Thank you very much for your answers! I'm not a newbie either, and I know how to behave with Teflon ...
Pelmenka also told me that our well came to her with an excellent bowl ...
Sindi
Girls, and the Multicooker Polaris PPC 0305AD White is the same pressure cooker, only the colors are slightly different ?? I can only see it in internet stores on sale ..
Muzochka
I ordered a pressure cooker, I'll pick it up tomorrow!)))
But one thing worries - the large volume.
I cook only for myself and almost always - for one meal.
2 bowls of soup, maximum 1 glass of buckwheat, meat - 300-400 grams.

Will this food get lost in a 5 liter bowl?)
What are the minimum volumes there?
Do small portions take less time?
fronya40
Muzochka, do not even bother and do not worry !!!!!!
I also cook for 1-2 servings, except for borscht, I cook it 4 liters, and the large volume of the bowl does not scare me in any way. i.e. 1 portion of porridge in the morning, very convenient :-)

in time everything is prepared in the same way, which is a lot, which is not enough :-)

What if not a secret? Food will not be lost, although they usually write min. volume up to 1/5 mark. I cooked less, there were no problems. In pressure cookers, the time counts down from the moment the pressure builds up: the pressure indicator goes off, the lid is fixed and begins to cook. I have not read anywhere about the amount of products and cooking time in the instructions. The fewer portions, the faster the pressure builds up, and the cooking time depends on the products.
Muzochka
Olyushka, Polaris PPC 0305AD - otherwise why would I write in this thread))

fronya40, Olyushka, thanks) I've read everything, like I understand the mechanism of work, I'd rather practice)))

Yesterday I baked a cake according to this recipe ...

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=96489.0

It turned out delicious and tender ... though not so high and the crust is more ruddy ... Baking, pressure 1, 70 minutes. Yes, I also added vanilla. I'll have to try to bake on Kasha.

Shelena, What can you say about the groove in porridge? Rice has a crust, but Porridge?
Olya, I read the recipe. There's a lot of fat in there. In my opinion, such pastries are not suitable for the "Porridge" mode. I'm afraid it won't bake.
Try again on "Baking", but reduce the time to an hour, and on the bottom of the bed there is a silicone mat, baking paper or foil. Then won't be so tanned from below

Lena, unfortunately, such "miracles" happen. I have the same thing happened with my own pan from Polaris 0105.
.
azaza, I carefully studied the topic of Polaris pressure cookers before choosing 0305. I well remember your problem in the pan. But, judging by the fact that not everyone had SO, I concluded that the batches of devices were different.
Probably, something similar has turned out now: Tusya and Froni have problems, the rest - everything is fine so far. Lottery. Therefore, it is good that you can find a replacement for saucepans, both in Russia and in Ukraine.
Muzochka, I also sometimes cook only for 1-2 servings. No problem! More volume is not less ...

concluded that the batches of instruments were different.

I am still more inclined to believe that the parties of the pots themselves were different. Because the devices were bought practically at the same time in one place, that is, obviously from the same delivery.
But the difference is small. Actually, why am I writing about this. Yes, it really is a lottery. But don't let such stories scare potential pressure cookers. Fortunately, now for almost any pressure cooker you can (and should!) Buy a spare tire both in Ukraine and in Russia. And the Polaris pressure cookers themselves are a miracle! It is a pity that I bought Saturn almost before the appearance of Polaris 0305. And I took it as ... a spare pressure cooker for my wonderful spare pots And the Tekhmagov ones did not fit Saturn, I had to fence a garden and buy another dex one. new Polaris! But who knew. I'm looking at you right now, licking my lips. I wish I could eat the third pressure cooker
Saturn - he is also very good, he disappointed me only with the size and quality of the saucepan. And the rest is quite handsome. But Polaris is better
Lud-Mil @
Azazushechka, why are you thinking of scolding our beloved Saturn? With saucepans, you know yourself, everyone can have problems. For me, it's not so bad, I only have baked goods sticking to it, everything else is fine. And why the size did not please, small or large?
ElenaB
Sindi, rather our pressure cooker, just finished (white-White-white) And by phone in the Internet. store you can also ask around., if useful at our fast. 14 programs.

