  • Cut sausages into slices, tomatoes and onions into cubes, chop the garlic finely. We choose the frying program, 5-7 minutes on the 3rd level, pour in the oil, fry the sausages for a couple of minutes to brown slightly, then go with them onion with garlic and tomatoes, make friends a little. When the program ends, add pasta, salt, pepper, add water. We select the mode of dumplings, pasta expansion. At the end, mix everything, you can rub the cheese on top (I did it without), according to the recipe, the cheese rubs after adding dry pasta and water.

Cooking program:

Frying, dumplings (expansion pasta)

Note

Well, it turned out very tasty, the pasta is just some kind of juicy or something and not crushed, but fluffy. My check it out, now just pasta and sausages will not work

And if you do this not in a multicooker, but in a ceramic saucepan with a thick bottom, then it will be a classic recipe according to the "One-Pot" method, that is, everything in one saucepan. We do this sometimes, with sausages, small sausages, smoked sausages, chorizo - it really turns out tasty and easy. It is better to take cheese here from aged Italian: Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, Pecorino Romano, or some blue, with mold ... For a more creamy taste, vegetable oil can be replaced with butter or ghee. Instead of macaroni, we use any other durum wheat pasta: linguini, fusilli, papardelle, spaghetti, etc. If you wish, you can add a little canned green peas, a few stems of broccoli, or chopped spinach - it will taste better and look more fun. In the end, after cooking and adding the cheese, a few basil leaves in a saucepan will not be superfluous at all ...
