All of the above measurements, I measured and rechecked 3-4 times, with a German-made thermometer for ovens (see above). The liquid temperature was measured with an electronic thermometer (see below).

Multi Cook program Pressureless cooking

You can cook without pressure using the Multipovar program. To relieve pressure, after pressing the "Start" button, immediately press and hold the "Timer / Reset" button until the sound signal.After the audible signal, the valve will click and the information screen will change from "under pressure" to "no pressure". The pressure can be relieved only in the first 10 seconds after pressing the "Start" button.

Important note: in the programmed programs (on a light background) the pressure is not released.
