The cupcake has risen twice, even on top, not wet at all, so homogeneous. And the bottom is a pleasant color, not brown baked, as before I decided to consolidate the success and baked a cottage cheese casserole, and then a manna, a casserole baked for an hour 20, and a manna for an hour 10.
