Ingredients

Chicken necks 1 kg
Bulb onions 1/2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l.
Fine salt 1 + 1/4 tsp
Ground black pepper taste
Black peppercorns 6-10 pcs.
Water 75 ml

Cooking method

  • We cook chicken necks often. Stew potatoes or cabbage with them. But often we do it “without anything”.
  • I serve such necks when there is no need to rush anywhere. When, at a leisurely meal, you can safely gnaw on every vertebra. This is usually dinner.
  • This serving is somewhat reminiscent of shrimp, which is also not boiled for quick absorption.
  • Try it. I hope you enjoy these "meat prawns" too.
  • Cooking.
  • Put frozen chicken necks in water for 1-2 hours, keep fresh ones in water for 1 hour too. (Harmful substances will pass into the water.)
  • Rinse, squeeze out excess water. Season with salt (1 tsp), pepper, stir.
  • Cut the onion into quarters, fry on the "Fry" program with the addition of 1-2 tbsp. l. oils.
  • Lay the necks to the bow. Add water, dissolving 1/4 tsp in it. salt.
  • Cook on the "Slow Cooker" program, pressure - 2, time - 30 minutes.
  • Unplug the pressure cooker after the beep. Let the cover unlock on its own.

  • Serve ready-made necks hot or cold with bread or any side dish.
  • When cooked, a delicious sauce is obtained.

  • They can be disposed of in different ways.
  • 1. Just pour over the side dish (potatoes, rice or buckwheat).
  • 2. Thicken the sauce 1-2 tbsp. l. flour and bring to a boil with stirring on the "Warm up" program.
  • 3. Put the necks in a mold, pour the sauce there and, after cooling, refrigerate. For breakfast, you will get necks in jelly. Very tasty with mustard.
  • For this method, increase the amount of water to 200-250 ml (add a little more salt too).

So I mixed half a lemon juice with butter, chicken seasoning, two cups of ginger and paprika. I bathed my necks in this and poured them into a cartoon. Top garlic, two cloves in circles and two more mushrooms in slices. I often marinate the chicken. (Without mushrooms)))
