Elena, with the purchase of a miracle. Read the entire topic and there will be practically no questions.
Shelena
Elena, congratulations on a great purchase!
Where to begin.
Rinse the pan with any liquid detergent. Take 1/2 - 2/3 pot of water, put a couple of lemon slices. Close the lid, set the valve to the "Pressure" position and press the "Soup" button. All! Then wait for the signal. (This amount of water boils for a long time: 20-25 minutes!)
After the signal, turn off the "Heating" (symbols bb) with the "Cancel" button. After 15-20 minutes, the cover is unlocked. Pour the water and cook any dish.
The recipes are here:

Good luck!

Thank you all for the warm welcome.
So, hands have not yet reached the cabbage, but they have already been tried:
- rice, buckwheat,
- pilaf with chicken fillet,
- baked potatoes are just a hit in our family,
- banitsa in pita bread with cottage cheese,
- omelet,
- soup.
This is from the pleasant and what really turned out to be very tasty.
But the trouble with baking is that it does not rise and it turns out to be quite rubbery, even at a pressure of 1.
What am I doing wrong? Today I'm planning some kind of kefir pie ...
Shelena
Marina! How many dishes have already been prepared!

Try taking recipes from a BRAND pressure cooker or multicooker - usually they are obtained in Polaris.
Probably, you are violating something in the cooking technology. So I would start with tried and true recipes.

Is it possible to prepare yoghurt with the "curd" program?
Tatyana, no. Tysia-Natasha has already tested this program. Here are her words: "
... I also tried Cottage cheese ... I took 1 liter of fresh kefir, 15 minutes, pressure 2 ... garbage came out ... rubber-dry, sour cottage cheese .... "
And here about yogurt:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=136&topic=295673.0
Yogurt is made in this pressure cooker by placing the jars with the workpiece in warm water and closing the lid. The device acts as a thermos.

Girls, I'm in trouble, I'm making pilaf, everything is as usual, I fill it in, the rice-pilaf program, 12 minutes, the pressure cooker is gaining pressure, the steam valve clicks, the lid is blocked, but at the same time everything hisses and steam starts to go out from under the lid, the valve is standing on pressure, I blew it three times, put it again, the liquid from the pilaf has already evaporated. The program report is not included, What could it be? gum problem? I washed the lid before cooking.
Shelena
Lenain my opinion this is a problem with the rubber band. Either it was inserted badly, or it was slightly stretched. I would flush the valve, boil the gum.

Well, maybe the fact that I put it wet, and boiling it can reduce it? how do you flush the valves?
Shelena
Yes, boiling will make it a little denser. Will not hang out. You yourself will feel it later.
I take out the valve very rarely, rinse it under the tap.
Bukaha
remove the pressure valve? and there nothing can be broken? is it removable? otherwise at the mench somehow the semolina went through the valve, I was afraid to touch it, I drank from above as best I could
Shelena
Lena, the pressure valve is removable! Checked.
She was also very afraid to touch him, but after reading that the girls in Brand were being taken out, she dared. You need to put in the "Open" position and pull harder on yourself. Take out, rinse and insert into place.
And my safety valve is like this: I put it under a stream of water (water flows from above into the valve hole), and from below, on the back of the lid, I push it up with my finger. All!

Judging by the fact that Dani (and she was the first one advised to use this mode) had only one pressure in SV LL - high, then in Polaris it was necessary to set the pressure to 3. But I just don't know what kind of low it will get.
Lenarnicole
Shelena, Thank you so much.

8 minutes - on the RIS program - pressure 3 (I'll try).
I think I will not be disappointed.

Choosing this model, I was guided by reviews on the Yandex Market. There were doubts, of course, but I still opted for this model. When my purchase was brought to me, I decided to look at the reviews on the cooking forums before turning on to decide where to start.
After reading the first pages, I was delighted.
My aunt inspired me to buy, she has Land Life. Of course, I didn't even memorize the company then, because it always buys expensive equipment. And while reading the reviews I saw a photo of Land Life and remembered that I saw one at my aunt's - I was glad that my 0305 was no worse, even the cups and rings fit.
Now I will try it and I will also recommend it to everyone - definitely.
Shelena
Lenarnicole, try it, share your impressions.
When you read the whole Temka, you will understand that Polaris is even better than LL.
When reading, I highly recommend making notes in specials. a notebook, because a lot of tips, recipes and other useful information are hidden inside.

