I have pork today, almost a shashlik. I cut my neck into pieces, like a barbecue, added spices, pickled when I left for work in the morning. In the evening I came, a little oil in a saucepan at the bottom, added pork with onion rings, put on baking for 40 minutes. Then she switched to "rice". We are sitting, waiting for it to go through and we can have dinner. It should be very tasty.

Monster, and not so long ago we baked such a cake for MV with the whole forum, it was only called "Burenka's Lady" Here is the recipe HERE.

Zebra pie is a little different - it is striped in the middle.
the child distracted, at the next forum he was called "Giraffe", of course I know for Zebra, though I didn't bake it in the cartoon

Lamb - reporting
- fried the onion in a cartoon lightly,
- lamb chopped into pieces, and a couple of bones with meat was added to the onion, waited until it grabbed a little.
-top or tomato. pasta or ketchup (mnu had ketchup), sprinkled with Provencal herbs, black pepper and salt.
For stewing for 2 hours 30 minutes.
An hour later, maybe I opened it a little more, tried it - it was tough. Left to go.
After the expiration of time, I got it, the meat is tender soft. The sauce turned out just for buckwheat, macaros.
The only thing, but it turns out too stew .... All the same, I think 2 hours will be enough. Or try another mode, what do you think?

I can take an order for a lamb recipe - on another program

Have you cooked potatoes already diced? Which basket is in the top or bottom? If at the top, did the potatoes fall out into the holes?
And I somehow made steamed cutlets in the lower basket, so they were not steamed, but cooked, the water gurgled so much, and by the end of cooking the water practically boiled away.
Girls who steamed, share your experience, how do you use the upper and lower basket?
Vinochek

you can cook it cut into cubes in the lower basket (hinged). It did not fall into the holes, cubes about 0.6 mm on each side. I spied on the method in the vinaigrette - everything is immediately cut and thrown into the basket.

so they were not steamed, but boiled, the water gurgled so much, and by the end of cooking the water practically boiled away.
Water should be monitored, as written in the instructions.
Tochechka
yara, I made steam cutlets in the upper hanging basket, and at the bottom I have either water or rice, which is better, because it drips from the cutlets into rice
At the bottom, I made only large whole vegetables and watched the water
yara
It seems to me that in the lower basket, apart from whole vegetables, it is either difficult to cook, since water splashes on it, or you need to pour a little water.
Vinochek
poured 4 multi-glasses. I didn't look in the cooking process - so I can't say anything about water.

I tried to make yogurt. I took 3.2% milk, added the cito yogurt leaven to it, set it for 6 hours. The result is incomprehensible. I put it on for another 2 hours. Water appeared from above, the milk thickened weakly. I don’t understand anything.
I'll try to take another starter culture.

Oh, thanks, this is my first cake. Well, this is chocolate on boiling water, the recipe is here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=12826.0 Well, as it turned out, it is sooooo easy to do. The only thing is, I didn't add soda, but instead of 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder I put 3. Baking powder Dr. Oetker. She baked for 80 minutes on "baking", after that I immediately opened the lid and allowed it to cool without removing the saucepan from the multi. And for the cream, I took one can of boiled condensed milk, a 200 g pack of President butter with a fat content of 82.5% (you need fatty so that the cream does not exfoliate) and at the end I added 150 g of 25% sour cream (whipped everything in a combine), smeared the cakes, smeared everything on top and sides and sprinkled with grated chocolate with hazelnuts. Verdict: more cream is needed Everything

Fuf, girls, I want to unsubscribe about the fate of the long-suffering gift multi In general, her husband's dad took it on Friday, they said that it was beyond repair and gave him a third one, (who remembers this story, we gave them a cartoon, it bent after the first the inclusions, it was changed to a new one, it bent after two weeks of very inactive use, it was taken away and promised to either fix it, or give a new one). The third cartoon was from a new batch, they just arrived. In general, it works! I kept my fists as best I could, even my husband defended and explained to his parents that the cartoon is good, just a party, which means that I got such a shitty one.