I decided to treat you to a delicious soup.

Sindi, ran through several links. White is our pressure cooker. : yes: Someone is wise with the names.
Sindi
Lenochka, probably the same, but under it some kind of unflattering reviews, so I myself want to find the same colors as on 1 page of the forum. And they also write that White is a novelty ..

I read the top review:
"As practice has shown, it must be constantly washed. Washing it is long and inconvenient. Once, when trying to clean it normally, something flew off and now hangs inside."

well it's out. maybe the author washes the device itself under the tap, how is this possible at all?

Now about the model. I'm pretty sure. In the photo on the 1st page of the topic and in the photo following the link, I noticed only 1 difference - stickers.
I'm almost sure that the models are the same, the store just labeled it that way.

Also note that on that site the "reviews are taken from Yandex. Market" are added. There is only one model 0305AD on YMarket.

And where am I scolding him? I swear that the saucepan is not the size I was hoping for. And as a pressure cooker he is very good, and even good. But ... I love Polaris! I have my first and most favorite pressure cooker - Polaris 0105. And 0305 is still a super cool machine, with three pressure levels. I wish I could play with her

Naval pasta (pressure cooker Polaris 0305)
Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)

Ingredients
minced turkey 500 gr
pasta 200 gr
rast. odorless oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
onions 1-2 pcs
salt to taste
water 2.5 m. glass

Shelena, I'll try to do it as you advise.
Cindy, what city are you from? As far as I understand, you want to buy through the Internet ... why? I've bought it in Citylink ... it's an electronic discounter .. like an online store ... right in our city. In general, they have a large chain of stores.
Shelena
Olya, Another good option for minced meat horns. (y) Now pasta lovers can go for a walk ...
My version is only slightly faster. There is no liquid left.
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=350282.0

Sindi, I read the reviews on the link. AWESOME.
I will look at the official website about the "novelty". I will write you later.
ElenaB
Sindi, probably a novelty for them, because before that this Internet did not sell. shop., customers are lured! And you can't write to them or call them

Shelena
Lena, Sindi, on the official site there are no new products among pressure cookers (looked carefully).
I remember well, when I chose in September-October, there were also options for a photo WITH A STICKER and WITHOUT A STICKER. They are the same model.
olga4166
Shelena, but I forgot about Buckwheat ... but now we know that you can cook on RICE too ... But a biscuit on Porridge
can I bake? How many minutes and valve position? ... even I was burst into experiments ... and the biscuit is just BAKED
how long and at what pressure
baking?
Cindy, Shelena is right ... this is one model ...
GIRLS, maybe I don't understand why ... read reviews about our Field on YANDEX MARKET ... so many lies ... and their food stinks with plastic ... and they say, in three seconds, the parameters were not set, everything is free! ... and the quality of the device is nowhere worse ... why are they doing it like that? ... I'm in shock! ...
Sindi
Girls, thank you all, I realized that the model is the same, just with a sticker or without a photo.
olga4166, I'm from Ufa, just for some reason the model is not in the M video, Corporation Center, Terminal ru, Eldorado, and so the courier can bring home if you order in an Internet store.

Olya, look at the charlotte recipe. Give the biscuit 5 minutes less time.

Sindi, Is there a "Citylink" in Ufa? I, like Olya, took it there.
Muzochka
Virgo, take your new pressure cooker - I just brought my machine.

Until I learned how to close the lid ... And yes, it's so big ...

Okay, to the point.
She poured cold water, threw in the lemon, closed the lid, put the valve in the closed position, plugged it into the socket and pressed the Soup.
The display is now 25. It's been 5 minutes. Is that how it should be? Will the countdown start when the pressure builds up?
Two lights are on - Soup and Pressure 2.

The countdown has begun, apparently the pressure has accumulated. Exciting))
olga4166
Shelena, there is no Citylink in Ufa ... in which recipe? ... just tell me how you bake ...

Cindy, calmly order in the online store ... I often order in them ... everything is fine ... pah-pah ...