I also came to this conclusion and am already making notes. Very comfortably.
And about my first experience, I can report positively. I decided to try baking Charlotte with apples on RICE mode. Only a little I did not understand with the pressure valve. And it turned out that she turned on the mode, chose the pressure, but did not close the valve. I thought that he had to turn tightly to the stop ... The strength was immeasurable, and that's what I turned over. And when I realized what was the matter, Charlotte got up and, so as not to spoil the whole thing, I canceled the mode and put it on BAKERY at level 3. Nothing, everything worked out, it turned out very tasty - I didn't have time to notice how they ate it. Everything has risen, baked. But tomorrow I'll try again on the RIS mode.

Good day to everyone, after a long search where you can buy a saucepan no more expensive than a new pressure cooker (I live in a small town and it will be expensive to send by mail) I picked it up from what I had in stock. Bowls from Brand 6051, REDMOND 4503 came up (multicooker, but everything works). When using these pans, there are no failures in the programs, and you can buy them and an O-ring (suitable for a unit) in Yulmart. I would be glad if anyone comes in handy.
Shelena
Elena, thanks for the helpful information! Spare pots are one of the hot topics in this thread.
But bowls from Brand 6051 are strongly scolded because of the honeycomb bottom. Do you like it?

Lena-Bukaha, How does the pressure cooker work now? Did boiling the gum help?
melohka
As for the bowls from Brand 6051, it seems to me that they are all the same, I don't see any differences. This pressure cooker itself is much more problematic than its saucepan.
Lenarnicole
Hello everyone.
Shelena, thank you very much.

Yes, bowls are a hot topic. While I was looking, I found out that the Land-Life 5l. bowls are sold in 4 different types:
1.ceramic,
2. made of stainless steel,
3.Teflon with marble coating,
4. bronze-ceramic, also with marble dusting.

It seems so if I am not confusing anything.
With the first, everything is clear, but 3 and 4? As I understand it, they are different, even the price is clear. 4 is the most expensive.

Can anyone tell us about bowls. Is it worth buying bronze ceramic, is it so good?
And in general, which of all 4 is better to use.
Shelena
Lenarnicole, I have a "bronze" one, Elena B and, it seems, olga4166. (In the photo on today's link, the appearance of the saucepan is visible.). I haven't used mine yet. And Elena is cooking. In the LL thread on the Mult.-ka website, they complain about the sticking of the saucepan after a period of use.
The best, in my opinion, is made of stainless steel. Eternal. I like.
The Teflon pan is the same as ours.
By the way, my "native" saucepan will be six months old the other day! Alive. Healthy. Cooking as in the early days. Doesn't stick with proper care. So it is not as bad as it seemed when buying.
Lyulyasha
Good evening everyone! I got a multicooker back in February, I found your feedback ... Thank you very much !!! A lot of useful information !!!!! Today I received spare "parts" from Land Life (a stainless steel pot and a ring, until I tried it). Today I found on the sites of online stores Yulmart and Enter for our multi saucepan PIP 0501 with a non-stick coating. On Enter (price 750 rubles) it is indicated that fits, on Yulmart (price with a discount 590 rubles) - there is no such information. Now I think: do I need one more ...

I decided to make for myself a brochure of recipes from the forum, because there is not always time to look for them on the forum.
At first I just wanted to rewrite, but it turned out that I was too lazy. Then I wrote out the title and pages, but that did not suit me either (this is how mysterious I am)
And I thought it would be easier to print them. And now everything is ready.
I decided to expose a part. Perhaps someone will find it useful. If it turns out to be in demand, then tomorrow (or rather today) is ready to lay out the rest of the dishes. I ask you not to judge strictly or be offended if someone's recipe is "lost" - there are more than 1600 messages.

cheese soup with mushrooms. First I set the Fry, the time is 10 minutes, level 1. I waited a couple of minutes, poured oil, and put onions and carrots ... and then the first misunderstanding happened ... everything was already fried in full, but the countdown did not go ... added I also fried champignons there, cooked until ready, but the countdown did not go ... I poured all this disgrace with boiling water, added potatoes, salt, lavrushka with allspice, grated cheese "Friendship", turned on the Soup mode, 15 minutes , pressure 1.
Due to the fact that the water was hot, the pressure accumulated quickly, the valve closed, and hurray! The countdown has started. I must say that the pressure cooker works very quietly, neither whistles nor hums, steam does not come from anywhere, there is no smell from cooking food, in general, he sniffs like a baby in a dream, no more. After 15 minutes, my beauty squeaked three times, and the display showed bb, the pressure began to drop slowly, and there were no loud noises here either, there was no whistle. After 10 minutes, I released the pressure manually (I really wanted to eat). Here you have to be careful, because you can get burned.
The result is a delicious and aromatic soup.

