After the announcement "Steam release starts", the usual hiss did not occur. I had to manually deflect the valve.

The valve is flushed and cleaned. The gum is washed and cleaned, steam cleaned. With "steam cleaning" everything works, but with a multi-cook it does not.
Very disappointing, the cuckoo is 1.5 years old.
On the multicooker, I saw a similar question, but it remained unanswered. What to do?
bread crust
Rimma 71 , but you looked well, maybe the pressure was turned off on the multi-cook?
If the "steam cleaning" went well, I don't think the Cuckoo is broken. Try again the program with a different load (with a large amount of liquid and when there is little liquid). See how the valve will behave. And most importantly, take a closer look at the pressure of the program?
Rimma71
Bread crust, thank you very much for your reply! Yes, the program is under pressure, right after cleaning the valves and gum, I again put on steam cleaning, then again a multi-cook, everything worked. While I left the cuckoo alone, I did not cook anything. I'll check it again this weekend.

I don't know where to write ... but cuckoos appeared in Kiev, at a good price ...

Rimma 71, forgive me that I saw the question late, you are from Moscow, call Multicuk. They will definitely help you with this problem (Komsomolskaya square, office 521a, Moskovsky department store).
Rimma71
Thank you, Tanya, I haven’t turned it on after the general cleaning, but if the problem persists, I will definitely call there.
Aunt Besya
That my cuckoo started to junk, I watch and watch and I just can't understand what's wrong with her. I began not to relieve pressure. Announces "steam release begins" and silence ... Specifically set for "steam cleaning" - everything is OK, everything resets. And on a multi-cooker, no .. So that it could be?
Cook

Lenochka, I have the same problem. I was very surprised when after the phrase "steam release begins," nothing followed.
tatjanka
Girls and I have this too, but I hope it's okay. Probably there is just not enough liquid inside the saucepan, therefore it does not release steam.
Tanyulya
Girls, it may be that the steam release valve is faulty, it would be necessary to visit the service center.
kirch
I already wrote that I also had this. The cabbage was not cooked in 10 minutes. Immediately set another 15 minutes. Everything was ready and steam was coming out. Therefore, I did not pay attention to it. There was enough liquid

Service centers are far away

About steam release. Please note: when closing, is the valve positioned correctly (it should stand clearly vertically with pip up). It has a tendency to tilt slightly on its side (when you open the lid) and you need to correct it with your finger directly, because it does not close tightly when it is tilted on its side. Because of this, pressure is not accumulated, so there is nothing to bleed off. Didn't pay attention - does not fry inside more than usual (when the valve is set like this - a lot of steam comes out, the water boils away strongly)? If there is such a valve.
Aunt Besya
Service is far from me ... easier to throw out, cheaper ..
Now I’ll watch the valve. Confusingly, everything works on "steam cleaning". So it can't be, died so dead? By the way, I forgot how much guarantee they have? I will have a saucepan in the summer of 2 years!
Omela
Teeks ..And then I will check in. I also began to notice this. That is, before she dumped intensively, but now it is purely symbolic .. But she is cooking ..
14anna08
oh, now I will also watch on purpose ...
14anna08
and I have such a problem, it's a shame the cuckoo is only 3 months old!
Rimma71
14anna08, after a general cleaning of all the rubber holes and after running the "Steam cleaning" 2 times, my cuckoo worked like new !!! For myself, I concluded that more often it is necessary to clean it with steam, otherwise, after preparing two jellied meat, I just washed it on top, so she rebelled. So don't worry, clean the valve completely, with a knitting needle too, run the cleaning and you should be fine.
Honestly, I just found the knitting needle, I didn't even see it where it is attached ... My husband scolded me like that ... But he washed and cleaned everything himself.

Girls, but I didn't hear something so that she said "steam release", maybe I'm doing something wrong. When the cooking time is over, then a running rectangle on the right - I click "Cancel", says "the dish is ready" and immediately starts go steam. Or you don't need to press "Cancel" - tell me, pliz, and the cartoon will do everything herself and say How is it right?

