But what’s interesting to me is if there is one bowl for everything and it washes itself, almost, by itself, and dries itself too, and how quickly? Well, for example, after the soup, I urgently need to grind the flour, how quickly can I do it? Or do you need to wipe dry with a cloth?
You can dry the bowl very quickly: rinse, wipe the walls with a napkin, turn on high speed, all the remaining water will fall from the knives onto the walls of the bowl, wipe again.

I was sent here to you, to read about the miracle device. Tell me, please, how to cook such a yummy at 1 min 04 seconds. I really want to, but it's not clear why they made such a foam. I will clarify right away that there is no thermomix at home (since its price exceeds the cost of absolutely all my kitchen appliances combined).
Omela
Wasp, for whipping there is a butterfly attachment.
Oca
No, I'm not talking about that .... what products should be put in to make it look so beautiful? The thick foam was barely applied with a spoon. I have never received anything like this in a Bosch cube and in an ordinary stand mixer. The owners of the thermomix should have a recipe book in the kit, what if the preparation is described there? The book could not be downloaded.
Omela
Write your email, I will send you a book. What is shown in advertisements is not always made from real products. This does not mean that such foam cannot be made.
CooolNata
Hello everybody!
I will raise the Temko and tell you about the pros and cons of the Thermomix I saw in a week of use.
For a long time I wanted, but I was tormented whether I needed it or not with a cuckoo 1054, a Bosch cube combine, a bread machine and a huge number of different equipment that only happens in nature. And then a couple of weeks ago a new acquaintance informs me that she has a thermomix and that it is a cool thing and that her husband at work has a colleague who also has a positive review.
My husband and I went to the presentation, both are very skeptical, especially my husband.
A very nice aunt made us mushroom soup - my husband really liked it, but I reacted calmly after the multi.
Then she made us a drink made from parsley in three minutes, I was afraid to try, because I thought that there would be rare rubbish, but it was somehow inconvenient to refuse, but it turned out to be extremely delicious !!! Then she showed me how to make a mousse from frozen berries with proteins in three minutes - here I was impressed, because in my life I had nothing like this in texture. It was pretty tasty, but I'm not a fan of this, and my husband was impressed again
Then they gave us a taste of pate and caper sauce - this is very tasty! But I really love all sorts of sauces.
My aunt also made the dumplings dough in three minutes, but I also reacted calmly enough after HP, I was more interested in the yeast pizza dough, which is prepared in three minutes and does not need to fit.
As a result, as you might have guessed, we bought a thermomix.
Of the pros:
It was very easy and simple to prepare the mushroom cream soup that evening, which we all love very much, but we’re too lazy to mess with it with a bunch of pots, pans and blenders.
Shikrano and very quickly made the custard dough, which I love very much, but before that I had to ask my husband to knead, because the handles were very weak
Well, of course, I made a mousse from berries - everything is the same as at the presentation and, most importantly, the texture is super, I really liked it, I ate the mousse, then I froze it and my husband ate ice cream for two days in complete delight.
Made chicken liver pate, sooo easy. The pate is delicious, even my fastidious son ate a sandwich, not to mention her husband
Today I ventured to make a 3-minute pizza dough - well, just a gorgeous dough! I'm shocked. The pizza itself came out rubbish - there was almost nothing for her - sweet ketchup and cheese, and I salted this "good" but the dough - CHIC!
Today I cooked Soviet ordinary cocoa in it, I love it very much and I am too lazy to make it - I ask my husband, but here I cooked it for the first time in my life