Parents on NG have already managed to make boiled pork in it, fry potatoes and they definitely did something else, I don't remember anymore, in general, a swallow is working! And I, sitting at their place, when dad fried potatoes in it, straight, in short, like him and my mother's balm, "oh, she also keeps warm for so long", "well, yes, it is, of course, more convenient in her, than in a frying pan "," and the meat turned out delicious "and other compliments to our deksik

Although they changed in the store, I must admit, they were sooooo reluctant and with sooo great stress. But everything is already behind, ahead, I hope, only a positive cooking experience, like we have

(although, I must confess, the thought of the unfortunates who got into the multi from this already sold out batch ... after all, two non-working out of three cartoons are lousy statistics, and problems are not immediately identified. So if suddenly someone reads this topic from Odessa residents who bought a multicooker in Odessa before the end of December 2011, try to load it to the fullest, so that, if anything, you can change it under warranty)

To be honest, it doesn't. So, I think, now I'm going to bake chocolate on boiling water - but it was not there - but we drank cocoa, only an empty jar is there. So I am in flight with the chocolate. But on the other hand, she baked a cake with nuts and raisins in the oven, and adapted both illiquid condensed milk and milk into it. That's it.

girls, and share the proven kuchi recipes in the cartoon. I found it on the forum, but I want it from my own).

So it depends on what kind of kutya you are used to eating. In different regions and families, kutia is different.

A year ago, I wrote on the forum about how I cooked wheat in Dax so that it would be the way I need it. And now I don't remember the proportion I took. I only remember what I did and kept an eye on. I myself will go to look for my own recommendations a year ago.
Lozja
Oh, what to look for there, there are only one page of topics, they removed the excess. Here it is, I wrote a year ago:

I want to tell you how I cooked wheat today in Dex in kutya. Everyone knows that kutia is prepared differently in different regions. So, in our family we are accustomed to liquid kutya (wheat + ground poppy seeds + honey + chopped nuts + sugar + boiled water), and for this kutya we need wheat, cooked in such a way that it is soft, but crumbly and crunches a little teeth, in general, so that there is something to chew, not so much porridge.
And today, the first time I managed to cook such wheat in a cartoon, I tell, maybe, who needs it. Wheat: water - 1: 2, Stewing program - 1.5 hours + 20 minutes was still on heating. Then open the lid to cool. It turned out super-duper kutia, on the stove such cool wheat was not always obtained, whole, soft and crispy at the same time.

And I set the lamb shurpa to cook. Rather, this is not quite a classic shurpa, of course, but nonetheless. She fried lamb (0.5 kg of neck and 0.5 kg of ribs) with onions on the "Fry - Fish" mode, added 6 small whole potatoes, 1 small carrot cut into 2-3 parts, 2 whole onions and a mixture of spices for shurpa, which I bought today from non-Russians on the market. Half a small triangular package of tomato sauce Chumak, salt, topped up with water to the maximum level. I put it on stewing for 2 hours. I think I'll add at least another 1-2 hours or I'll try to keep it in manual mode at 80-90 degrees. And although I looked that the "heating" mode gives 72-77 degrees, then after extinguishing for 2 hours you can simply leave it on heating for a couple of hours and that's it.

Must be delicious

Shurpa is super! My husband’s mother was visiting today, grunted skeptically and said that it’s useless, my husband doesn’t eat such (lamb soup))) I say - well, nothing, I’ll get more

And what did you think? I poured shurpa, said that this is a very national trump dish and that they chose and cut the meat for me with a specialist, and they collected a bouquet of spices, ate all the bones completely cleaned up and said that it was very tasty

The meat could be eaten with the lips - very soft. Although lamb doesn't seem to be famous for its softness

I thought that I was the only one such "victim" with a bucket. Now I warn everyone and everywhere you must NOT cook jam in HP. More precisely, as in the anecdote about poisonous mushrooms - You can eat, but some only once. In my case, not only the bucket flowed, but also the HP burned out (I did not notice the bucket leak in time and the syrup got into the engine), although I honestly cooked jam all summer as written in the instructions. The funniest thing about this instructive story is that the service said that buckets of any HP, even the most expensive, become unusable from cooking jams in them. The service refused to repair it, I ordered a new one and received it. And my precious one took the broken one to work (throw it away anyway). As a result, they repaired it at work and I became the happy owner of two HPs. Truth bought a new bucket at a service center

Yesterday all evening I walked around the newly brought multi, I was afraid to do something. In the morning I decided on the first course - an omelet, it turned out to be low but oh-oh-very tasty. True, I did not photograph. And in the evening I made vegetable pilaf with mussels in my cartoon. In life, she is not a lover of pilaf in general, and I do not know how to cook it, but I had to start somewhere with it. Made from a bag of frozen vegetables and frozen mussels. It turned out very much even nothing, I ate it with pleasure. True, it seems to me that she was greedy with water (I was afraid that there would be a lot of it) and the rice in places is a little, as it were, dried out. I did not figure out how to insert a photo here. I would be grateful if someone could tell me.

