thanks, I will study. I make curd from milk with kefir on the stove. And the store bought yoghurts for children, and the child's allergies got out. I don't know why, but it coincides in time with the introduction of these yoghurts into the diet (((
aha, do some research, and tomorrow look at the pharmacy. Your (on dry starter cultures) tastes better, the children eat them well, they feel, and see that they are natural. We are spoiled by all kinds of chemistry, but they are not.

Starter cultures are sold in pharmacies. Take ultra-pasteurized milk, it is not necessary to boil it. Take milk of any fat content. Fat content of milk = fat content of the resulting yoghurt. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 5-7 days, it is advisable to give children up to 3 days. It just turns out a jar of 0.5 by 2 times, so it will eat it in 2-3 days.

The subtlety there is ... bifidobacteria do not multiply, so there is no point in over-fermenting the product with bifidobacteria, all the usefulness is lost. As the pediatrician said: "Drink yourself, eat what you want, but the child needs bifidobacteria and lactobacilli." And also: "KaboutFirst feed the children with purchased useless yoghurts, and then you are surprised. "That is, if you make healthy bifido yogurt for a child, then you do not need to re-ferment it. The rest of the starter cultures can be (even cottage cheese).
It is better to use yogurt as a starter for up to 3 days.

That mulberry I am. Hi, namesake. Only I am a poor advisor for making yoghurts in a cartoon. In it I only made fermented baked milk once. And I do the rest in a yogurt maker with a thermostat inserted into it. This is better for me, as I can set any temperature. There are VIVO starter cultures, so they mostly need 35-37 degrees. They are hot in the cartoon. It is better to buy for multi-Bulgarian (like Genesis) or Italian (Goodfood, for example). They need 2-3 degrees higher, so there are more chances to get a healthy and high-quality product. These are not pharmacy starter cultures, although some pharmacies also distribute them. Genesis, for example, in Donetsk is distributed by the pharmacy Fagotsia. Perhaps in your city too. And GoodFood (I really like it) is a Phytopharm pharmacy. And not only in pharmacies.
And there are not only yoghurts, but a lot more, and Genesis too. In addition to Goodfood and Genesis, there is also Lactin, Evitalia, ... and so on.
Each has its own properties and purpose. That is, you need to carefully look at the product description on the website of the distributor of these products, maybe which are impossible for very young children, there are also medicinal ones among them. For example, Simbilakt VIVOVsky very well restores microflora after antibiotic treatment. But you can. But such sourdoughs cannot be eaten for more than two months in a row, I usually drive one sourdough for a month and a half, then change it to another.
By the way, you wrote about Kefirchik Tyoma, I fermented it in a liter of milk (in a yogurt maker). Noo in the cartoon, I'm afraid, will not work, because the kefir fungus needs a temperature of 30 degrees. It is impossible to do this in a cartoon. I think so. But you can try, maybe it will come out. But kefir won't come out, and curl up, then maybe the curd will come out in the end.

Girls, about yogurt: maybe I won't open America, but in general, Dex does not fit 3, but FOUR half liter jars.
Don't believe me? Check it out!
You just need to put 3 cans as usual, and then, inserting the fourth between two adjacent ones, slightly raise them.
I am writing about this because maybe someone like me does not ferment every day or two. We eat it for four days.
Therefore, I decided that 4 cans are optimal for me.
At first, according to the advice, I covered them with nylon caps, but as I put four, the covers no longer fit.
I do not close the lids now. No condensation forms and it doesn't drip into the jars.

Everything is baked perfectly. I bake for 60 + 20 minutes, and then for another 10 minutes it is heated.
This time it has generally risen by 10 centimeters, if not more.
This time I made the dough a little thicker, because I don't measure the flour with glasses, I put about ...

Well for low temperature 30 gr. You can use the cartoon as a thermos, there is a recipe on the forum, it is suitable for ANY multicooker, because you do not need to keep it turned on.

I don't know about the box from our Dexik, but I know that the box is usually stamped with the serial number of the instance, and the same one on the instance itself somewhere on the case. On the Yogurt mode in a multicooker, the temperature is 40 degrees, and the yogurt makers can overheat, that is, the temperature can be much higher than 40 degrees. That's when a yogurt maker needs a thermostat.

And in favor of the multicooker there are many more advantages - to steam, of course, to cook any milk porridge for breakfast for the whole family, to make baked goods in the summer without turning on the oven, the meat is awesome, pilaf is EASY ... And in general, you need to walk with your child ? Yes. Should he cook fresh food several times a day? Yes! Does your husband want to eat deliciously himself? Surely yes. But besides the kitchen and walking around the house with the child, there are a lot of things to do, right? And it's a joy to cook a festive table with cartoons! She’ll cook all the vegetables for salads in one pan at once - and beets, and carrots, and potatoes, and nothing will sprinkle !!! Therefore, we are talking about the fact that after buying a multicooker toatdrink a yogurt maker, simply because the multicooker will be busy, she will cook all your food FOR YOU - childrens, adults, festive, and diet food ...