Cons:
It is not very convenient for me to wash it (especially after the dough and pâté), perhaps because I am a person spoiled by a dishwasher since childhood and wash everything there, except for the cartoon bowl, which can be washed very easily. I heard about TM that it can be washed in the dishwasher, but the knives cannot be, I don't care about that and wash them in the dishwasher and it's better to buy new ones after a while. It really annoys me to wash them.
Well, one more of such semi-minuses that I still do not know how to adapt to it all the recipes that can theoretically be done in it in my opinion, such as protein cream for mastic and I still don’t know how to make layers for a cake three chocolates where gelatin is used , well, in general, a basic book with recipes is very ... basic a lot of what is there we just don't eat, but this is so ... nitpicking already :)
And the main disadvantage for him is that he does not have a start delay, but the most horror is that he must be present when he has finished cooking in order to turn it off. This is almost a guard for me, but I knew about it when I bought it.
Omela
CooolNata , welcome to the forum!
Over time, adapt, and you will adapt any recipes to TM. In the dishwasher, I wash everything. Another weak point is the gasket in the lid, which quickly fails. I bought it 2 times already. The staff one lasted the longest, while the others lasted about a year.
Vitviton
:) Good day to you, dear friends. Nowadays, any woman or man (which by the way is also fashionable today) wants to be able to cook tasty healthy food in the kitchen, but sadness, there is neither time, nor possibly special knowledge, nor desire to torture oneself beloved in the kitchen. So smart people came up with kitchen robots, which are both a saucepan and a frying pan, and all (almost) household appliances "in one person." Interesting, fascinating, just like a favorite game, and…. Delicious!!!!!
:) There are officially two branded household appliances in the world - kitchen robots. These are MyCook from the Spanish company Taurus and Thermomix from the German Vorwerk. We are not discussing Kenwood - he is not standing next to his nozzles. And I am that rare specimen who was lucky enough to have both !!! I would like to note that both devices are very decent pieces. Let's see what their differences are. As a user of both, I dare to express my opinion and tell about it. So, let's begin….
The fundamental difference, perhaps, is only in the principle of heating. In thermomix (TM further), this is normal heating (ten, the durability of which can be ignored), and in maikuk (MK further) it is induction heating. Anyone who has induction cookers knows exactly all their advantages, and this is huge energy savings, and heating speed, and safety. So, in this matter, MK is ahead for sure and often only this aspect is defined as the main one when choosing a device. Further: in TM, the temperature spread is only from 37 to 100 degrees, and in MK from 40 to 120 degrees. True, there is also a mysterious temperature in TM named Varoma, but what kind of temperature is this - a mere mortal does not understand, and why such secrecy - too. Apparently not good! Joke. This means that MK will be more to the liking of those who love something more roasted than it turns out in TM. Yes, yes, you heard right, in MK you can fry, even chicken legs with a crust! In TM, everything is kind of steamed and you can't always guess with the temperature, on the button 100 and in reality 90, which cannot be said about MK - the set temperature always corresponds to the real one.
:) When kneading dough in TM, the apparatus "jumps" very strongly and you need to monitor the machine, otherwise it can simply jump to the floor from vibration. Once my heart almost sank when I saw TM on the edge of the table, but nothing happened. MK is a little heavier and much more stable. In MK, the working part (bowl) and the control (intelligent unit) are spaced apart and food cannot get inside the machine during cooking. In TM, everything is located together and it turns out that food, liquid periodically gets inside (through the hole of the lock for the lid) and spoil the TM, God forbid it will burn out from a short circuit. This is annoying, of course. In TM there is a function "spikelet" for kneading dough, and in MK it is a rolling pin and, if necessary, 40 degrees. In MK there is no "reverse" function, that is, reverse rotation of the knives. This is a minus, perhaps. Although somehow and without a reverse in the MK, everything is being prepared.
:) In MK, a steaming bowl and a stainless steel sieve are very beautiful, polished, and in TM made of plastic, which is very important for picky Europeans, they do not want plastic, no matter how high-quality it is. Here, no comment - MK wins. In addition, in MK, the steam cooking attachment is tightly fixed on the bowl, and in TM it is simply placed on top and is not fixed in any way. Perhaps this is why steamed food in MK is prepared faster and tastes better. And safety precautions have been observed - do not turn the bowl over and burn yourself.
Electronic scales are present in both robots, only in the MK they are locked with a screw when transporting the device, and this is not necessary in the TM. In TM, the step of the scales is 5 grams, but they all the time, how to say it - "hang out" or something, in MK 10 grams, but they weigh without hesitation and are stable. This can be an argument if you very often travel somewhere with a robot, but in general, it does not matter. In MK, the measuring cup is really measured, with divisions, and in TM, the glass is without divisions and it looks somehow rather weak. And most importantly, if you suddenly lost this glass, then it's a whole business to buy it at the company. And provide a warranty card for this (this is for buying an ordinary glass !!!!!! The car didn’t break), and you cannot buy more than one glass in one hand (as if I’m buying not a glass for 6 euros, but a plot land near the Kremlin), and it will be transported for at least 2 weeks, and by the way it is so in TM for any reason. Service at the firm is just a nightmare. The client is treated as if they did you a big favor by selling the TM. It is for this reason that I bought a second device for the MK family, and not TM, which I am very happy about. It is very convenient to take out food with a regular spoon in MK, in TM it is not. Knives in TM are more massive and cut (sorry they tear) a little faster than in MK (MK knives are self-sharpening). But the difference is in seconds, so it doesn't really matter.
:) And also, the MK has a special function S. This is the speed, or rather the program of the knives for frying and sautéing vegetables. Very cool and fun! There is no such thing in TM at all. Even in MK, on the lid on the inside there are blades that prevent liquid from splashing out of the bowl during cooking. They set the vector of movement of the liquid, returning it to the inside of the bowl. By the way, this is also an amazing sight. As if you see a waterfall, or pouring rain. This also contributes to the structuring of the liquid and its aeration - saturation with oxygen, making our food tastier and healthier. : girl_skakalka: There is no such thing in TM. At the bottom of the bowl in the TM there are metal sensors and the output of the heating element, which should not be wet, can close, which is not always convenient to do after washing. In the MK at the bottom of the bowl they are not and you can safely put it even in the water. MK works quieter and the sound is more pleasant to me. You can even work on the MK with one hand, well, if it hangs on the other, or your child is sitting, for example, but with TM it doesn't work - I tried it. You can still press the buttons, but close the lid - only 2 hands are needed. Etc. I'm tired. In short, friends, both cars are good, but I would still buy an MK.

