Girls and boys, can anyone already on our site have this miracle? The price for it is too attractive, for the third day the pens are itching to order.
Let's share your impressions!
tysia
Eh, it looks like I'm here alone ...
Well, okay, I'll be quiet with myself for now (c). In general, I ordered this unknown animal, I have to arrive on Saturday. I will slowly master, you see, and maybe someone else will pull up the thread ...
Vei
The description is very impressive, Polaris pleases more and more!
tysia
That's yes ... There is no current information on it, even at the office. I wrote the site, asked sho for the beast, I'm waiting for an answer for the third day ...
tysia
Eh, well, since I'm still here alone, I will continue to quietly with myself ...
Well, finally, I got my beauty, albeit not without incident. There she is:
Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)

In general, my impression of it is not bad, good plastic, metal inserts, no burrs. The lid is removable, there is a mount for it on the handle:
Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)
And here is the lid itself, top view:
Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)
What pleased us - there is a drip tray:
Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews) (not very visible here - it is on the left)
The heating element is charcoal gray, which also pleased me personally at least these endless spots will not be visible that no one knows where they come from
Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)
The standard saucepan is Polarisovskaya Teflon, of course not ice, but it can be even worse. The steaming insert is also not ice, it looks flimsy, and is barely rough, it might scratch the bottom ... (you see, I'll have to get a silicone mat)
Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)
Well, this is where the pictures are over, I turn to theory. The instruction is meager, contains a general description and the possibilities of the modes, and does not contain a more detailed presentation of which products can be cooked in which mode and for how long. (does not apply to the modes of meat, rice and legumes, here everything is clear anyway). For me personally, the modes "cottage cheese" (I have not seen it in other multicooker) and "slow cooker" are not yet clear.
There is a manual mode that allows you to select a time from 1 to 99 minutes and a pressure from 1 to 3. In general, the pressure can be adjusted in all modes (40-70 kPa), which is also a plus.
Frying and Baking modes are temperature controlled. Frying 130-160 degrees, baking 120-150 degrees, are regulated by the pressure selection button 1-3, respectively, with extreme modes it is clear, but with the middle one you have to guess.
In general, I don’t know what else to add on the technical side, if anyone is interested - ask, as they say - how I can ...
tysia
In my new assistant, I made a cheese soup with mushrooms. First I set the Fry, the time is 10 minutes, level 1. I waited a couple of minutes, poured oil, and put onions and carrots ... and then the first misunderstanding happened ... everything was already fried in full, but the countdown did not go ... added I also went there champignons, I cooked it until cooked, but the countdown never went ... I poured all this disgrace with boiling water, added potatoes, salt, lavrushka with allspice, grated cheese "Friendship", turned on the Soup mode, 15 minutes, pressure 1.
Due to the fact that the water was hot, the pressure accumulated quickly, the valve closed, and hurray! The countdown has started. I must say that the pressure cooker works very quietly, neither whistles nor hums, steam does not come from anywhere, there is no smell from cooking food, in general, he sniffs like a baby in a dream, no more. After 15 minutes, my beauty squeaked three times, and the display showed bb, the pressure began to drop slowly, and there were no loud sounds here either, there was no whistle. After 10 minutes, I released the pressure manually (I really wanted to eat). Here you have to be careful, because you can get burned.
The result is a delicious and aromatic soup.

Now I have set to heat milk, 1.5 liters, Quenching mode, 40 minutes, pressure 2. Milk does not accept attempts to escape, the flight is normal, then I will show what happened.
tysia
So my milk is ready!
Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)
It is something! I didn't even expect this! The color is creamy, the smell is like homemade baked milk, the taste cannot be conveyed at all, you cannot compare with the store! And everything about everything took 1 hour, taking into account the set and release of pressure!
Eh, I wanted to make yogurt out of it, but I feel my men will come right now, and one memory will remain from the milk ... I’ll probably have to go again ...

