TM-21 is superior to TM-31 in many respects. And what is typical - the manufacturers did not add anything new and useful to the new model. Only the design - it became like God knows what, like a marsh toad ... The heating became worse, the speed was lower, even the silicone was sorry for the seals, that the liquid constantly spills and flows into the lock. The knives are useless - I changed 3 knives in a year, and they are not 500 rubles each, mind you. And the direct drive turned out to be not an advantage - but a huge disadvantage. Because of this, it is very noisy, and knives fly off due to the high starting torque of the motor, and instability on a flat surface. I look at other similar kitchen robots - everything is in order, and modern induction heating, and excellent knives, and stable ones - do not fall off the table when kneading dough. Just once again knives flew off - this is a cry from the heart. I decided to sell my TM-31 and I will take another robot.And do not believe what they tell you there has been working for 20 years.