I bought myself an Orson, a copy of the Thermomix. He does everything the same as TM. And instead of Varoma, Orson has a cook button. And the price for Orson is normal, and not like that of the Thermomix exorbitant, 13900r.
And most importantly, he does everything, like TM for 50 thousand
In general, I am very pleased with my purchase, and with Orson's services everything is in order, and the company is Swiss, which speaks of the quality of the product.
I downloaded the recipe books for myself from TM and I cook everything according to the instructions from TM and in the same sequence, but in Oursson))))
I can say that I saw TM live and I can compare it with Oursson.
In general, I am very pleased with my Orson, this is a huge plus to my two cartoons. Now I cook soups only in Ousson, it turns out to be stunned))))
There is no topic about Oursson, that's why I wrote here, for the reason that the cars are identical))))
Vitviton
Unfortunately, Orson is just a multicooker.
Masinen
What kind of multicooker you are writing about, I am writing about the kitchen processor of a copy of the thermomix, type in the search and you will see everything.
Orson also has a multi-cooker, a pressure cooker, but I'm writing about a completely different appliance.
By the way, there is also an Italian company that makes such machines as Thermomisk and KP Orson and such a device is called HotMix.
Masinen
Look at my casserole. I completely mixed the dough in the Orson Kitchen Processor, and baked it in the Stadler Form multicooker
Thermomix (discussion and feedback)

I also kneaded the dough on Viennese bread in Orson and then set it to 37 degrees in Orson too. And baked in the oven, the bread turned out gorgeous.

Dear masinen! That’s what I don’t understand - what have I offended you with? I expressed my opinion on the two world brands and that's it. I did not touch you in any way, and did not even know about your existence. Or do you take the shortcomings of the Ukrainian car industry at your own expense and feel sorry for the Zaporozhets? I can’t help you here, just wish them success in mechanical engineering and you don’t take their troubles to heart.

