Good day girls registered on your wonderful site only 2 days ago there was a question about TM 6 on the kokido internet page there are recipes in Russian or only in TM itself
pulkeria
Delfina, here in my opinion no one has a 6 yet. My husband persuades me to 5 TM, but I really want a new one ...
Nata-li
Good night everybody!
I have been tormented for a long time with a choice. So long ago that my husband no longer wants to hear my reasoning. I wanted to buy me a gift for my anniversary, but ... I still have not decided. I love to cook very much. But until now, there are no serious kitchen devices at home. Until now, I was tormented by the Kenwood models. But I read the forum and now the choice is between Kenwood (with induction), TM6 and Mycook Touch. I understand that the comparison is not entirely correct. But I'm completely confused. It's just a mess in my head.
Please do not throw slippers at me, but help me understand their capabilities. What can and cannot each of them?
Rada-dms
Nata-li, I have a Mycook Touch and TM 5, it is quite correct to compare them.
Both are capable of doing the same thing. Mycook is induction, it is faster, warms up more evenly, the shape of the bowl is with some indentation, so it does not sprinkle, for example, sautéed onions and carrots on the walls. And there is access to the Internet, there are chats where they share recipes. The lid and bowl installation are better thought out in the TM 5, but if something happens to the automatic closing of the lid, repairs will be very expensive. But in the Mycook, when overflowing, nothing will get into the electronic part of the machine. Mycook skips less when chopping large pieces and kneading dough, and fries better. There is a very good Sofrito function, with it you can cook in one operation, a steam pan and a steam attachment made of stainless steel. The pitcher is dishwasher safe. Mycook has a large display, for me this is important, all the info is in front of my eyes.
I like both devices, I have them in different places, the more compact Thermomix lives in the country. If I had to choose from two now, it would be easier to hang myself! But I am for the speed and uniformity of heating! This advantage is especially noticeable when cooking fruit purees and jams. The temperature differs at the bottom and at the top more for TM5, it is necessary to stir frequently for leveling.

It seems that tm6 already has a frying function, and it works without chips, everything is already in it.
But Kenwood should not be compared with these devices, it stands alone.
It has a lot of attachments, they require a lot of storage space. planetary type of whipping.
I have had an ordinary Kenwood without heating for many years, gradually separate devices pushed it out of the pedestal. I don't like the meat grinder, the multifunctional harvester attachment is dusty, the ice cream attachment leaked very quickly, the berry crusher broke. Kneading yeast dough is not so good, it winds the whole bun on a hook. Although he plowed from the heart. But now I am for individual devices, they will take up as much space as boxes for Kenwood you will acquire in the process of mastering.
You must have a separate blender, powerful, so that the bones can be crushed, for example, in raspberries or minced meat for sausages, turning it into an emulsion.

Kenwood is good for those who bake to order - creams, ganaches, meringues, biscuits under temperature control.

This is my opinion.

But I will never get rid of TM and Musook.
I would first acquire TM or Musook, mastered, and then chose the Kenwood model to close the gaps in cooking possibilities.
Dough, puree soups and just soups, jelly, custard creams, ice cream, steaming, smoothies, grinding, coffee, cocoa, cereals, pancake dough, profiteroles, sauces and ketchups, quick okroshka, steamed buns and spices, several meals at a time, juices with pulp, various types of caviar and pates, etc.everyone is doing TM in Musooka.

Nata-li, Hello!
I am the owner of induction Kenwood, accidentally logged into the topic of TM
If a love to cook, then definitely - Kenwood !!!
Let's start with the bowl. She is 6.7 liters.
I knead 2.5-2.8 kg of bread (rye-wheat or rye) dough at a time. You can also mix a small amount. No TM will knead the dough (any).
The whites are whipped into "foam". Four to five proteins are whipped to a bowl size! If the whisk is correctly adjusted, then you can beat one (!) Protein. Checked.
The flexi nozzle helps to remove the mass from the walls when whipping on heat (like a scraper paddle). Nothing sticks to the walls.
About individual nozzles.
I will not disassemble each separately, this is all in the profile topic. In general, I can say that each nozzle clearly performs its separate function. Chop - so cut, grate - so grate, chop - so chop. And so on. There is cutting into cubes (irreplaceable during the period of harvesting). In TM, you can "grind". That is, chop different sizes / fineness. (Chopped salad reminds me of food. Forgive me
TM in my understanding is like one pair of shoes for all occasions and seasons.
Side note:
I do not have a multicooker. There is a slow cooker and a suvid. The rest is pots and good (cast iron and iron) pans. ) And the right knives!

Well, to the heap. Mycook Touch was my first choice. Why not thermomix? I'm in love with induction. But you have written everything above. Now I have induction Kesha. In the blink of an eye, she acquired all sorts of attachments. What to say?. I love both devices. If right now it would be necessary to choose one, then Kesha, naturally decorated with different attachments. All my attachments duplicate individual devices and I like the attachments much more. Kesha is stationary on the table. Take out any attachment in a second. Put back too. So all the individual units will go to the dacha or for sale. With Kesha, it is very convenient to use all the attachments, they are much less space than individual devices. Mycook just appeared with me, because I got tired of getting different devices and decided to try, how is it, to do everything in one device? It's fun to make and the device is wonderful. I think that since they decided to give you one expensive device, they will give you the second one too! Will your multicooker break down someday?

