Here they write first on steam, and when it boils, switch to extinguishing.

What for? I never understood the meaning of these manipulations. It will boil perfectly on Stew and cook at the same time. Why such dances with a tambourine?

I don't know, my cartoon didn't get to me, I'm studying recipes, so I came across
I thought extinguishing makes the temperature low, just like putting it on the stove on a high fire, and then turning it down. On a small one, too, will it boil someday?
And I'm wondering how the buckwheat program differs from rice?

Both programs are automatic - until the liquid evaporates. Rice 35-45 minutes, temperature up to 105 degrees, and Buckwheat 40-50 minutes up to 110 degrees.
When stewing, at first, the process goes on vigorously, brings to a boil, then calms down and quietly gurgles. Mode temperature, according to the instructions 100 degrees.

Hello everyone. While studying recipes and subtleties of cooking in a cartoon and ... I'm looking forward to the New Year. Already at work there are 2 DEX (as a gift to my wife and sister), and next week I am thinking of buying for my daughter
Let them exchange recipes with each other, well, they thank me
Tell me, good ladies, what to cook from the very beginning? Something tells me that I will be the pioneer. I want to surprise

Not a great report. Yesterday I cooked meat in foil on "baking", and I liked the steamed carrot cutlets very much, too. ) They really liked it :))))) And I also cooked it for a couple, though I set it twice for 40 minutes, but it boiled cool. I think we probably prepared earlier. So far, delighted :)

It's strange. I bought it without any problems. 790 UAH of joy.
I ordered from Dexline on Thursday. They have a warehouse in Kiev, on Friday evening they already received it, but I could not go to pick it up. And the next business day is Monday. The cartoons are 780 UAH, and the casserole is additional 195. If you take home delivery, then another 50 UAH, but I'll take it myself, this is for Gagarin.

Made an omelet this morning. Nuuuu. They said it was delicious, BUT he was a donkey. Although after cooking I kept it for another 5-6 minutes under the lid

Did you give flour? It always settles for me, if I do it without flour. Well, with flour it still settles, but not like that. He just has something to hold on to.

Elena Bo
I don't know how you did it, but if you take 1 tbsp for 1 egg. l. sour cream (no top) or milk and just shake it with a fork, then the omelet will not settle after cooking in a slow cooker. It will be tastier with sour cream. I cooked in Brenda several times. 10-15 minutes enough and can be opened immediately.

Well, I don’t know, I beat it with a mixer, I don’t add flour, the “baking” mode is 20 minutes, I don’t keep it on heating and everything is OK, it doesn’t settle.
Erzulie
And we have pea soup for dinner tonight.

On the "Fry" mode, I fried carrots and onions, added smoked meats and pieces of raw chicken (cut 4 chicken thighs into small pieces), added a large jar of peas, added water to the "7" mark, added salt, pepper to taste and set it to the mode " Stewing "for 2 hours.

Delicious

And for those who like it thicker, before adding the peas to the cartoon, grind half the contents of the jar with a blender. Or after cooking it is also possible, I often do this. Not in a multicolor, of course

I only pull out of the network for the night, and so they are constantly in readiness mode ...
Erzulie
oh, clearly), otherwise I don't turn off any devices from the outlet, feed the bread maker and egg cooker, and then something got confused. Now it is clear))

At the weekend I celebrated DR and therefore I cooked very little, but apart from borscht I was carried to extremes)))) I cooked shrimps (they noted in the bath, so there was nothing to cook there, but I wanted at least lukewarm ones), fried eggs (special for brother who shouted that it will not work). Everything is delicious! Scrambled eggs are great fried on the Fry - fast and well done.
Only after the shrimp a question arose. One drop won't rub off the white plastic around the bowl. What would you advise to rub?

Duffy, on the topic of harvesters, advised wiping the nozzles after carrots with a cotton swab dipped in rast. oil. You know, I was shocked how much it worked, no effort, rubbed it and everything was white again. Try it here, maybe it will help.

This yoghurt recipe was suggested to me by a fantock. For 1 liter of milk from the village of 150 grams of Yagotynsky sourdough, I pour warm water into the magic pot mv to the first mark, and put a napkin, then I pour the mixed milk into my tea cups, just 5 of them are placed in a goshochek, I put yogurt on the mode for 6 hours and in mv let cool, and then in the refrigerator for 5 hours. I try to guess so that ready-made yogurt is put in the refrigerator overnight and in the morning ready-made beauty and yummy.

