I use a lamp-on-top roaster to, for example, fry a lush omelet with a baked cheese crust, or the top of a potato casserole, started on the stove, reheating any food on top in a skillet or roaster baking sheet, making kebabs and lul, sausages and thick grilled sausages, kupat ... much more, multilayer sandwiches are hot, of course ... no frying pan fits into new imported models ...

The top is hot, but maybe not so hot that the microwave legs melt. Where to put it is really a problem. It is not high, but the width and depth are decent. What is a bakery, what is a pizza oven, what is a slow cooker ... All this is taken as needed, then scattered in the corners

Indeed, in the oven, personally, I have never worked this way! If everything was always in order with the filling, it was tasty and varied,then the dough really turned out only in this pizza oven (although the recipe is the most common one from a bread machine) - apparently the manufacturers were able to choose the baking mode in this way - the upper and lower heaters work with different heating - I read this on import sites in the description of this model that eating pizza is a pleasure. And what else I would like to note is the very fast cooking. It took 15 minutes for my pizza - the oven starts baking instantly after turning it on - it doesn't need time to warm up.

And I tried to make a cake-bread in it. straight from a standard breadmaker pizza dough. Divided the dough into two balls. "crushed" the circle, covered it. The dough has risen. Anointed the top with an egg and sprinkled with caraway seeds. This tortilla was eaten faster than the pizza.

Friends came to the pizza. They said that it turns out better than in pizzerias. I made 2 pizzas. one with soft dough, the other with a crispy crust. Everything turned out great!

This amount is enough for a fluffy soft pizza. I put the filling right away, since a different temperature regime of the upper and lower heaters is specially made in the oven for this, so that the bottom remains soft and the filling has time to cook. If you need crispy dough, then just hold the pizza a little longer in the oven. There is no need to grease the baking sheet - it is Teflon and everything can be removed from it well.

Recommended pizza diameter 24 cm.
Recommended cooking time:
800-1000gr. - 20-22 minutes
600-799 gr. - 17-19 minutes.
300-599 minutes - 10-12 minutes
Pizza up to 10 cm thick - 10-12 min.

When installing the oven, leave around 10 cm free space.
Clean the pallet after each use.
Do not use aluminum foil for baking.
Do not use sharp objects, the coating may be damaged.
The oven is not suitable for pizzas thicker than 4 cm.