Muzochka, Welcome! I heard pshshsh ... chpok, it means the water has boiled and the pressure is set ... then the sign P will appear and the time will start ... everything is fine with you!
Shelena
Muzochka, now you can congratulate! Let it serve for a long time and without problems !!!
Works fine. There is a lot of water, so it takes a long time to gain pressure.

Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)

This dish is interesting primarily because I use minced meat, without defrosting... I have been practicing this method for a long time. Very comfortably.
I have already prepared a series of dishes with such "fast meat" especially for Polaris. I suggest the easiest.
Very simple and delicious!

Olya, but do not pay attention to these reviews, you yourself know for sure that this is not true, and all the girls in this topic too, you just need to read everything that is written here. And these scoldings are usually either custom-made, from competitors, or just a beginner, without understanding it properly, wrote. Maybe there are a couple of truthful ones, well, any brand has an inevitable percentage of defects.
Muzochka
I am reporting.
I fried chicken and onions with carrots for about 5 minutes. Then I put potatoes and a quarter of an apple, salt, spices, water.
And 10 minutes at a pressure of 3.
Everything is soft. It is surprising that the potatoes are whole slices, but absolutely soft, that is, they did not turn into mashed potatoes.

Just ate) Satisfied)))

And tomorrow I will test the regimes. Today I was so hungry that I decided to quickly bungle something.
olga4166
Shelena,... I didn't notice the simplicity of the recipe, because I do it myself ... so I took it for granted. And before, the whites were separated from the yolks ... they were whipped separately, and if you consider that there weren't many electric mixers then ... in short, it was fun. I baked it for 65-70 minutes ... during this time the biscuit had time to stick tightly to the sponge cake .... I say, I'm a bastard! And when I read your recipe (before), I didn't even pay attention to the time ... but what did you think that my brain exploded?

Mila, I agree with you completely. Those who are really a sign from Fields will not carry such nonsense!

Muzochka, keep us informed about your experiments and tests!
Shelena
Olya, that is, do you find the recipe difficult?
And do you do everything exactly in such proportions, in this sequence? Lubricate with margarine, etc.? AND DOESN'T WORK ???
Not only does it not stick tightly with me, it doesn’t even bother me at all. We talked about this here in the topic with Karina.
In baking, I think, even an extra 1 tbsp. l. torment, sometimes, it is fatal ...
And the fact that you often slip past useful information, I noticed a long time ago.

The recipe is simple ... I'm just spoiled by simplicity ... I didn't understand what it is.? It doesn’t seem to be the least bit ... you bet ... just try to bake for 70 minutes, like me ... you can't pull it off! I skip ... yes, I am so arranged ... I only notice the information that interests at the moment ... I agree!
Shelena
Olya, I now have 3-4 recipes to be finalized, which need to be baked for 70-80 minutes. Doesn't bother!
It all depends on WHAT you lubricate and HOW you lubricate, and not on the duration of baking.

In which case is it better to use temperature 1 for baking, and in which 2?
Do you have such an experience? For example, is a charlotte 2 better and a casserole 1 better? I am an example, so that the question is clear)
Muzochka
I tried the oven)

At first I wanted a biscuit, but there were no eggs, so I decided to cook from what I had and found a recipe.
Site cuts link, unable to insert. Try typing in English.
edimdoma_point_ru / retsepty / 53281-postnaya-kovrizhka-s-mindalem-izyumom-i-chernoslivom

I did half of the portion for trial, without nuts, without raisins, instead of apricot jam - raspberry jam.
Lubricated the bowl with margarine and sprinkled with semolina.
Baked for 30 + 15 minutes on Baking with pressure 1.
Why 30 + 15 and why the temperature is 1 - very little dough turned out, less than 1/5, I was afraid that it would burn. Therefore, after 30 minutes. checked the situation and set it for another 15 minutes.

It turned out as in the photo, only below. So porous, I liked it.

Girls - I really need help, a work colleague can't choose, and I'm not quite aware of all the advantages of inexpensive pressure cookers.

Polaris 305 - what's so cool about it that other pressure cookers in the same price range don't have?
What are his disadvantages?
What in Ukraine can you buy for the same money cooler than this Polaris model?