Oh, girls .... it's tough!
Today I put one recipe, this one https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=4499.0 Baba Rum.
Before that, I baked it in the oven, an excellent recipe and absolutely not foolish. Just mix all the products and let them proof. Yeast dough likes to stand longer, so I put it, yes, put it on my head in a bread maker, I decided to bake there today ...
It rose up to the very edges of the baker's bucket, I turned on the baking and ... my dough flowed out of the bucket ... Who's going to make the dough is thin, a little thinner than thick pancakes ...
In short, I scrubbed this dough from the bucket and from the bread machine itself, its poor-quality, HP, washed and moved it, the dough, to the cartoon.
I put the Yogurt in the proofing mode for 20 minutes and turned on the baking at 1.20 ... I'm waiting, the lid is already propped up from the inside ...
oriana
Quote: yara

And how did this story end?
As a result, having opened the lid, I saw an evenly baked product, even one could have kept a little less time, 1.10 (even, perhaps an hour) would have been enough, it sank slightly, slightly exceeding the 9 mark in the cartoon, very ruddy and beautiful ... soaked in cognac syrup ...

lyudasik,
Yes, this is something in between yogurt and kefir, more often it is sold in large supermarkets or in special dairy department stores. It is called Sourdough, allegedly the know-how of the Yagotynsky creamery.
There are no additives, but I have seen with sweet and other fillers (such as dill)
rusja
yara, look here for the description:

The sourdough was made for the first time at the Yagotynsky butter plant. A unique food product with a high content of biologically active lactic acid bacteria (ten times more than in kefir). I will answer as a beginner, "experienced" will fix it, if that. I would fry a little, and then cook in the Simmering or Baking mode

Today I made meat and potatoes with mushrooms in the Baking mode. Girls, delicious! There is no photo, they ate and did not notice))))) in the cartoon this is a minus (((((

Yesterday I bought two liters of milk and a jar of classic activia yogurt. He warmed the milk a little after the store and set it for six hours. After six hours, the yogurt was ready. I put it in the refrigerator and after four hours I added sugar and it was indistinguishable from activism. The viscosity is the same as activia very tasty!

So the milk was on the "yogurt" mode, or was it just warmed up, closed and that's it?
And then on "activation" practice has shown that 6 hours is a lot.
Do you inject Anu like you did ?!
YES, ALL HAPPY !!! After all, everyone received gifts in the form of multicooker (or who got the rod?)
He brought it cold from the store, heated it up on gas so that it would be a little warmer and put it in a multicooker for six hours for the yogurt program, although it could be warmed up in a multicooker. It turned out exactly as the activism viscosity is the same. I put it to cool, then added sugar and that's it. : rose: Good luck.

I saw that the photo of the starter culture has already been shown, there is such a plastic bottle for 1 liter and there is less, only you need to take it without fillers and there is this Yagotynsky starter culture mainly in any dairy department or stall, I take it in SILPO and yogurt is always good without heating milk and without sugar, so that then everyone ate according to their taste, some with jam and some with berries

Tell me how to set the minutes in the current time, I did everything according to the instructions, the hours turned out, but the minutes did not. This is certainly not very important, but I wanted it to be. as it should be.
To change the time, you need to press the "Cooking time" button and see what flashes on the display: if the minutes are flashing, then when you press the "Hour / min" button, you will change exactly the minutes, if the hours - change the time in hours. To change the position (the hours are blinking, and you need to change the minutes) - press "Cooking time" again and then again change the time with the "Hour / min" button.
I hope I explained it clearly.
If you just need to set the correct time in hours, the principle is preserved, only instead of the "Cooking time" button, press the "Delay" button, holding it for 2-3 seconds.
Oops ... I have Brand and I'm in someone else's topic. I hope this function is also similar in Dex, otherwise - sorry.

It seems to me the fat content of all of them is the same, but I can be wrong and they have already made fat, I don't think I made yoghurt from Sourdough, but sour cream - yes, I added 100 grams to 15-20% cream, and it turned out wonderful homemade sour cream in a yogurt maker.

It also seems to me that these starter cultures in liter bottles are more for kefirs and sour milk, but not for yogurt. Somehow I never even thought to take such a sourdough for making yogurt, even when I was in search of sourdoughs. We always have this Yagotinskaya and others like her in the buffet table.

here they rather talk not about canned liter Yagotinsky, but about my VIVO dry yoghurt starter cultures) My husband, a big lover of yoghurts, fell in love with them. We have not tried any other ferments. But I don't really want to try Yagotinskaya. I tried it once, I didn't like it (I drank from a bottle somehow).