My slow cooker with pressure can make such a wonderful stew.
Tusya Tasya
Natalia, the countdown starts only after the pressure is set. If the valve or lid is open (for example, when frying), then the time is not counted. Although, you probably already figured it out.
tysia
Tusya Tasya, namesake, thanks! I really figured it out ... this saucepan fries even with the lid open, I just didn't let it warm up, so it balked ... There, when the set temperature is reached, the letter P lights up, and only then you need to lay the ingredients ...
Tusya Tasya
Natasha, but in fact the letter P, in my opinion, means the pressure already gained and the lid is blocked, that is, you can't add anything. For example, we set 10 minutes (rice or whatever), the contents of the pan are heated, the display shows 10, it boils, if the pan and the valve are closed, the hissing stops after a couple of seconds and pressure starts to build up. When the set pressure is reached, the lid is locked, the letter P10 lights up and the time counts down. When finished, the letters bb (heating) light up. Is it wrong with you?
tysia
This is so, but in this model, on baking and frying, the lid is not blocked, the valve is open, and the letter P lights up on any program when the set temperature is reached, and only after that the countdown begins ... that is, it turns out that on frying the appearance of the letter P indicates that the pan is warmed up and you can add food ...
But the most interesting thing is that if you start frying for the second time in a row, then the mule's brains are wedged, and the countdown does not start ...
Tusya Tasya
Wow, how interesting! I have a pressure cooker model 0105, you can fry with an open lid, but the letter P appears only after the pressure is set (of course with a closed lid and valve)
TusySh
Apparently all Natalya fall for her. I've also thrown it into the basket and study it. Thanks: rose: helped a lot for your report. One multicooker (I have a Polaris 512, already 3 years old, quite happy with the company) is not enough for me, I want a pressure cooker. White plastic is embarrassing (my multicooker is black plastic and metal), I was very pleased with the presence of a condensate collector. The lid is removable, but can it be understood? At the multicooker, the metal is unfastened and the valve can be cleaned. And here, how in care? Is there a delayed start?
tysia
Hurrah! Finally, I will not be alone! And come on with you?
Here the lid is completely removable, the inside is metal, you can safely wash it, the valve is also collapsible, it is pulled out and disassembled with a regular Phillips screwdriver ... Delayed start is available on all programs, and the time is adjustable both up and down.
I also have a Polaris 0517, very happy ... and also black ... I call them "bride and groom" ... we need to take a picture together and put it out ...
tysia
Here, my bride and groom:

And what about the exploits to tell ... my girl plows every day, it happens that not once ... in the boy the current of porridge on a postponement for breakfast I cook and make yogurt ...
I tested baked goods the other day:

The recipe is here: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=298762.0
Delivered Baking by default - 30 min. level 2, 5 minutes after the signal I looked in - I got up well, grabbed at the edges, but the top is absolutely damp ... I put it for another 30 minutes. level 1, everything was baked perfectly, not cool, but due to interference the donkey .... But it was very tasty! And what pleased us, no drops of condensation, it all settled on the sides of the lid. Conclusion - baking for 60 minutes. level 1, that's enough ...
I also tried Curd ... I took 1 liter of fresh kefir, 15 minutes, pressure 2 ... garbage came out ... rubbery-dry, sour cottage cheese ...
But otherwise, everything is just super, and fast. Cabbage soup on meat with bone for 30 min. on Soup excellent, rich, meat fell off the bone.
Pilaf: Frying for 30 minutes, level 2 - first fry the meat for about 15 minutes, then onions with carrots, after the signal I salted, added seasonings, covered 2 mst of rice, poured 3 mst. hot water, and on pilaf by default. It turned out super, grain to grain, soft meat ...
what else ... I cooked rice-millet porridge with pumpkin on Kasha, 20 min. pressure 2, milk with water in half. The milk did not make any attempts to escape, the porridge was boiled, I think that even 10 minutes. It would be enough ... that's ... I don't know what else to tell ... But I'm delighted!