I would compare these two devices, but unfortunately I personally do not have a TM. One of my relatives has Tm, but it's a long way to go to her. If only someone else will review TM for comparison, but not representatives of the company, but simply a user of the device, that would be interesting, well, without fanaticism, of course
Oksyusha
Dear VITVITON, explain why we are not discussing "Kenwood" - it does not stand next to its attachments. "Which Kenwood? With what attachments? If you are talking about a Kenwood kitchen machine, then it is not worth discussing just because these are just completely different units with Thermomix and its analogs, with different purposes. Why then Kenwood, and not, for example, Panasonic TV?
kosmar
And I have an Orson kitchen processor (there is also an Orson cartoon cherry 5005 so I know the difference)
I cook from books for the thermomix all the same: 10 speeds, the temperature changes step by step up to 100 degrees, there is a butterfly nozzle, dough kneading mode, scales
I'm completely satisfied

Thermomix is unrealistic for me, too expensive, and this device has quite an elevated price if it combines and soon a multicooker + some other additional functions. I would like to know what and everything else.
When you open a new topic, drop the link here, pliz.

Maria, I also join those who want to learn more about Orsonchik first-hand, I have been looking at him for more than one month, it would be very good to hear the opinion of a user who is not interested in selling, but just the hostess in the kitchen.
Faina123
Impressed by the story about MK. Who can you buy through? Is cooperation possible? Now I am working on the topic of cooperation with TM (I have been using it for almost 8 years and am very satisfied). But now I am more interested in additional (and maybe main) earnings.
Angelica1
Hello! I'm new here, this is my first post. I wandered in in search of a solution to what is better to buy, since I do not want to produce unnecessary appliances in the kitchen. I have neither a multicooker, nor a pressure cooker, nor a bread machine (we eat very little bread), I make the dough myself, bake in the oven, cook on the stove (I have Neff), use a blender, mixer, meat grinder, vegetable cutter (attachment to the Brown blender). I chose everything carefully, I do not regret any purchases, I use everything. I was interested in thermomix from the perspective of saving time in the kitchen. I thought it was such a thing, I put the food in, I took part at the initial stage of cooking, then you can leave, it prepares itself, does not burn, does not run away, it turns off during the time and remains warm. I read the whole topic, I realized that it was not quite right. It turns out that a slow cooker is also needed, if so. And the thermomix seems to be good in its own way. But it's a little expensive for a circle. Although from personal experience I know that often the high price justifies itself by the incomparably better quality and capabilities of the device. I think there is no point in arguing about cars, they are all good now and probably no one buys the Cossacks. And in comparison with BMW with Volvo, Volvo is in some ways much better, more convenient, more functional, even though the price and class are lower. But with home appliances, there is less clarity. For example, the Mille washer is clearly not better than the latest Siemens models, but 4 times more expensive. Even if it lasts longer, then for this money you can change Siemens to a newer model 4 times. I have had a Dyson vacuum cleaner for almost a year, I chose it very deliberately, before that there was Mile, and the comparison is clearly in favor of Dyson, an excellent device, although expensive, of course, but dear to expensive strife, as practice shows. After a year of thinking, I bought an Angel juicer (I learned about the thermomix there), I have been using it for more than a year, I was not disappointed, there is a lot to compare with, my parents bought something like its analogue in the fall (only almost 4 times cheaper), also Korea, but in a couple of months of use, all doubters realized that these are incomparable things. So it's a pity to spend 13 thousand on an analogue of an expensive device, if life shows that in practice a device for 50 thousand is a completely different matter. Unfortunately, this can only be understood in practice, because it happens quite the opposite, with the same washing machines as I wrote.
That is why I was very interested in the comparative review of the young man, about the thermomix and the mikuk. I looked about the maikuk - there is very little about it. I found that they are selling it in the White Cat, for 50 thousand. I know that in the White Cat, distributors take up to 50% of the price, so its price is not more than 25 thousand. I wonder how much the reviewer bought it for. If the real price is 25 thousand, it is already half of the thermomix. Only no one really speaks about him anywhere else. One vague video on YouTube.Manufacturing Spain is embarrassing, the people are lazy, in comparison, the technique of production in Germany is clearly more credible. Although Korea does not seem to be disgusting either, especially after Angel, I'm talking about Orson. Outwardly, by the way, it is very similar to a maikuk (I have not seen it alive from the pictures). If the thermomix really boils away and flows back, where is the motor, then the design of Mikekuk and Orson is more justified? I read a separate topic about Orson, I realized that they really bought it, those who do not have money for a thermomix use and praise it, so while I do not fully trust these laudatory reviews, I really want to know the opinion of a user who made a conscious choice in favor of a cheaper analogue ( I compare the Thermomix with Orson).
Dear girls, many of you here have been using thermomixes for many years, someone breaks something, someone writes that Orson is completely ripped off the thermomix, maybe for about six months that Orson is being sold here, some of you tried it live and can compare? You here someone wrote that the motor of the thermomix is not repaired, do you consider Orson as an analogue, in case of a major breakdown of the thermomix, or will you buy a new thermomix? It is clear that it is too early to talk about the longevity of the Orson, but such a difference in price will allow you to buy a new one, possibly more perfect, if it does not last long, because the thermomix, as I understand it, is not eternal.
I also have a large group of questions about specific dishes and functions, I will try to ask them in the topic about Orson, but I also really want to know the answers to them in comparison with the thermomix, in order to understand exactly whether these are comparable devices, or are simply similar and nominally endowed the same functions.
Oliaoliahm
Only three devices now work in my kitchen: a thermomix, a multicooker and a bread maker. Thermomix with multicooker is the perfect tandem for busy people! In the thermomix, I chopped it, put it in a multicooker, turned on the timer, and went to work myself. We return home, and we are greeted by a delicious aroma. Neighbor: who cooks for you? You, it seems, were not even at home, but the scent was for the whole house?
Misla
I have Thermomix for 8 years, probably ... I'm very happy. What I DO NOT do in it - I grind meat for minced meat in a meat grinder (in my opinion, TM does not grind well), I cut vegetables for salads mostly myself, (because it turns out too finely if I grind it in TM), sometimes proteins beat with a mixer (it's more convenient for me). Optimal for a small family!

