Yes, in St. Petersburg. I didn't clean it with a knitting needle, but I clean it constantly with steam. Ospidyaaaaa, why can't you buy 100% long-playing product even for big money? So she really, really shouldn't be stealing steam without warning? Or maybe a slight soaring, but the bulk only with the arrival of the train?)))
Well, you can't count on 100%, the valve of course 1054 has a weak place and the cover of the saucepan, so we only use silicone.
There is a slight undercutting of steam, but not strong, and until a certain time, there is such a click there ... the valve closes. Stronger splash after warning. And you try to do steam cleaning and then we will already think what to do. When cooking porridge, because there is no free liquid left, maybe that's why your train does not come so loudly.
Let's still see how the cuckoo will behave during the Steam Cleaning
goldenmedium
After cooking the porridge, all the elements were stained both inside and outside (the valve) I cleaned everywhere I could get into. Strange, there was little liquid initially. Cooked on a dolgarka for 30 minutes, level 3. When cleaning with steam, all sound effects were present, but from the beginning of boiling, until the first discharge of steam, it was very active. Probably need to drag the bird to the vet (((((

I cook porridge like this https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=90590.0 and everything inside is clean

goldenmedium So it just poses from under the rubber band? Or is steam coming out of the main valve?

Or maybe the gum is really not exactly worth it?

Cooked on a dolgarka 30min 3 level
Therefore, the entire lid is stained, at level 3 the temperature reaches 95-105 * and there is an active boiling, I cook porridge in a multi-cooker and set the temperature to no higher than 90 *. Please note that the active release of steam occurs only at high temperatures (train arrival) from 100-105 * and higher, at lower temperatures the steam is released almost inaudibly. At high temperatures, until the desired temperature is reached, there is also an active undercutting (hissing), then a click and quiet operation until a warning about steam discharge. The service advised me not to cook above 105 * (such as destroying useful elements), so I cook soups for 100 *, vegetables too, and meat for 105 * with a longer time or on stewed meat. Good luck in learning

I also try not to cook above 105 C, I hope that this way we get more usefulness from products.

Many thanks to all !!!!!!

And I still love at 120, but less time.
I don’t like the long cooker in the cuckoo, I’m not friends with it, it’s easier for me to make it in an ordinary ceramic slow cooker, and it’s tastier there.
I don't cook porridge above 95. I prefer the meat on the Stew or in the sleeve on the Oven.
Baking in 1054 ceased to burn even at 1 level.
Any roast in the Oven, with constant stirring, is wonderful.

Tell me. Where, in St. Petersburg, you can buy a spare pot for 1054?

Well. As I said. When cooking porridge in the long-cooker mode, the saucepan blew off steam without any warning. She said about the preparation of the dish and gagged. Who was it?
When I cook porridge or use a multi-cooker, the steam picks up during cooking. Then ,, Train ,, and ,, the dish is cooked ,,
I think there may not be an active bleeding on the Dolvarke. They cook there without pressure.

Waving !!!! There are saucepans in St. Petersburg .... see the Trading House section in the Cuckoo topic.
Girls!!!!!!!!!!! Do not cook at 120 '!!!!!!!!!!! If there is liquid - no !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not spoil your own technique, because we do not iron tulle at a temperature for cotton

I cook meat only at 115-120, there is no liquid, so there is nothing to splash out.
Stew program at 110 degrees.
Steam cleaning, I also do not think that there is below 115-120, which means that the manufacturer has set up the possibility of cooking at 120 degrees, and the temperature is indicated, therefore the equipment should not deteriorate.
Here we can already talk about the usefulness and non-usefulness when cooking at certain temperatures.
ikko4ka
Tanyulya, you reassured me. I also cook meat and stews without water on high.
Rimma71
I was upset, of course, that I had to disassemble the cover to clean the valve, but my husband told me: "How to clean, we know, you can buy a second one." I went to Kiev and bought another one !!!! Now I have two Cookies 1054 !!!

Rimma, Congratulations! Two 1054 cookies are cool!

Maybe some answers will appear there.

Girls, I ask for advice. Today I cooked broth. And for some reason steam was released intensively during cooking. When the display showed the cooking time, the steam went down, but still quite strong. And when she said the release of steam begins, steam did not come out at all. Usually it was the other way around. What's the matter?

Most likely the valve needs to be cleaned.
Was steam coming out of the valve or where does the lid close?
kirch
Out of the valve

At what temperature was the broth cooked?
Well, I would do steam cleaning away from sin and walked with a knitting needle in this very valve, otherwise it often clogs up.
kirch
I cooked at 110 degrees. I don't bet anymore now. I have a crack on the lid. Cleaning with steam and knitting needles is a must. By the way, the broth turned out to be unclear. Tanya, thank you for answering.

