What an interesting composition! Natasha, is the soup sweet? And why grind everything before cooking? Not hoping for Andy's power?

Ilmir, the soup is pleasantly sweet and sour.
I just like to do everything small and small)) You can, of course, just cut it into pieces - it's a matter of taste.
As for Edik, I have no doubts about his professional suitability.

So I thought, why was I rubbing everything? I just don't cut very coarsely, but also not finely. Everything is perfectly cooked and blended!
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Ilmir, it's just that I'm still the microness. I love to crumble everything with jewelry. At me and my family laugh. And before, on the contrary, I cut so monumental, until they made a reservation that I was like shredding like a pigsty ... So I got used to it.
dopleta
Natasha, here I am, like Ilmirushka, did not understand the meaning of rubbing. After all, even without it, the soup-puree is usually silk-like.
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Girls, but that at least you were given crushing then?
We cut it as we wanted. Is the essence in slicing? It's one thing when a regular soup is served, then cutting is important there, but in mashed potatoes it makes no difference))))))
dopleta
Yes of course! Just extra work on the fig why do something?

Nothing and not grumbles. Dots above "and" must always be put - no one canceled the analysis of "flights".

Natul, interesting soup! So cute!
Very bright! Solar!
I can't even imagine the taste yet. Probably something closer to desserts.
I now have something to cook in, so let's do it!
Natul, thanks!

Natul, why Antoshka? Because red and freckled?

Interesting soup! Take for a note.Is Cordamon required? I don’t remember if he was me or not? Probably you can replace it with other spices? Or does he play an important role here?

Dina, add spices to your liking. I love cardamom))
Deana
ANGELINA BLACKmore, Thank you! (to me on * you *). I just don't remember my relationship with him. I remember some kind of spice that I don't like it, but I forgot * her surname *
There are simply recipes where a certain spice is needed to get the right taste, that's why I asked.
I'll go get the pumpkin ...
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Dina, in this recipe I just add spice to set off the taste of pumpkin. And so you can add spices to your taste. Someone adds ginger and makes the soup warming.
There is not a plowed field for fantasy))))
Deana
ANGELINA BLACKmore, Exactly! Ginger! Yum!

I do not like))

Today I ate this soup cold, without sour cream. Like a dessert puree. The aroma of orange has become very acute. I enjoyed the meal.