I wrote about a similar problem in another Temka (maybe it makes sense for the moderators to move here) - cleaning with steam and cleaning the valve (including with a knitting needle) did not help .. The cuckoo is 1 year 9 months old. By the way, the saucepan was scratched badly during this time, although I use exclusively silicone.

did not help.
Rimma71
Aunt Basia, 14anna08, and what to do now? I ran steam cleaning several times, thank God it worked. Please write how you solved this problem. I was afraid for my cuckoo. And the saucepan - yes, it was scratched. Everyone wanted to buy an additional one - it didn’t work out yet. Then a little thought crept in: maybe you don't need extra. a saucepan, maybe the cookie is designed like this for a couple of years and that's it? change it completely later? If so, then it’s a pity ... I can’t live without her at all.
14anna08, and how many times was steam cleaned? Maybe one more time?
14anna08
twice. so besides, the plastic burst tomorrow I'll take a picture if I can, when it burst I don’t know, I noticed today it is interesting under the guarantee fits ...
Rimma71
Horror!!!
14anna08where? In which place?
14anna08
opposite the steam valve on a silver background from the side of the caplerique.

Wow! Here is the vaunted quality, here is the technology ...
If so many people have similar problems after a year and a half or so of operation, then this is definitely not dependent on users.

More often than not, I agree with T. Besey, she did the same with me. I have no problems with the valve t-t-t.

Hello dear owners of Cuckoo 1054! My Cook will be 2 years old in April. 2 weeks ago there was the same problem, Tanyulya knows, I wrote about it on another forum. The pressure also did not hold, by the way, and I have the same crack on the panel. At first we tried to disassemble the lid ourselves, and the crack went through to the end (by the way, it does not affect the work of the Cuckoo). As a result, we did not disassemble the lid to the end, since the service is nearby, we took it to the Moscow department store. Now I know 100% that if steam comes out immediately after the start of cooking, that is, if the pressure does not hold and if the programmed steam release does not occur, it is necessary to clean the lid. They cleaned the lid for me, changed the rubber band, and the Cuckoo works fine now! Of course, for many, an ambush is that the service is far away. Maybe for such people it is nevertheless necessary that they have information on how to clean this cover on their own?

This is exactly the question I asked the representatives about the possibility of self-cleaning the valve.

Large side-pocket valve? So clean it, it can be removed and disassembled without any problems. Maybe the conversation was about the cover and the emergency valve?

Yes, it is about the parsing of the cover and the emergency valve.
It's just that after cooking soups, cereals and fatty foods, it is immediately advisable to do steam cleaning, especially in cases where broth or porridge has been thrown out. Since the product is still liquid, it is easy to blow through and remove from the channels. And when the food is dry there, the cork is like a wad, the cork is wooden and can only be removed mechanically. that is, the analysis needs to be more thorough and is done only in service centers, but this can be done at home at home, you just need to have at least a minimal skill.
sazalexter
Tanyulya This is very useful information, we are waiting!
annnita
Well, the service also said that it is necessary to cook liquid dishes at a temperature not higher than 100 degrees, well, and do not pour liquids above the maximum permissible level. And about a hundred degrees, so in general they said so specifically, like they say this is the maximum for liquid dishes. Otherwise, there will be a tryndets ...
: girl_cray: So, citizens, observe safety precautions, especially if the service is very far away.

annnita! And what do they say about the crack? This seems to be a frequent occurrence. And from what it happens, I would like to know. Is the thin spot torn?
Thank you for the warning! Forewarned-armed.

Well, maybe a company representative will enlighten us or it's a secret with seven seals! And that somehow unfairly turns out .. To involve members of the forum in indirectly advertising campaigns (a trip to Korea and praising the plant) is please, but now help is needed ...

At first, I had a crack somewhere from 1.5 cm, but when we removed this panel, it cracked to the end. I myself noticed it only when we started to disassemble the lid, so when it appeared, I don't even know. I talked to the service on the phone, and my husband handed over the multicooker to the service. It was Sunday, the master came later, my husband took the cartoon on Monday, there was no talk about the crack. Now, when assembled, a narrow strip from a crack is simply visible, it does not affect the work in any way. I see the crack appears in everyone's narrowest place. Maybe this is how the plastic reacts in this place to heating the lid? I want to say that I do not use Cuckoo very intensively (in the morning, porridge every day, well, and some dish in the afternoon, but not every day)
Many do not crack from more intensive use. Probably, the older the multicooker, the more likely it is to get this crack, it's good that this does not affect the functionality.
kolenko
annnita! Thanks for the answer. In Ukran there is no cuckoo service at all, so all hope is on the neighbors. The crack, yes, has no effect on the functionality, but the sediment remains. She noticed her herself after Ani's message

T. Besya, I'm just trying to negotiate with the representatives about getting permission and editing a video of how to clean the valve yourself. I can say I feel personally responsible for this and am very worried about this situation.
I can't say anything about the crack.
14anna08
Tanya, please ask, the crack goes into the warranty, you can change it if you take the cuckoo.

