Girls, I am sharing my recipe for one of my favorite meat DIETARY dishes.
I loved him before, before the operation, but now in general ...

This time I cooked in a multicooker. And earlier (when she was not yet there) in a stainless steel pan on the stove.
So, we take veal (I had 450 grams), without veins and fat, fillet.
Cut into pieces. Sometimes I made small ones, 2-3 cm, sometimes 4-5, as you like ...
Put in mulch, sprinkle with pepper or seasonings. DO NOT SALT, so that the meat does not let the juice.
Lightly fry it in the "frying" mode in vegetable oil.
At this time, we peel the potatoes (or ask the husband about it - this is optional
While my husband is peeling potatoes, we chop the cabbage (you can cut it, but I like chopped, I can't cut finely and thinly).
Cut the peeled potatoes into large pieces (I usually cut the potatoes into 4 parts - up and down).
Put onion cut into rings or half rings on top of the meat.
Salt.
On top of the onion, put all the potatoes (I usually have about 1 kilogram of already peeled potatoes, or a little more to eat 2 times with my husband).
Salt the potatoes on top.
Put chopped cabbage on the potatoes (I've never weighed, I don't know how much ...) Layer at least 5 cm.
Sprinkle with salt on top. You can stick lavrushka and a couple of garlic cloves into the cabbage layer. And seasonings - to taste. Who likes what.

The layers are not mixed, and when you take out the finished dish, you get a wonderful aroma of cabbage and stewed potatoes, with meat.
Diet dish, because there is a minimum of oil and the meat is not fatty.

At first glance, it may seem too simple. But in reality it is very tasty.