Rassolnik: Recipe: Fry, 30 minutes, level 3: Fry 1 onion and 1 carrot for 15 minutes, add 500 gr. chopped pickled cucumbers, cover the lid, and simmer until the end of the program. Then add 4 chopped potatoes, meat and 1 mst. pearl barley washed in hot water, salt a little, and fill with water almost to the upper mark. Set the Soup mode, pressure 3, 30 min. In order to save time, I always fill in hot water. As you can see, the barley is boiled, the potatoes remain intact, the broth is transparent.

Pea soup: smoked ribs 600g + 1 carrot, cut into squares + 3 potatoes, cut into strips + 3 tablespoons of peas (halves) - not soaked, straight from the package + black pepper, red peas, salt, dried herbs. I poured everything over with water, put the soup on the function according to the program (pressure 2, 25 minutes). Disconnected after the signal, disassembled the meat, cut it and into the soup. Fast and delicious! The potatoes and carrots did not fall apart, the meat easily came off the bones, and the peas just dissolved in the soup.

cook Borscht in a pressure cooker - like this - on the stove I put onion, carrots and beets on frying-sautéing. I cut onions and beets into thin strips, first on a shredder, and then along the strip. in a bowl, boiled beans (or broth), sautéed, potato strips, tomato. juice, half a liter, cabbage, bell pepper, salt, art. l sugar, fill it with water, close it for 20 minutes. I pour it into a saucepan, a clove of garlic and herbs, brought it to a boil, that's it, the borsch is ready. the color is red, not burgundy.

Girls, about borscht... At the end of cooking, for color, I always add a small beetroot, raw, grated on a fine grater, and let it brew for about 10 minutes. The color is very rich, burgundy. I have been doing this for a long time, and when I cooked on the stove, and in a cartoon, now in a pressure cooker ...

and I cooked yesterday cabbage evening is something! I fed the cabbage, and it quickly became peroxidized. last night I came home from work, and I have broth from homemade chicken, I put it in a pressure cooker, a table. a spoonful of millet, one potato in small cubes, frying onions and carrots, dried mushrooms, washed cabbage. and for 20 minutes for soup. at the end I rubbed a small clove of garlic. I didn't even expect how delicious it turned out!

Page 18 Cranberry Reply # 358
I also have today cabbage, however, with fresh cabbage. There was a broth on a marrow, I made a frying right in the cartoon - onion, morkoffka, tomato juice, a spoonful of sour cream. I put washed millet, cabbage grated on a coarse grater, two whole potatoes. My mother-in-law taught me the following proportions: for cabbage (in two palms) - a tablespoon of millet. Poured boiling water, threw in lavrushka, salt, a little spices - and on the soup, pressure 3, 15 minutes. The steam went down - I caught the potatoes, mash them with a crush, and back into the soup. She pulled out Lavrushka. Unusual taste This was not possible on the stove.

Page 19 Cranberry Reply # 366
I can share "my mother-in-law's signature recipe. It is slightly confusing, but it's worth a try, I have never eaten such delicious cabbage soup anywhere! When I have time, I cook my mother-in-law, when I have no time to play, I cook the classic one, which I described on the last page.
So, the recipe for cabbage soup "in Moskalensky", for 3 liter pots. Boil a strong broth on marrow or homemade chicken. Squeeze sauerkraut, chop finely, mix with fresh, grated on a coarse grater, in equal proportions, to make about three grains (in two palms with a boat). Pour with broth and cook for about 15 minutes. During this time, grate a couple of potatoes, as if on potato pancakes, mix with 3 tbsp, ground on a coffee grinder. l. millet. Add this mixture, tablespoon at a time, to a saucepan to avoid lumps. Stir well! Make a fry of finely chopped onions, finely grated carrots, tomato paste or juice, sour cream. Add frying, lavrushka and spices to the saucepan five minutes before the cabbage is ready, salt, turn off, remove the lavrushka. Serve with sour cream and garlic donuts. Yummy

I decided to cook on the Extinguishing mode - it turned out to be a funky rich borscht.
Borscht (or cabbage soup, whoever calls him)
I turn on the frying mode, pressure 3
While peeling the onions and carrots the cartoon is warming up
I fry the onion with phlegm + 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
Shinny cabbage and fry there.
I cut the potatoes. by this time the frying mode is turned off.
I put potatoes, I fill it with water, it can be hot to speed up. Salt and spices (if necessary, I am without them)
On top is a piece of frozen chicken.
I set the Extinguishing mode, pressure 2, time 30 min.
If beef - 50min.
After opening, add fresh garlic, bay leaf and herbs
it turns out very tasty and rich.

