to buy a silicone napkin ..

Today I cooked for the first time in my cartoon. Cooked pilaf, porridge came out. I did everything as it was written in the recipe in the book. It looks like pilaf is only by hand in a cauldron. I'll know.
Slavutchanka
Lena, add less water. In my pressure cooker (Cucco) it didn't work out right away either. Consider that water practically does not boil away, like in a cauldron
Shelena

There is ample evidence to the contrary in the topic. Both photos and recipes ...
The recipe book for the pressure cooker has long been recognized as imperfect ...
Ofeliya
The pilaf is excellent. The main thing is to observe the correct proportions of rice / water.

Girls, good afternoon! On the eve of the holiday, I want to cook jellied meat. I already found the recipe in the recipe book. Tell me, are there any nuances by accident? I still tend to bring the meat to a boil in a saucepan, remove the foam, and then into a pressure cooker. How are you doing?

I bring it to a boil on the stove, drain everything, rinse it and send it to the SCV
vika1769
I will try)) I would not like to be criticized)))

Victoria, you do not need to get another pot dirty. Add all the ingredients, fill with water, close the lid (or put it obliquely), but leave valve closed ... Turn on the "Heating" program, pressure - 3. When the water boils, turn off the mode, remove the foam and then set the "Jellied" program (close the valve).
And no additional washing up!
vika1769
Well, thank you!)
Shelena
It's my pleasure!
But I cook right away, without removing the foam. It settles in very large flakes on the walls, and the broth is transparent. All the same, then we filter it. Therefore, you can not do unnecessary body movements.
Shelena
I presented a very easy recipe.
Chicken ventricle goulash.

Lena, so I do the same! And I do not bother because of this. It always turns out as it should! And no dancing with tambourines.
Shelena
Irish, ! It turns out that we are LASTING ?!
Or we are engaged in RATIONALIZATION?
Slavutchanka
And I don't skim the foam (though I cooked it in another pressure cooker and in a cartoon). Aspic is transparent, beautiful.
Slavutchanka
Girls, tell me how to quickly bake a pie on the Porridge mode (like)
Bukaha
again made another attempt at baking a pie from batter, like there was a lot of baking (eggs, sour cream, a little butter), and some kind of rubber came out. It's kind of warm, tasty, my husband lost 2 pieces at once, and cooled down - as the sole became. I don't know how to conjure anymore. Mom's in a regular oven and with less baking, it comes out so lush and bubbled inside, but I can't.

hello girls. in: rose: from and I became the owner of this pressure cooker. but so far we will not be friends with her in any way. I tried to make a biscuit, but it did not rise much and the donkey was still cooling down even more. Today I cooked rice, the program stopped half way for some reason. I forcibly relieved the pressure and opened it. the rice is half-baked and there is no more water. then there is something wrong with the proportions ??? I love rice so much, but I never get it. girls, help. Well, how much water is needed for 2 mst of rice ?? long-grain rice, but not parboiled. and the default time to leave ??
and yet, my drip tray is not filled with water. when I open the lid, all the water is on it and eventually drips onto the baked goods. is it a marriage?

Are you closing the valve or not? When baking, the valve must be open to evaporate excess moisture.

The following questions immediately arose:
- What recipe was used?
-What parameters were used for baking?
-The valve was left open?
In the meantime, I can only say that since the donkey, it means that it was not baked enough, that is, it was not held.

The rice in the pressure cooker is GREAT! The proportions are 1: 1.5.
The cooking time is 12 minutes at a pressure of 2. Here are 2 recipes for rice in our pressure cooker for example:
Pilaf with mushrooms.

Spicy rice ...

Try to cook on them. It's strange that your program suddenly interrupted ... Maybe something with the voltage in the network?

No, this is not a marriage. The drip tray in any multicooker / pressure cooker does not fill up immediately, but gradually. Faster when cooking soups and broths. Open the lid more sharply, then condensation will not get inside.

1) used a recipe from this site https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=84460.0
2) 2 pressure, baking, 65 minutes. then immediately turned off the heating and opened it. let stand for 10 minutes.
3) the valve is exactly open.
maybe my hands don't grow from there? and I didn't knead the dough well? after all, everything is baked and a soft biscuit, and very tasty, but small.

Looked at the recipe for the biscuit that you baked. It is very close to the test in my charlotte. The problem was caused by the wrong pressure selected. Set pressure 1! You can take a little more time. And chill right in the saucepan.
Everything will work out.
