Girls, tell me, please, at what temperature is it better to cook such a recipe and which of the ingredients can be chopped in a thermomix, and which is better to cut with a knife.

Apple chutney recipe

320 g sour apples peeled and peeled (in principle, you can take any)
80 gr. dried apricots
80 gr. raisins
100 g onions
220 gr. brown sugar (you can also take white)
250 ml. vinegar
2 small. red pepper pod
20 gr. fresh ginger (chop)
15 grams of garlic
salt to taste

Apples, dried apricots, onions must be cut into small cubes and mixed with all the ingredients.
Put the pan on the fire and bring to a boil, let it simmer for about 10 minutes, then reduce the heat and cook until it becomes a thick jam. It should take just under an hour to cook.
The finished mixture is laid out in sterilized jars.

bluekitten, the recipe was copied
I think I would cut the apples with a knife for beauty, temperature 90-100 *, and speed 2-3, knives in the opposite direction. I'll try this.

By analogy with the recipe from the main book TM 90 degrees

1 can canned pineapple (in chunks)
360 g dried apricots

Put dried apricots in a dry bowl and grind for 10 sec / sq. 6-7, and adding all the other ingredients, cook for 25 min / 90 ° C / Sk. 1-2 until thick. Lay out and refrigerate.
Served with grilled pork, steak, ham.

sve, OlennaTM, thanks!
I think I'll hold it by 100 * until it boils, then I will subtract it by 90 *.
I don't seem to have such a recipe in my main book. It will give a consistency like that of jam, since the knives are not on the reverse.

sve, write then how does it taste? I will try not to postpone it too.