Please share in more detail - what are you DOING about it?
When the child was just born, I cooked everything for him mainly in TM (mashed potatoes, compotes, mashed soups, vegetable casseroles)
- all cereals (rice, buckwheat, millet, oatmeal, friendship, corn) first on the water (when it was impossible for the child, it turned out delicious), then with the addition of milk, with chopped fruits and vegetables
- drinks (from fresh and frozen berries)
- steam cutlets (on varom)
- cream soups (various)
- I knead all kinds of vegetable, curd casseroles
- pates
- dough for pies-pies-cakes-muffins
- toppings for pies
- on varom I make vegetables for herring under a fur coat (I also grind in TM, I only cut the herring myself), vinaigrette - it seems to me that it is tastier for a couple than if the vegetables were boiled
- all cocktails (from elementary to more complex).
- desserts (mainly cottage cheese or berry)
But I'm such a hostess - I cook basically everything primitive, uncomplicated - I don't like to bother with complicated dishes. For me, TM is a necessary thing.
fsv88
Hello!

Tell me about Thermomix. There is a desire to purchase it exclusively for cereals and mucus-like soups (gastritis).
We live together with my husband. He is often on business trips.
Conclusion - basically, you will have to cook in it for one person.
And if we also take into account that it is not usual to eat warmed up in our family, then we will have to cook and eat at the Thermomix.
So I had a question. And for one person you can cook in it? Or only everything will be smeared on the walls.
Girls, please tell me who has experience with this device.
Omela
fsv88 , I cook porridge for one portion at 200-300ml. milk.
fsv88
Mistletoe, is it convenient for you to cook in it for one serving?

