To me this method somehow seemed confusing, and there was no time to go shopping for such a bowl))) In general, I decided to take a chance and try to assemble it according to the principle of a decreasing pyramid. Inside there was a soft and juicy cake-black forest.
  • So let's get started.
  • She cut off the baked cakes and collected them in descending order. I put it together:

  • Then I built up the top of my head with pieces of biscuit so that it was round:

  • The cakes are juicy and loose in this cake, to somehow hold them together, I coat with butter cream.

  • In general, now I rarely make butter + condensed milk. Usually, according to the Qween recipe, I pour hot milk into the butter and level it with the resulting cream.

  • Then I grind with a hot knife and cover with butter cream:

  • Then I add melted chocolate to the butter cream and cover the whole cake with it:

  • The next step is to cover the cake. Roll out the mastic and cover. Before smoothing from the crown, we straighten the mastic below.

  • As a rule, the edges of the rolled mastic are thicker for me, then when covering the cake, I gently thin them with my fingers and smooth them to the cake:

  • From the beginning, I cut off with a knife not at the root, but that extra mastic, which interferes a lot and strongly:

  • They covered our cake. Then we look at the original illustration, and decorate the chest, eyes ...

  • I adapted regular scissors with thin ends, especially for finishing cakes.

  • I didn't take a picture of the process, but in words, I blinded a triangle, and then, so that the edges were clear, with a sharp knife, I cut all 3 walls-edges of the beak. Well, again, eyes, the bow just looked at the picture and did it. fastened the beak to a skewer.

So, CAKE "BLACK FOREST"

The author is not me, I cooked according to the recipe Lena_Kiev from the Cook, she also refers to Olya Ginger with SAY7 (and only the fact that the Dilshoda recipe is again from the Cook) In general, it is important that the cake is kind of simple BUT insanely tasty. I am writing with Lena's remarks, because she herself did not deviate from her recipe.

For one cake:
3 eggs,
150gr. Sahara,
100gr. margarine or butter (I lila rast. oil),
3h l cocoa,
1p. baking powder (10gr.),
150gr. flour.
For a cake, you need to bake two of these cakes

For impregnation: cherry vodka (I added vodka to taste to the syrup in which I cooked the cherries).

For the cream: 500 ml. cream 35% fat, 200g. Sahara. (I replaced the cream with sour cream, but 500 g sour cream was not enough for this cake ...)
Filling: 200gr. pitted cherries. It can be made from compote or canned. (I took 400 grams of frozen cherries, thawed, poured 200 grams of sugar and boiled for 5-10 minutes.)

For the chocolate layer: 100gr. bitter chocolate, 3 tbsp. l milk.

For decoration: 100g. chocolate.

Melt butter or margarine and cool. Grind eggs with sugar. Add baking powder and cooled oil. Add cocoa and flour. The dough should be like thick sour cream. Pour the dough into a d 24-26cm mold. (my form was 21 cm, the cakes turned out to be high and poorly soaked. Either the cakes should be thinner, or more impregnation)
We bake in a preheated oven for ~ 30 min., T 180C.
We also bake the second cake. Cool and cut in half to make 4 cakes.
Saturate each cake. For children and teetotalers, you can only soak in juice from cherries or cherry compote (I soaked in syrup in which cherries were cooked and added a little vodka). For the cream, beat the cream and sugar into a dense mass.
For the chocolate layer, melt the chocolate with milk until the consistency of thick sour cream. Cool. (I boil the milk in a micron, take it out, break the chocolate there and stir until smooth).
We collect the cake. Lay out half of the cherry on the first cake.
Cover with 1/3 of the cream.
Cover with the second crust and fill it with the chilled chocolate mixture.
Put the third cake on top, on it - the remaining cherries and 1/3 of the cream. Cover with the fourth cake and coat the top and sides with the remaining cream. Decorate with grated chocolate.