I remember about the crack. I don’t like 110 broth, it is often cloudy, I don’t like to cook broth in Chicken broth either.
kirch
Now I did steam cleaning. All the same. In the process, steam hissed and escaped all the time. Both times, when I talked about steam coming out - there was no way out, as expected. And what to do? I'm afraid

Sadly, it looks like a valve. As far as I remember, the service is far away ... I'll have to clean it up myself.
Did you use a knitting needle? Although...
kirch
I cleaned it with a knitting needle, everything is fine there. But the steam comes out through the valve, although not when it should be

This is what confuses me! But when cleaning with steam, there should be a double output of steam, and so good.
Don't you have a steam generator? I often use a steam generator to "blow through" all the cracks in the lid.
Is there a click of the valve during operation? After clicking, the valve should "stand up" and, as it were, attract, and not "dance". He "dances" at the beginning, then click and the valve stood up.
Maybe it makes sense to contact the representatives already, she is under your guarantee, let them solve the problem.
You can here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=164206.0 or call Multicook directly.
kirch
Tanya, are you cleaning with a steam generator at full capacity? Won't spoil anything? After all, there are some wires and boards in the cover. Do you clean the lid from all sides? Both inside and outside? Something is scary to me

From the inside of the lid, I put a hole on the hole with a stream of the steam generator and blow it off for a short time. I've been washing the cuckoo for two years now, about once every 2-3 weeks. It seems so far nothing.
@ irina @
Girls, I'm with a question! Yesterday I noticed that steam comes out from the side from under the handles, drips down and puddles form on the table. I have been using a cuckoo for a year now (1054), before I somehow did not notice this. Is this happening to you? Maybe I just didn't pay attention to it? What does that mean?
Pilgrim73
@ irina @
, I had it when two protrusions with three holes got clogged on the inside of the lid (apparently these are holes for soft steam outlet). I cleaned them gently of grease with a toothpick and steam cleaned them. At the same time, you can also clean the valve with a knitting needle, which is attached to the bottom of the Cuckoo. Good luck
@ irina @
Pilgrim73, thanks for the advice! Now it will cool down and go clean!

I think you have displaced the sealing gum in the lid.
@ irina @
I cleaned everything I could. I put it on the "steam cleaning" mode, steam still comes from under the lid.

Insert the elastic into the grooves well.
@ irina @
Now the steam cleaning is over, I'll see the gum. Thank you!

P.S. Problem solved! Everything turned out to be in a loose elastic band, which I did not pay attention to. Correct in place, works with the usual sounds of steam release. Thank you very much!!! And then I was already upset that my darling broke.
zvezda
If steam comes from the sides, then there can be only one reason - an elastic band !!! Or it is not installed correctly, small particles can get in, then you need to remove and rinse the rubber band well !!!
I am glad that everything was well and quickly decided
I have it the longest and I already seem to know it by heart ... the main thing is not to worry: drinks: she is smart

Girls, good evening.
Sorry if my question is not very relevant or correct. Your mouth-watering stories also seduced me into a pressure cooker. (I have a cartoon Panasik). But now the torment of choice. Cuckoo or Brand? It's just that I can buy a Cuckoo even now, Brand for me if there is an opportunity from Moscow to bring it but later. The price does not play a special role, and in my opinion it is roughly the same, judging by the information I read. I know (tracking Temki on pressure cookers) that we have happy owners of both devices. ... Please share your opinion. If this is not correct on my part, then at least in a personal. Thank you.
Tanyulya
I have both Brand and Cuckoos (now I am also waiting for Oursson) As cooked dishes from cuckoo or Brand, there is no difference, I like fish and pastries more in Brand, milk porridge is better than Brand. The cuckoo has a more sturdy design, and, of course, a voice guide. The meat is there, what is there it turns out perfectly. in Kukushka there is a good stew mode, in a package on the Oven it is very convenient to make meat and fish and I cook broth in a cuckoo.
Of the cuckoos, I like 1010 more, there are no problems with the valve and the pan is better, and for me personally, it is less aggressive than 1054.

Good day to all! Tell me, a week ago I soaped up, rubbed my darling and did not use it for several days. And when I started to cook in it, at the end of cooking on the multi-cook program, she did not let off steam, she had to manually release it herself. The next time I let off steam, generally after the end of the cooking cycle. I decided to run the "steam cleaning" program a couple of times, as a result, with the remaining 8 minutes, my cuckoo commented about "steam is starting," he came out, but with the remaining 4 minutes, this procedure was repeated, but the pair came out quite a bit. And so every time during this program. What's going on with my assistant? Help with advice !!! I clearly overdid it

help, dear ones. during cooking, for example, in stew mode, steam comes on, a little, but it does. it is written that under pressure, and the steam comes out and the smell of food .... is that correct? something seems to me before the steam and the smell did not come out so immediately, or maybe I did not pay attention. and now I have read all sorts of passions about the problems with the valves, so I start to be afraid.

Well, don't panic right away. Steam should go a little, the smell of food is the same. Does the product not burn during cooking? How does the cuckoo behave on the Multipovar? Well, if problems with the valve arise, then in Multikuk, we are unlikely to help you. This should be done by specialists, since the pan cooks under pressure and safety comes first.
Tat_yanka
Thanks for the quick response. Most likely, I panicked .... After cooking, the cuckoo lowered the steam thoroughly, so I will assume for now that everything is fine with us. It's just that everyone has so many problems, even despite a fairly decent price.

Do Steam Cleaning often and hopefully everything will be fine

: girl_cleanglasses: OI would not say that there are just so many ....... a maximum of 10 people in all of Russia and Ukraine. You just need not to cook with liquid at 120 and clean more often and generally take care of the CF !!!! After all, we wash the pots after cooking ???
