Ingredients

flour 1 glass and a quarter

lemon acid 1/3 tsp
soda 1 tsp.

frozen apples
glass volume 250 ml

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar, salt and citric acid until foamy. Add mayonnaise, flour, vanillin, cinnamon and baking soda and stir gently.
  • Then I first pour a layer of dough into the mold, about 1-1.5 cm, and only then lay the layer of apples. You don't need to defrost the apples. As I got it out of the freezer, I put it down. Then I pour out the remaining dough and layer of apples again. Why don't I put the apples on the bottom right away? Just so they don't get fried. I bake in a Panasonic SR-TMH18 multicooker and I also have a Panasonic SR-TMB18. It takes more for baking at one time. In general, I bake for 65 + 20 minutes. Depends on the mains voltage and the selected model.