From the first memories of the multicooker ...
I was going to make a stew with meat, in it, of course, on the Stew mode. Here my husband arrives and shouts: "Hurray! I got out early today! Let's go to the store!" We were doing repairs then and were going to put new doors, but you have to choose them TOGETHER, so we also go together. BEFORE the multicooker, I would say that we will go next time, or let us wait until it is cooked and, in general, it is necessary to warn, I would cook pasta quickly, and then peel potatoes for half an hour. Well, I'm a grumbler And this time: "Let's go, just press the button." They left ... Oh, how afraid I was! It's something there ... at home ... preparing ... without me ... and without everyone ... We arrived in 3 hours, hungry horror. The cooking time has elapsed and the heating has switched on. There we flew home, first of all I put my nose in the cartoon, and then ... mmm yum-yum! The husband immediately appreciated the purchase, although a double boiler was originally planned before her.
hrushka
The packaging needs to be stored only for two weeks (in case a defect is found and returned through the store), then you can safely throw it away - it is not needed for warranty repair in a service center

Hello everyone. I am slowly mastering my cartoon. Now I agree, a slow cooker is a thing. It turns out very tasty and most importantly quickly! Don't interfere all the time. The main thing is that the food is now varied. And then the one that is being cooked on the stove is boring, and even with a small child you cannot prepare especially culinary masterpieces. And most importantly, milk porridge !!! How I love them, but on the stove, for the life of me, they didn't work out, always the milk stuck a little to the bottom and all the time you have to stand to stir so that the milk does not run away. And here there is no hassle at all !!! In general, I am mega happy

Charlotte with orange
Ingredients: 5 eggs, 2 measuring cups of sugar, 2 measuring cups of flour, 2 oranges, bread crumbs, butter.
Beat eggs with sugar, add flour, zest of one orange and mix gently. Peel the oranges and cut them into wedges. Grease a multicooker bowl with butter and sprinkle with breading... Arrange the orange slices beautifully and pour over the dough. Put the remaining slices on top. Bake on the BAKING mode for 1 hour. Then let stand for another 10 minutes on the HEAT mode.

I did not grease the saucepan with oil or sprinkle with breadcrumbs. I cut out a piece of parchment at the bottom and laid orange slices like petals on it. I didn't put the oranges on top, because the first time I put them, they fell down.

oh, you all praise the honey cake so deliciously, I'll go and I'll bake for sure. I hope that this time everything will work out. The question arose. When they write 45 + 20. Is it 45 on one side and 20 on the other? After all, you can immediately set 1:05? Or is it heating?

Girls, happy spring holiday !!!!!

Our favorite multicooker baked goods are honey cake. I bake it according to several recipes. If I don't want to bother, then according to Nadyushina's link with baking soda, I have a current for 5 eggs.

And more festive like this:
2hl black coffee
3/4 cup boiling water
5 eggs
1.5 st of sugar
3 tbsp of thick or 5 tbsp of liquid honey
1/2 tbsp rast oil
2st flour
2 tsp baking soda, baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon, cardamom, cloves
you can 100g raisins (I never put it down)
1.Pour boiling water over coffee and cool.
2. Beat the whites until "peaks", gradually adding half of the sugar.
3. in another bowl, beat the yolks + stop. sugar + spices + coffee + honey + plant. oil. Gradually introduce flour + soda.
4. Introduce proteins carefully into the mixture.
Bake for Baking 60min + 15min. Then hold it with the lid closed for 10-15 minutes. Cut 3-4 cakes. The cream is usually sour cream. Pour glaze on top.
The only thing, I mainly make baked goods in VESka, and this honey cake was also baked in it. I bake in it for the reason that its pan is even and high ... and the cake itself looks smoother. I am 100% sure that Deksyushka will cope with such a honey cake just as well.
It turns out to be very aromatic, and most importantly soft.
Maybe there is this recipe on the forum, it was necessary to check ... but did not check

I do everything according to the recipe, bake for 60 minutes, take it out right away, and everything is OK!

True, the condensate dripped a bit. But I think this is due to the fact that I set the time 2 times. Who knows, though. In any case, it's not scary!

Extremely lightweight and fluffy. And, delicious. As for me, you could put a little less sugar.

6 tablespoons honey
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp baking soda)
2 - 2.5 cups flour
5 eggs
Heat honey with baking powder, stirring, until brown, beat eggs with sugar (beat for a long time, for about 7 minutes!), Pour in honey, add flour, mix gently with a spoon.

Grease the bowl with oil, pour out the dough.

Bake on baking for 60 + 20 minutes.

I have it for another 10-15 minutes, closed in the MV.

I added 0.5 tsp each. ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg. There was a little bit of raisins and added nuts dried in Micra. This is probably more like a gingerbread option. But, again, I repeat, very gentle, airy, fluffy ...

P.S. Height about 12cm.

Tanya! Very appetizing! CLASS! Looks like a dick!
There are questions. 1). When add honey with baking powder to eggs, do you need to cool it?
2). Bake 60 + 20. Is 20 minutes baking or heating?
3). Dried ginger?
Sorry about the wrong time. : girl_red: Get well soon!
chaki2005
Yes, I'm at work. We are waiting for Nashamana mulled wine and I will drink and be treated.

1. First, I brought the honey to the boil with a ripper. Stirred all the time. He became such a foam hat.
2. While cooling down, beat eggs. Separated nothing.
3. Then carefully mix everything + flour. All spices are dry.
4. Put it on Baking, and then on Baking for 20 minutes.

It is done very quickly.

I looked at your sweets and also baked a sponge cake with oranges today. It turned out so delicious !!! Surprisingly, the biscuit turned out well baked. Baked for 60 minutes, and then added another 20 minutes. My husband liked it too, but he just said "it's so tasty just like a store one", to which I had such a reaction. Oh these men
Version! Do not be offended by him! "So tasty, just like the store" is the highest praise! Indeed, in the confectionery industry, you need to comply with a bunch of standards, technologies, etc. So, you have achieved supermanship, people have been learning this for more than one year! It's just that we have different logic with men!
