Pizza dough (sourdough)

Ingredients

French wheat sourdough
(thick 60 flour / 40 water)
100 g
Wheat flour 340 g
Water 210 ml
Salt 3/4 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • The filling as usual, everything in the fridge was .. plus for the "Italianness" sprinkled on top with dry Italian herbs from a bag.
  • Baked in a preheated oven on the middle shelf at 180-190 * C until the edges are browned.

Note

And here's my pizza, leavened !!! Along the edge there is a tender crispy crust, and in the sesrdine the dough is elastic ... like in a good pizzeria, only much tastier