In the summer I discovered this canned fish recipe (How many different similar ones have been tried ... Not that!):
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=65027.0
I liked it very much and just to eat, and as a basis for fish salads, filling for pies! I did it in a multicooker for 4 - 4.5 hours.
Yesterday, finally, I fulfilled my dream and cooked it in a pressure cooker.
Slow cooker mode, pressure - 1, time - 60 minutes.
The pieces are neat, do not fall apart, and the bones are soft. Would highly recommend to all fish lovers!
«Braised herring in oil (Multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

Author Elenka
Ingredients
Fresh frozen herring 1 kg
Onion 1 pc.
Salt (fine without a slide) 1.5 tsp.
Citric acid 0.5 tsp
3/4 tbsp water
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Spice for fish: (I have Avocado), bay leaf, black peppercorns to taste.

Cooking method
Cut the fish into pieces, remove the head, and then remove the insides from the pieces so that they remain intact. You don't need to take off the skin.
Cut the onion into circles and disassemble into rings.
Sprinkle the fish with spice (about 1 tsp) and stir in a bowl.
Dissolve citric acid and salt in 3/4 cup of water.
At the bottom of the multicooker, put a little onion, a layer of fish, peppercorns, bay leaf, then onion again. fish, pepper, lavrushka. Pour water with salt and lemon on top, oil. Put on EXTINGUISH for 7 hours. In principle, the fish is ready in 4 hours, the bones are not yet soft, but they separate perfectly. After 7 hours of stewing, the bones became soft.
Transfer the fish to a separate bowl and cool (I left the oil in the multicooker saucepan so that it was not so greasy, a lot of fish oil is still melted).
Tastes like good canned food in oil such as sardine.
P.S. The acid is needed to keep the pieces hard. You can cook any fish (mackerel, pink salmon), and you can also cook it in your own juice. The ingredients are the same, but without the oil.»

Lilita, Natasha has already answered you. I practically cook as well.
You must first cook a delicious broth on the "Soup" (time 30-40 minutes). It is advisable to add something that will add stickiness to the broth: scales, righteous, heads. And flavoring additives - bay leaves, peppers, carrots, onions. Strain the finished broth and add gelatin. For example, aspic from catfish freezes without any gelling additives. Carp and pike perch need gelatin.

Lesska, depends on the weight of the fish and whether it is whole or in pieces.
- If carp cut into pieces, then you can roll in flour, seasoning, fry a little on 2 sides, then splash water (sour cream, wine, etc.) 3-4 spoons (to set pressure) and set Manual mode: 4-5 minutes at pressure - 2.
- If the fish is whole, then you can do almost the same: fry and finish cooking on the Manual for 10-12 minutes.
- Or put the fish with spices / additives in foil, close with an envelope, put in a bowl, pour 3-4 tbsp. l. water. Cook on Manual for 8 minutes.
- You can simply fry on the "Fry" with the lid closed.
Potatoes, cut into large pieces, salted and sprinkled with seasoning, can be placed next to the fish (in all variants). Or you can push aromatic herbs into the belly of the carp or stuff it with buckwheat porridge with onions.
There are many options.
To be honest, Lesska never cooked carp in a multicooker or a pressure cooker. All of the above is pure speculation.
I love carp very much, but I bake it in the airfryer. It's easier and tastier for me.

Cooked fish carp with vegetables. I cut everything, salted, pepper and stew for 30 minutes. Diet dish. And also a bit of sunflower oil.

Girls, did not understand, lay out the rest of the recipes? Don't want to litter the topic. Maybe you can somehow upload one or more files for download?

I got a stainless steel bowl. Started testing on a double boiler. Steam comes out from under the lid. Doesn't it fit? Or can you do something?

Natalia, try boiling the gum. (For 10 minutes in a pan or saucepan of a suitable diameter, cool in water). Paste it straight and try turning on the Soup program. If steam comes out again, the pan will not work. Tanya-Froni had this with one of the stainless steel pans.
Mine from LL works properly until the gum looses. Boil, everything is fine again.
Literally 1 mm difference in the height of the pots gives the same effect as yours.

Natalia Slavutchanka, I have the same saucepan as yours (I also took it from Polina), everything works fine. But my steam from under the lid poured down with a "native" saucepan, exactly on the day when I took the stainless steel. Thanks Elena Shelena I was not even scared, but immediately boiled the gum. So everything went well with the stainless steel. The saucepan is really very demanding on the elasticity and cleanliness of the valves.

Valya, she is not demanding, just sometimes wants increased attention to himself. True Fields, not Paul.
As soon as I relax: I stop following the elastic band, the bezel, the lid and only mercilessly exploit the poor thing, I immediately get a response.
This means that we must not forget about the rules for caring for an assistant. Then it's okay.