P.S. I still have such a question - when the lid is closed, the click is not audible. It is necessary to close it on a grand scale, but it's a pity. Because if you close it smoothly, if it closes, it can open itself at any moment. Is it just me? Or is it such a feature of this model?

You need to close it not with a swing, but simply press it harder, until it clicks. If he tries to open, then either they did not put the squeeze on, or there is a problem with the lock.
Someone had something like that, in my opinion, Temina Alena in DEX 50.

my lid did not close until it clicks a couple of times, so it’s my own fault, somehow I inserted the saucepan in the wrong way, I twisted it and it’s fine, the lid closed until it clicked)))

Quote: Ksanna

Thank you, Snezhana

Now, I will even more worry that this is such a marriage, with a lid

Listen, well, I went and checked it again - I can very easily close the lid, at the very end of the smooth stroke there is a distinct click, that is, the latch goes into the groove and is fixed. And try to see the latch and groove with the lid open, how do they go? I easily move the latch in the groove on the case and the latch on the cover itself moves easily.

Of course, by itself, it should not open, which means that for some reason it does not snap into place for you. You can carefully see what is stopping her and think about how to fix it. (because for some reason it seems to me that with such a marriage it is unlikely to be changed (((And although .... maybe try?

and the girls say correctly, try to close the lid without a saucepan. Is it easy to click and without violence?

Everything is correct! And you need to close the lid until it clicks, and in Dex 50 I have a stupid lock (its design is similar to Dex 60) - in a cold cartoon, the lock on the lid miraculously "clicks", but if the cartoon on the active program is very hot, then click it the first time I do not always succeed, I noticed that the lock tongue, as if drunk, barely tosses and turns, as in slow motion it crawls meeeeeely and does not catch the latch, the lid will cool down a little - no problem, it closes, despite the resistance of the steam from the multi , and somewhere after 3-4 months of active use). I don’t know, maybe the spring on the lock button is “naughty” from overheating, HZ ... You need to ask your husband to look at what is wrong there, or even you won't bring it to the service, because a cold, warm lid - the lock works like a trap, but from high temperatures "drunken".

So today I bought a miracle cartoon: yahoo: I decided to cook fish and vegetables for a couple. I chose the mode, everything seems to be fine ... after 10 minutes I decided to open the lid and look at the fish (it’s interesting, after all, at the same time, and check if everything is fine), after closing the lid, the display glowed blue and the time was not displayed there. Well, I think, okay, I'll check it again. I pulled out the fish and put the vegetables on steam too. At first, the time was indicated on the display, but after the water began to heat, the display again stopped showing anything (although I did not lift the lid anymore) .... I don't understand anything .... Tell me, please. Did anyone have that? Am I doing something wrong or what is it ???? And in general, is it possible to open the lid when cooking?
Erzulie
Where did you buy it?

It looks like a marriage .. you can definitely open the lid, just if you do it in auto modes, then the time will be slightly confused and cooking will take a little longer.

Let the girls express themselves

When cooking, the lid can be opened in any mode. It is not advisable only when baking, so that the dough does not settle (by analogy with the oven).
The countdown in the "steam" mode starts from the moment the water boils. Check what time you have set, if by default, then the cooking mode is from 20 to 30 minutes. That is, after the water has boiled, the timer turns on and the time counts down from 20 (30) minutes to 0.

I had the same nonsense when I first steamed. But then I did not close the lid very evenly (the vegetables were of different sizes) and the steam apparently got where it did not need to get. The display also glowed with an even blue color without a clock. But then, on the advice of the girls, it dried everything, at first the clock appeared, though with a delay of 10-15 minutes, and then everything turned on.