Clever hostess, Very beautiful married couple - may their life together be long and fruitful!
That is, it turns out faster in a pressure cooker. In a multicooker, baked (50 + 30min) for a chocolate biscuit ... Is a saucepan, a steam basket from a multicooker suitable for a pressure cooker?
tysia
No, it doesn't fit ... In a pressure cooker, the pan is a little different, its sides are even, and in a multicooker with a bevel ...
Cranberry
What a beauty It’s a pity that I haven’t arrived in Ukraine yet. With my Florochka I would have made friends right away Girls, I’ll ambush you here for a little while, can I? What if we have it soon?
tysia
Elena, you are welcome to our hut!
And here's what I had for dinner yesterday:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=299467.0
My men almost ate their plates!
By the way, I don't remember whether I wrote or not, but the set includes an extremely successful book with recipes ...

: girl_love: Here is my married couple! True, I have an "unequal" marriage, The groom is experienced, but the bride is young and fresh!

I drove the daughter-in-law on a double boiler to clean all parts, and check the work. Studying! Natasha, is the pressure valve released manually or can it be done automatically?

What little book, could you show it?
tysia
Hurrah!!! Natalie, congratulations !!! The pressure is released automatically, you need to wait a little for the current. Manually it is when it is unbearable ...

Quote: Lud-Mil @

What little book, could you show it?
This orange one, with recipes, is included in the kit ... If necessary, I'll take a picture later ...
Lud-Mil @
Is this a new book? In ordinary multicooker Polaris there was such a small book, but the recipes are all normal, and now they 🔗 released. I didn’t pay attention to what pressure cookers they were in.
tysia
No, not that ... I have an old format, only recipes for this particular model ...

My first baking experience was a success, the usual charlotte of 3 eggs: 30 minutes baking, pressure 2, but the pressure valve, as said, is open, then 20 minutes of rest and that's it. The pan has passed the baking test.Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)
Natasha! the question is, if the valve is open, the pressure button is still on, that is, everything is prepared under pressure?
tysia
Natalie, great charlotte! Congratulations on your initiative!
If you mean the letter P on frying and baking, then as I understand it, this means that the bowl is warmed up and the countdown begins.
TusySh
Yes, it's probably embarrassing, when I turn on the baking, the time jumps out for 30 minutes and the pressure on the buttons - 2 lights up
tysia
So this is not pressure, but temperature (120-150 degrees), it can be changed from 1 to 3 ...
Irishka CH
Natasha! Watching your testing from the bushes. I am already "ripening" for the pressure cooker. (What on our forum just do not want !!!) Although somehow I am still afraid of such a unit. BUT very impressed by the price of it. And a bowl with a non-stick coating, not ceramics, as in 0517. I really like Brand according to the girls' reviews, but I don't know how to buy it from us. And the price of this Pauline impressed ...
You change avkas like gloves! Straight lost !!!

(What do you want on our forum !!!)
Oh, Irish, don't tell me! When I told my husband that I now have a "boy" and a "girl", he said that the main thing is that they do not have "children"!
At first I myself was staring at Brand, but then I thought that the main thing for me is to cook faster (especially in the evening, after work), and decided not to overpay and what for me the third device with the function of yogurt for 6 sq. m.?... and so far I have never regretted my choice! And there is nothing to be afraid of her, she is quite a quiet girl, I have a pressure cooker (I cook corn in it), so she whistles like a Boeing, sometimes I get scared myself ...