And if you cook it on the stove, the soup will turn out to be as slimy as in Thermomix, or is it more convenient to cook in Thermomix?
Omela
Quote: fsv88

Mistletoe, is it convenient for you to cook in it for one serving?
It is because of one portion that I cook in it when only a child needs it. Conveniently. Instead of sugar, I add banana and beat. I cook from quick oatmeal for 10 minutes. But if you cook it not from flakes, it turns out for a long time ... about 30 minutes.

I don't cook soup on the stove. Thermomix is good for mashed soups - boiled and whipped.
Masinen
I like the thermomix that you can cook one portion in it. My multicooker is large and you can't cook a little there. You can, of course, buy a baby cartoon for one portion, but the thermomix is more convenient))
Yesterday I whipped the proteins in it, it turned out super, solid foam, it's easy to be stunned.
fsv88
Yes, I also have a large multicooker. It is not convenient to cook for one serving. And if you take a little cartoon, it has less power. This is an important factor for me.
fsv88
When I was choosing the airfryer, I also read everything and did not know which model to choose. A hotter is a little expensive, the rest of the models are cheaper, but the misunderstandings with them are flimsy, or the shadows burn out. The choice was made in favor of Hotter. I was not disappointed. Mostly I have it for meat. Convenient, fast. They stopped buying sausage altogether.
And if you also buy a marinator with it, the meat in Hotter will significantly improve its taste.
Now I look closely at TM, I also do a comparative analysis.
All the pluses have gone towards TM, for one reason that it has been on the market for a long time. I have not read more than one negative review. If only for the price they write that it is sooo expensive.
Mobile technology is also expensive. But we buy iPhones for our children for 15.20 thousand. So why can't we buy TM for health.
I'm going to go to the presentation, listen, feel ...
Muscovite girls, who bought the TM, do they have a card system? Maybe someone has a card, share to buy
I, in turn, can share a discount card for buying a Hotter.
Omela
Until recently, they had a weak point - the gasket in the lid, I changed it 3 times .. Now they made it a silicone one, now I'm waiting for it to be brought ... again I got leaky. This I mean, if you buy and there is no silicone in the lid, immediately buy a spare one.
fsv88
So, when buying, pay attention to the silicone gasket?
Or is it sold separately, and is it better to buy it right away, so that you don't have to worry about it later?
Omela
Sold separately (600 rubles) If there is no silicone in the lid, it is better to buy a spare one right away.
fsv88
Mistletoe, does he crush the juice from the carrots? Conveniently?
Omela
Svetlanawhat juice ??? He does not press at all ... only grinds.
Angelica1
There are negative reviews on the thermomix. If you formulate the request like that, then Yandex shows them.
I bought an angel juicer from them and now they said that there will be a discount on the thermomix. I don’t know how many. If you want, write them a request, and I will give you my angel's number later.
Angelica1
I understand the question about the juice. It is not possible to make juice in it, but nectar. If the product is soft (ripe mango, banana, juicy pear, berries) then add some pure water and grind everything together.
Winter option - boil dried apricots with boiling water, boil a little in a bowl, then grind everything. A drink from dried apricots, many people write about it on the forums about the thermomix as about apricot juice.
Pumpkin juice - pour boiling water into pieces of pumpkin in a bowl, boil in a bowl until soft (in Orson it takes about 15 minutes, in a thermomix I think less), you can sweeten it, grind it.
Carrot juice is delicious from fresh. If, by analogy, make it from boiled, I think it will taste very much for an amateur.
If you love carrot juice, buy an angel. Last winter we didn’t have time to drag packets of carrots from the Crossroads, we crushed it with liters. Cheap and tasty. And the angel squeezes the carrots to a completely dry cake. You rub this cake in your hands, and you won't even believe that these are vegetable extracts. Economically.