If I try to formulate the difference Ken-TM in a nutshell, then I get:
TM cooks for you, Kenwood helps you cook.
Nata-li
Thanks a lot to everyone who answered me. Now everything fell into place !!!!! I realized one thing: I need both that, and another Of course, gradually. How I love this forum !!! For responsiveness, benevolence and informativeness. I rarely write, but I read every day. Thank you, for everyone is great !!!

(Chopped salad reminds me of food. Forgive me
And we are not offended! I myself love everything beautifully and rather coarsely chopped. But in defense of the chopped salad I will say all the same.
But when you are sick, but you need vitamins, but you have no strength, or you come running from work, you need to make a full-fledged dinner in five minutes, and then chopped salads will go. Everything is better than without them.
Sometimes people have stomach conditions that require chopped food. Or my mother (she will be 92 years old soon), due to the condition of her teeth, can only eat salads from Thermomix or Ninzi.
So this function may be in demand from someone.
And in Thermomix and others like them, these salads are more evenly sliced than in Kenwood.

I agree a million times! Temomix and mycook are second to none! I swear and wash practically nothing after that. When there is a hunt, laziness to think, there is no time, I pour a little water, some chicken or fish into the basket, vegetables up into the double boiler. Literally 15 minutes and everything is ready, I take it out, add milk, flour, oil (if not on a diet), spices to the remaining water.I'm spinning on the pulse, I'll cook for just a minute, and here it is the sauce! Wash one mycook to rinse.

What a great option - just a complete recipe! Maybe write to Temko Mukuk too?
I want to do that too now!

Interesting robot models are compared to Thermomix.

And at what speed is it crushed?
I tried yesterday, but crushed it into dust))) And probably it is necessary to apply a little bit so that the grinding is even?
julia_bb
I have cabbage at 5 speed for 6 seconds literally, and the pieces themselves are large, an apple into quarters, for example. Proportions in grams 250 cabbage: 100 apple: 100 carrots

Hello ladies! I read almost the whole topic. I plan to buy a used Thermomix 31st model (full set, little used in good condition, with a bag for storage). The price of 28000r is the normal price now for a used TM31? There is a wide range of prices on Avito ...
Masinen
Marina, 31 models are reliable, usually. A good device will not be sold cheaply.

But it is necessary to check, be sure

Girls!!! Oh oh oh!!! (I said to myself: that's it, I bought Kesha, the thermomix has been working for the 12th year, and in general there is a seedling-spring ahead ... - I don't look at the little things anymore), nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Again the eyes "in a bunch"! What is this apparatus, which and Thermomix + Kesha together ??? And another question: which of them are inductive (after all, TM 31 is not induction, but I love it!)

Pchela maja, thanks for the video, I just dreamed of watching this (probably, if it were not for Kesha, I would have dreamed about that thermo with a large pan! and what is the largest volume of cups for TM?) After all, many people dream of connecting TM with Kesha.

And another question: which of them are inductive (after all, TM 31 is not induction, but I love it!)
My TM5 heats up the bowl surprisingly very quickly, somehow I don't even think about induction, besides, because of the shadow heating, it does not make noise like induction.
No, I would not want to combine them, I have Kenwood with a huge bowl, I rarely use it and only for large volumes of cooking, but Thermomix works every day. I love kneading the dough in it and even letting it stand. In general, if now I would choose one thing - Kesha with nozzles or TM or Maikuk, then definitely my choice is TM5 or TM6.
And you could take a spiralizer or other cut for vegetables to it.
After all, you can always knead the dough 2-3 times and place it in a large proofing bowl.
Now I would take Maikuk in a pair with TM, but this narrowed bottom, from which it is difficult to get food, is straining to be honest. In TM, it is easier in this regard. I twisted the knives and the dough falls out by itself. Yes, and with a spatula, you can easily get everything from the day and the walls.
Malvpresli
Pchela maja, thanks for your sensible reasoning! Directly voiced what I'm thinking about: of course TM and a quick electric grinder to it, the spiralizer is small and easy to disassemble and wash. And by chance, do not tell me what kind of Inter is. store: //www.darty.com/? France, Italy? Or Is it possible to make orders to Russia from him ??? There is a Magimix kitchen spiralizer, is this a plan to look for ???

Malvpresli, Linda, look towards Veggie Bullet
Vegetable cutter, spiralizer, slicer.Fast, easy to clean, can be disassembled, wide opening for vegetables, better than the Kenwood Cook multi vegetable cutter for ease of disassembly and washing, but the Cook Multi vegetable cutter complements the Veggie Bullet with those discs that are not available in the Bullet

Forgive the girls for writing about this here, but as in the course of the conversation, it may be useful to someone else who does not know Bullet, because this is actually a great thing, vegetables fly out like a bullet.

there is a novelty master chef 34 in one, he does everything that the thermomix does, but there is also cutting to it, namely cutting

And yesterday my daughter helped me kill my darling TM5 .... I am terrified that repairing will cost a penny. no less than 15 thousand for sure .... And the whole point is that she put the bowl on the base without twisting the bottom, just like a mother, she assembled a knife, a stand and a bowl ... And I started cooking in it, he turned on and melted butter AND all this flooded the engine and gave an error 34 ... Before that, 5 years without any complaints .. I just screamed yesterday .. I am writing so that someone does not repeat my mistake, I never checked, because I always collected it myself, but here the child helped and hello .... And now the services with this quarantine also do not work .. All in a bunch ...
julia_bb
Fleury80, I sympathize, it's a shame how. It is strange that the thermomix turned on under such conditions

Thank you, I myself did not expect that it could turn on under such conditions and work honestly for a couple of minutes ... It's just a setup ..