Well yes. I also have an old pressure cooker (though I haven't cooked anything in it for a long time!) When I started to whistle, I immediately rushed to turn down the heat. Once I had green cabbage soup in the kitchen "hung". These units exploded in people in general. It is clear that progress has long stepped forward and I have read a lot about a bunch of degrees of protection in electric pressure cookers. I say I am ripe for a purchase! I even found where to order in Ivanovo, because it is not in stores. I'll give my son a task, he is studying there, in that online store he bought a laptop for himself ...
I hope nothing sticks to the bowl when baking and frying? Is the coverage good?
tysia
Yes, I am so, behind-the-scenes ... I can make a mess of anything ... And also quick-witted ... I can guess ... (joke)
The saucepan is good, nothing stuck yet.
tysia
Last night I dragged home from the parent meeting at almost 10 pm, angry, hungry and tired ... and I also had to cook something for dinner for myself and my husband. Naturally, there was no strength for delights, therefore I decided to cook barley with my homemade stew.
In general, I rubbed a carrot, put it in a bowl, and a jar of stew in the same place, 2 mst. washed pearl barley (not soaked!) and 4 mst. hot water. Salted and pepper, closed the lid and valve, Rice program, pressure 3, time 30 min. And here's the result:
Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)
(for the quality of Soria's photo, it was late and dark)
As you can see, the pearl barley absorbed all the water and was completely ready.
TusySh
And I am delighted with the quality and speed, today I cooked lamb stew (it is known that he loves time), on the program meat on the bone, pressure 2, after 40 minutes the meat left the ribs - a fairy tale
tysia
Finally! And I think, where did you disappear, is everything all right ... So, sir, I will ask for a photo in the studio!
Now my report ... Rassolnik:
Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)
Recipe: Fry, 30 minutes, level 3: Fry 1 onion and 1 carrot for 15 minutes, add 500 gr. chopped pickled cucumbers, cover the lid and simmer until the end of the program. Then add 4 chopped potatoes, meat and 1 mst. pearl barley washed in hot water, salt a little, and fill with water almost to the upper mark. Set the Soup mode, pressure 3, 30 min. In order to save time, I always fill in hot water. As you can see, the pearl barley is boiled, the potatoes remain intact, the broth is transparent.
tysia
Today for breakfast I cooked porridge for the first time with a delay. I was a little afraid that the faq with the valve would be wrong and would whistle to me until I woke up. But, in vain, I worried, everything went smoothly, like clockwork.
And so, such porridge in my family is called Garbuznya. This is pumpkin porridge with rice and millet.
Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)
Recipe: Rub a small piece of pumpkin (150-200 gr.) On a coarse grater, 1/2 mst. rice, 1/2 mst. millet, 4 mst. milk, 2 mst. water, salt, sugar, a piece of butter. Kasha mode, pressure 2, time 15 min. And it was heated for about an hour.
The porridge turned out to be just wonderful, fluffy, stewed, the milk became creamy, with a taste of baked milk. And no attempts to escape!
Nirinka
Girls!!! Develop doubts On the pictures it looks like white, but it is written that it is beige ... So what color is it?
tysia
White plastic and stainless steel ...

I tried the function of a double boiler in a "healthy diet". There were 2 frozen salmon medallions, I salted 2 multi-glasses of water in a saucepan, a grate for a double boiler and a double boiler (5 minutes, pressure 2), approximately 10 minutes with heating and that's it, the multicooker coped perfectly well, it was fast. The medallions themselves were brought down, judging by the price, they should have been made from real minced salmon, but the cooked ones smelled like sausage, I think there was soy in the composition.2- medallion manufacturer, in the pressure cooker 5+... (I photographed, but since the dish was disappointing, I probably shouldn't post it ...)
TusySh
Natus, here's my report.
Pea soup: smoked ribs 600g + 1 carrot, cut into squares + 3 potatoes, cut into strips + 3 tablespoons of peas (halves) - not soaked, straight from the package + black pepper, red peas, salt, dried herbs. I flooded everything with water, put it on the function soup according to the program (pressure 2, 25 minutes). Disconnected after the signal, disassembled the meat, cut it and into the soup. Fast and delicious! The potatoes and carrots did not fall apart, the meat easily came off the bones, and the peas just dissolved in the soup.

