Pizza on a thin yeast base with mushrooms and onions, cooked on the "Porridge" setting (Polaris 0305)

Ingredients

For 1 pizza:
For the test:
Flour 160 g
Water 110 ml
Pressed yeast 5 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
For filling:
Champignon 8 pcs.
Bulb onions 1-2 pcs.
Large tomato 1 PC.
Mayonnaise 1.5-2 tbsp. l.
Ketchup 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l. + 1 tsp.
Cheese 80-100 g
French seasoning taste
To grease the pan:
Margarine 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • The dough for this pizza can be made in a bread maker. But, if for some reason this is not possible, then strictly following the recipe, you can cook a good dough with your hands.
  • You can bake this delicious pizza in the "Baking" mode, but I suggest doing it much faster with the "Porridge" program.
  • Cooking.
  • Yeast activation.
  • Mash the pressed yeast with 50 ml of warm water (30-35 degrees)
  • Add sugar and 2 tbsp. l. flour (from the norm). Stir everything until smooth.
  • Pizza on a thin yeast base with mushrooms and onions, cooked on the "Porridge" setting (Polaris 0305)
  • Let the "talker" rise up with the "cap". (This takes about 15 minutes.)

  • Stir the dough first with a spoon, then it is more convenient to do it with your hands.
  • The dough is sticky.

  • Now add vegetable oil to it. Knead well with your hands for 5-7 minutes. (Remember your childhood games with plasticine: knead the dough with your hands, stretch, wrinkle, punch, etc.)
  • You will get a not too tough elastic dough.

  • Place the bowl in the pressure cooker. Turn on "Heating" for exactly 1 minute. (If you hold more, the dough may catch from the bottom!) Then turn off the pressure cooker.
  • Put a silicone mat in a bowl, and a bun of dough on it.

  • Close the cover. Let the dough sit for 30 minutes. (I use a mechanical timer.)
  • (Prepare the filling during this time.)
  • Preparing the filling.
  • Peel the champignons without separating the legs from the caps. Cut into slices.

  • Cut the onion into rings. Fry mushrooms and onions with 1 tbsp. l. oils.
  • Cut the tomato into thin slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Assembling pizza.
  • Remove the bowl of dough from the pressure cooker. Lay out the matched dough and mat.

  • Thoroughly grease the bottom of the bowl with soft margarine, place the dough. Give it the look of a flatbread with small sides.

  • Lubricate the flat cake with 1 tsp. vegetable oil (to prevent the dough from sticking after baking). Then coat with mayonnaise. Lubricate the sides with a small amount of ketchup with a brush. (This will give them a browned appearance after baking.)

  • Lay the onion rings (dividing them among themselves), on them - champignon slices.

  • Place tomato slices on top.

  • Sprinkle with cheese. Try not to sprinkle the sides, as the dough may stick when baking.

  • Baking.
  • Cook on the "Porridge" mode, pressure - 2, time - 20 minutes. Close the valve!
  • After the signal, turn off the appliance, remove the pan from the pressure cooker. Let stand for 5 minutes.

  • Use a thin silicone spatula to run along the perimeter of the pan to avoid sticking. Tilt the saucepan and, using the spatula, remove the pizza to the dish. Let sit for 5-10 minutes and then cut into portions.
  • Bon Appetit.

Shelena, when you bake on Kasha with a closed valve, the SV makes some strange sounds (well ... so as not to be scared in vain ...)?
Can I do without a silk mat? ... I don't have it.
fronya40
Well, Lena, this is a control shot :-) :-) :-) this is just a class so class !!!!!!!
Shelena
Tanyusha, your sense of humor is incomparable to anyone else's !!!
Laughed to tears ... Thank you very much!

Olya, when baking on "Porridge" a variety of unusual sounds can be heard! Prepare mentally.
Well, you wanted to oven FASTER? ! We'll have to endure.

Olya, instead of a silicone mat, the proofer can be done in any suitable silicone mold. You can put in some foil. This is necessary so that the dough is not baked and the bowl does not get dirty.
And bake pizza without a backing! Only grease the pan well.

Shelena, and the brain of the SV will not pereklinit ... vsmysl will not break from baking on porridge?
Shelena
Olya, in other pressure cookers in the absence of specials. of the "Baking" mode, everyone bakes either on "Porridge" or on "Rice". They don't seem to complain.
I've been doing this for 3 months already ...
Decide yourself.

Lenus, baked pizza today :-) dooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Thank you!
Shelena
Tanyusha, I am very glad that everything worked out for you and, judging by the emotions, I liked it! Thanks for testing and feedback!
Marine_chik
Shelena! Tell me please. Can you replace a silicone mat with parchment? Or is it better with foil?
Marine_chik
I tried to make pizza on a thin base, it turned out like on a thick one. But, it was baked amazingly and rose too. I tried to divide the dough (I made two pizzas at once) into three parts. It turned out to be a thin dough, which is baked at least 15 minutes by force. I tried it without vegetable oil, it also worked, without ketchup it also worked, but without the crust.

Marine_chik, a little higher answered Olga to the same question.

Marin_chik, you will get a thin dough if you roll it out very thinly. But, it seemed to me that you liked this result too, didn't you? Taste and bakedness are the most important.
Marine_chik
yes, everything worked out, thanks !!!!
olga4166
Is the pressure gaining or not? What is the point of closing the valve?
Shelena
Olya, since the dough is not liquid, pressure is not accumulated. But! When the valve is closed, it always tends to gain. This leads to the fact that the pizza is baked 2 times faster.
ElenaB
ShelenaThanks for the pizza, Lenochka!