The same crap ... It is not known when it fell
Hello, dear owners of Kukushechka 1054!
Rarely has recently come across on our forum information about our Cuckoos. Sometimes new recipes slip through, which is very pleasing. I try to put all the flair into practice. More often than not, everything works out: from milk through soups and stewing to baking.
Now about the sad: the state of the little black saucepan, which cannot be replaced, begins to worry. And you should think a lot before buying the next Cuckoo or before advising someone to buy it, since it doesn't smell like buying an additional container. I have a second copy - a gray one. The first option (dark beige) was presented to me by my husband in February 2011. In the summer, the machine had to be exchanged after the service could not fix the steam leak from under the gasket. The cuckoo was kept in the service for more than a month and was given the go-ahead for delivery. The store accepted the defective one and sold a new one at the price of the old one, no questions asked.
Needless to say, now I am even more anxious about the "well-being" of my child. And then SUCH information about the crack ... I went to check OWN, I saw not a crack. But exactly in the center behind the valve I found ... a hollow. This is such a relief depression strictly behind the valve on the same part as in the photo. I didn't teach you to insert pictures myself, yes, I think, in this case it is not so necessary. The trough is very shallow, but visualized and palpable. Honestly, I don't remember how it was at first. I think it was. I dare to assume that there is some kind of fastener inside, which deforms the panel. The place is thin. So when the temperature changes, it may well one day fail ...

I would explain the crack not strictly in the center by the fact that there is a thickening for fasteners directly in the center, and thin plastic is already slightly on the side.
PS Maybe I'm wrong ... But it's very much like the truth ...

I informed the Cuckoo representative about your complaints, and asked to write in this thread answers to questions that interest users. So far, I personally have no more information. I tried to convey all the questions and all the claims.

I think it was clear from my post that I mean exactly the internal wonderful black dishes for the CUCKOO 1054, which has two plastic handles and protrusions along the entire perimeter of the top, it is precisely this that cannot be bought now. I live in Moscow. If you have information about where to find it, I will be very grateful. Share the information please! ... In the summer I changed the entire multicooker along with the personal belongings (including the bowl) because of a poor-quality gasket (as the service said). Changed a box for a box in Stockman. When I wrote that it was impossible to replace the saucepan (did this phrase make an impression on you?), I meant that it is impossible to buy a new bowl on free sale. I would like to determine for myself when to purchase this gadget. Now I write only on my own behalf. Other members of the forum may have an opinion different from mine.
I have to explain myself again. THERE IS NO OPPORTUNITY (at least I don't know about it, although I was closely interested: at the place of purchase - Stockmann and in the service where Kukushechka was being repaired, read a lot of information on various sites) to PURCHASE an additional bowl. Due to natural wear and tear, I did not try to replace the bowl from a new multicooker, since no wear is observed yet, and the wear criterion has not been determined. I repeat: add. I would buy a container with pleasure. It is clear that sooner or later such a question will become acute if the device is still alive. Although an accident can occur, for example, something will fall off the shelf under which Kuku is open at that moment and the cover will screech (b-rrrr it became scary itself). There is also no way to order on any foreign website. Need a product ID or something like that.
I would like to have more certainty in the issue of purchasing consumables even at the stage of purchasing a device. Does the FIRM guarantee at the first request of the buyer for prepayment at least to order, with a guarantee to receive a bowl, and what it will cost the buyer.
Not the first year of the Cuckoo on the market?! ..
But it seems to me to develop the topic add. bowls in this thread is wrong. My previous post was devoted mainly to a crack in the panel near the steam release valve.
I apologize if the post is inappropriate. If the moderator removes it from here, I will not be offended.
If there is information why cracks form on the lid, I will be glad to know.

Yvonne !!!I hasten to please you about additional cups: girl_skakalka: they came to Russia, how they will be issued, they will go on sale right away: girl_skakalka: I will try to inform you !!!!!
Regarding the crack on the plastic ring near the valve ..... a representative of Irma went there and will sort out the problems.
For a crack on the top decorative panel (by the way, like the valve), DO NOT USE 120 * MODE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Very rarely !!!!!Can you imagine how you would cook like this on the stove ??? Our fault here is 90% ..... we prepare meals and often on the wrong modes !!!!