Good afternoon, I ordered such a saucepan, thank you very much girls for sharing the pictures, they can say they made my choice, for a long time I looked at the pan. First I saw her in the store and then let's scour her on the Internet .. and you’re here with her, I hope I’ll make friends, I have one more saucepan, I have land life for the second year already. Polarisovskie brains .. I hope I can figure it out, all the same it will be easier already. White made his choice. Looking at the pictures and spinning the Polaris saucepan and its bowl in the store, it seemed to me that the Land Life bowl should come up to it and the elastic of the lid for mine too .. Well, I’ll check how I get it, I think many will be interested. we have a bowl at Land Life with a bronze coating they sell it for 450 rubles, and Polaris' ceramics for 750 - moreover, the ceramics are of some vague quality to the touch, while Land Life has a bronze bowl and she did not care about the fire and input: it would be great if she came up
tysia
Dani111, wellcome! I am so glad that our ranks are slowly but surely growing! And what is the side of the Lendlife saucepan? Polaris's 0305 is wide and flat, while 0517 has a narrow and beveled ...
Dani111
the side and the pan itself in width, depth and in general the volume of them is exactly very similar to the eye .. now I'm going to pick up my polaris, but I can't try on the pan today, the land life is still working for me in another place, but I have a spare bowl for the land I ordered life and she is on the way, maybe this week I’ll take it back then and try it on .. otherwise my land life I don’t know when it will return .. working at the dacha esoib polaris didn’t come up with such Snow White, I would probably buy a second land life- the more button yogurt is there. I'm used to it - just a workhorse, I hope Snow White won't let me down either.
somehow I felt an older version of Polaris in the store, there was some other bowl, a little. and the saleswoman inserted a ceramic bowl of some kind of universal and it did not fit in this polaris in height - it stuck out above the lid ...
Dani111
in general, here

I did not take the pan in the window and that was defective, inside the chips on the pressure cooker itself, just above the heating element, the paint seemed to be torn off in places a little bit, maybe I’m picky, but then it can rust .. and generally turned it around and was a little upset .. my everything the old one did not stand next to how everything in it was done with high quality, but in this one .. everything is not so ..
inside the pan some screws stick out, one black and two or one light .. girls can take a look or take a picture ..?
The lid is also made of cheap thin metal, fortunately that it is thicker than in a scarlet pressure cooker and the design is better, but in my land life the stainless steel lid is heavy, good and smooth, and in this Snow White it is somehow rough inside. In general, China is China .. I hope the management is not done through it .. I'm waiting for a new delivery, the order has already been made. I would have known better in another city and bought it for 300 rubles even cheaper.
and another bowl of Polaris ceramics for three types - multi pressure cookers of Polaris and Redmond, not included! well, this model and on the very box of the bowl is not present .. the bowl sticks out higher than necessary .. .. I asked for Snow White's cup, until they gave an answer .. is it in nature .. but the girls visually mine it is lower and wider a bit and the land life is not will do. I twisted it in my hand she realized it is lower, in Land Life it is higher .. really how I pulled it out I understood it .. but I will try anyway .. if I get this Snow White ... how quickly you get used to good .. Land Life still I have number one is heaven and earth quality eh ... ..
alexSUNder
Attention! Bowls from multicooker to pressure cooker will not work! The top side of the pressure cooker bowl is flat, and the multicooker has a groove for installing a steam tray (steamer). The sizes of the bowls must completely match, otherwise there will be no tightness of the lid seal joint.
The Polaris pressure cooker bowl can be ordered through an authorized service as an accessory or spare part.
Dani111
Thank you Alexander, I have already read it on another site, you just wrote about it there. I could find it again, this service center and free access with the delivery of pots at not overpriced .. I, for example, live in a tiny town far from big cities, I don’t dream of a guarantee at all .. not to mention spare parts on order .. maybe later they will be more accessible ..

I looked carefully at the pressure cooker .. there are self-tapping screws inside the pressure cooker and I have 2 black metal and 1 light one, I think this is due to the design, the body in the place of their attachment is smoothed, the stainless steel lid, judging by the thickness, is quite a pan version, yes it is unpolished, but for leaving, it's even better. While getting used to my assistant, she doesn't upset me.
Yesterday, hastily borscht: fry onion + garlic on sunflower. butter + chopped carrots + slender. beets, poured with lemon, stewed for a little 5 minutes + potatoes + Bulgarian pepper + tomato + salt + spices - poured everything with water and 15 minced meatballs and soup (25 min.pressure 2)
